Simply put: I do not trust this company.

The Vtech phone I ordered is the same model phone I previously bought (but lost) from Vtech. Logged into Vtech but don't know how I got redirected to FactoryOutletStore. Prices are same, too. FOS advertised Free Shipping but Vtech cost + shipping was the same as the FOS price. Just received phone so can't comment on reliability yet.

If I had read these bad reviews first, I would not have purchased anything from them. The item I did purchase seems to be fine but I won't do it again.

I am not certain. The phone I purchased that did not work was apparently refurbished as I took it to a Samsung tech center and they told me the phone had been "opened". This was in the country of Georgia and by opened he meant the phone was not new as advertised. Good news, I am finally getting my refund, but not from Factory outlet store. I had the good sense to purchase the insurance and it looks like Google trusted sites will be providing the refund as Factory Outlet Store refused to refund on a "new" phone that never worked. I would not do business with these jokers for any reason what-so-ever.

I can only relate my experience with Factory Outlet Store that was limited to one small purchase. The item was complete, timely, and exactly what I ordered. I have not purchased any thing since, however if they have what I want I would not hesitate to reorder.
