A person stole my package but returned it to me. Product was as described and I received excellent customer service.
2 different orders BOTH never came. Say they were delivered via their tracking, I emailed the customer service department they said they'd issue a refund, still have yet to see it. Multiple emails back and forth. Don't order!
Website was very good and easy to find what I wanted
Checkout was quick and easy. Free shipping works, because the other 3 sites I looked at all charge $30+ for shipping.
Mother in law can not hear at all, and her current Clarity phone batteries went bad and can not replace with rechargeable ones. Called the company and phone is under 100% life time warranty, but they told me that we would have to send the phone in and it would take 45 to 60 days for repair. The lady is 85 years old and can not be without a phone for that long. She does not drive and maid service does all shopping for her. Thanks again for the nice and quick website. Would add a little more descriptions or data on phone for hearing loss people - use WebMD to get data.
Had to make sure this was a real site. Weary about online purchases from websites that I haven't purchased from before. My shopping experience was nice and easy, just waiting for my delivery. After my order processed, I got an online coupon with a number to call for a $25 Visa gift card, we'll see... but overall it was nice! I'll wait for a recommendation after I receive my product.
My Samsung Battery arrived in 5 days of my order.
I received the wrong battery. I sent an e-mail and received a reply in 4 hours.

I called Customer Service, Very polite. They will be sending out the correct battery today.
Talked to their representative moments ago and assuming everything takes place as stated, I can not fault how they handled my defective item. This aspect of dealing with them deserves a minimum 4 stars. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I never received return correspondence relative to my email inquiry to my defective product. Other than being on hold for a moderately long period of time they were very quick in a resolution to my problem.
I was looking for a Garmin 6" travel case that could store all the cables, mounts etc. plus the unit itself. Most websites sell carrying cases that only hold the GPS unit but never with the windshield mount. Finally found Factory Outlet which had exactly what I needed at reasonable price. This was after buying another 6" case from another site only to find it does not have room for windshield mount. I'll have to be more careful in the future.
Ordering the batteries was simple enough. However I needed V tech batteries for my home phone and Samsung for my cell. Which required me to place two different orders. Thought this was a store. But having to do that means its a farming of some sort.
Steer clear of factoryoutletstore.com They sell misrepresented merchandise with minimal warranty and send you off to foreign customer care people with who could care less. My mistake was a laptop battery sold as a HP but it lasted a month and now about 5 minutes before it dies without warning. They seem to middleman many different products SO AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Battery finder is very quick using model number of phone. In & out quick order processing. A few pop-ups on exit.

Ordering the phone was easy and quick. It would have been 5 stars if I did not get abbushed by a falsely leading popup that offered a free $20 rebate if you click on it. Ended up being a sales pitch for a monthly discount service.
The purchase was easy but I don't like the free "$25 Visa Card" trap at the end.

Just ordered on line. I AM slightly upset. As they advertise a price and offer 10% off, so you figure that you can deduct the 10% from that price---That is incorrect-----
The 10% was already figured into the price--- a real bait and switch operation. But I liked what I read about the GPS 2797 and went ahead and ordered it. I have done business with this outlet and really have found nothing wrong with the service.
Tip for consumers:
Most of the lower prices are for returned or rebuilt units,They may be as good as new. But i went ahead and bought the new model as some times it only costs a few bucks more to go first class.

I ordered a Garmin GPS for my motorcycle from this company on Tuesday. I was going to place the order on their website but I wanted to confirm what all was in the box before I placed the order. The Garmin I ordered comes with XM radio and I wanted to make sure it was a complete kit as their price was about $100 lower than most of the other sites I visited. Once the CSR confirmed what was in the kit I told him thanks and I would order it off their website. That's when I got the same song and dance as others have gotten about ordering direct from the rep. I declined and said I would rather do it on the website. He kept asking for the order and threw in another $5 off. I thought why not and placed the order with him directly. He said it would ship same day, Tuesday. I then got transferred to someone else for the FREE $25 gift card scam and ending up hanging up on that person. After I hung up in about 15 minutes I got a message from someone in my office from them saying there is a problem with my credit card. I called them back and as the phone is ringing I start to get this uneasy feeling and did a search on Factory Outlet Store Reviews. Someone answered the phone before the I could read any reviews and they wanted to know my company name, nothing to do with my credit card. After I gave that info I found all the negative reviews and started kicking myself for not checking them out first (same comment as another reviewer). I was told by the first CSR that I would get an email of the sale with tracking information. It didn't show up in my inbox on Tuesday when I ordered it. It didn't show up on Wednesday so I went online and checked with my credit card company and sure enough, there was the charge for the Garmin. Thursday I called them to find out what was going on and possibly see if I could just cancel the order since I had received no emails from them. The rep told me it did ship on Tuesday and I was scheduled to receive it the next day, Friday. He verified my email address and they had misspelled my name. He changed the email address and I soon got the confirmation email with the tracking number. It said it would indeed be delivered today, Friday. The mail came and sure enough, there was my Garmin. I opened the box and checked all the contents and looked close to make sure it wasn't a used or reconditioned unit. Everything was brand new. I turned it on and it seems to be working just fine. I'll install it on my motorcycle this weekend and check everything else out too. I really don't have any complaints about this company. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because of their sketchy $25 gift card scam. I think the CSR gets a commission on every sale and that is why they push you so hard to make the transaction over the phone. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied at this point.
I let the negative reviews create a state of anxiety and apprehension before giving FactoryOutlet time to process the order. I spoke to a company representative twice, expressed my concerns about the company's reputation. He assured me that the order would be delivered as promised.
It was delivered, as promised except that the 'promo items' (set of sheets & pillow cases) have not yet arrived. There is nothing wrong with the product and the price was at least $50 less than another large on-line merchant - that requires a Premium membership for the customer to receive any benefits.
I will give FactoryOutlet another try if they have something I need and cannot find in a local store.

Ordered a $610.00 adjustable bed base today but had a funny feeling about some things the salesman said while on the phone with him. So - I came to this site to check out Factory Outlet Direct.
Just as my intuition indicated, it is a SCAM operation. I contacted my Credit Card issuer to establish an alert of suspected fraud. Unfortunately, one must wait 10 days from the date of the order & charge posting to make a claim.
I tried calling the Factory Outlet support and was transferred to another line twice, then put on hold for an excessively long time. I finally had to hang up and go to bed.
I am very sure that I will not get the item I ordered and that I will have a hard time getting a refund. But - I will NOT give up. This is the type of company that makes on-line shopping dangerous; we should fight back against these sites. But HOW?
Just ordered my first GPS. This product seems like a good value. The website was easy to use.
I spoke with the call center in India and was told they couldn't help me over a $10 battery even though I was within the 90 days of receiving the product. The american call center said that since the product came with a bad battery they would replace it at no cost. Really should keep the call center in America where they have way better customer service.
I ordered a Plantronics headset and lifter from. factoryoutletstore.com. It comes with a 90 day warranty. I bought the 3 year warranty because I always cover my investments. The thing about this company that turned me off is the 90 day warranty. I was sent a headset and it stopped working within the 1st 45 days. I filled out the return slip and sent it in. I received another headset that worked for 60 days and then died. I called because that headset was not within 90 days and told that its not covered. They sent me a headset with a defective battery and now are making me call the warranty company to get ti replaced. You should cover your products for the 90 days after they are shipped. If I wouldn't have bought the 3 year warranty, they would have sent me another defective product and told me to bad your out of warranty. How can you send 2 products that are such crap they don't make it past 60 days and then have some rude customer service person tell you that's are policy. There refurbished products are crap and neither made it past 60 days. Last time I will ever buy from factoryoutletstore.com. BUYERS BE WARE OF THIS COMPANY.
