I ordered a wireless headset with lifter, charger and over ear design, their site says, "Brand New, 1 year warranty. The box arrived, not even the same headset, scratched, no lifter so it was useless. I called and some guy saying his name was Doug, (indian) told me I ordered refurbished. I hit the F... in ceiling. I said, $#*!, it says right here on your website, $199, Brand New, with lifter, but he said the new headset that comes with the lifter is $259.00. A total bunch of idiots, bait and switch... AVOID THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM DOING BUSINESS IN THE UNITED STATES, AND ALL STATES... IDIOTS, HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS, PRICKS!

Unable to do replacements or returns

Ordered a headset fromt hem that didn't work. Was unable to get them to replace it. I had to spend $11 and a lot of time returning the item.

If I could give zero stars, I would!

I ordered replacement water filters on Jan 2nd. Their confirm email stated that I would receive them in 2 - 5 business days. On Jan 18th when I called them to find out when my order would be delivered (11th business day), they had a hard time finding my order and when they finally did, they couldn't give me an ETA. I asked to speak with a manager, after being on hold for 40 minutes, they hung up on me. THEY ARE THE WORST!

Sweet lord don't bother.

Needed authentic samsung cables for s10e. Ordered 3 4 ft charging cables at their recommendation. I received 2 broken cables, both scratched, used, dirty, one connector completely crushed. That one also had exposed wires. To their benefit, they did say they would refund me, so that's good. But they better get a handle on their warehouse people because they sent me garbage, literally.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sent me the wrong vacuum belt and would not send me a return label after numerous attempts requesting a return slip.
Had to give them a one on rating as there is no way to give a zero.

Did not receive order

I ordered some heat pump filters and paid for them and never received the order. I contacted them via email and reported the issue. I was told I had to talk with a live person to get help with my issue. I called and talked with someone who I could barley understand. The wait time was long so I opted to have them call me. They called and put me on hold saying they will see what they can do for me. I waited for 10 minutes and than they disconnected the call from there end. They have my number and issue and they did not call back. I gave up and I am sure that is what they are counting on. Not worth my time to pursue $60. So no resolution, no filters. All I can do is write this honest review and hope you don't use this company i the future. I gave them one star since zero was not an option.

Misleading all around
October 26, 2021

Sales team sold me an electric shaver charger/cleaning station for $50. Problem is that even after I told them what model I had they failed (intentionally?) to tell me it was incompatible with my razor. So, it cost ME $15 to ship back AND they charged ME $15 "restocking" fee. So, they got the equipment back in the same condition it was sent and only refunded me $35. Minus what it cost to ship it that means I flushed $30 down the toilet. If I had known all this I would have kept it and thrown it away rather than let them re-sell it to some other sucker!

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY

IT TOOK ME 3 CALLS SO FAR IN ORDER TO RETURN A GARMIN MOTOR THAT WAS ON BACK ORDER AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED IN MAY, BUT NEVER SHIPPED UNTIL AUGUST. AT THAT POINT WE HAD SOLD THE BOAT. I TRIED ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS SO FAR TO RETURN THIS ITEM AND THE FIRST PERSON DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT, THE SECOND CALL I WAS TOLD TO GET THE NUMBERS OFF THE BOX AND THE THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT THE NUMBERS THAT I GOT WERE NOT THE SERIAL NUMBER AND I HAD TO OPEN THE BOX IN ORDER TO GET THAT NUMBER. I RECENTLY HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY AND COULD NOT OPEN THE BOX TO GET THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT THEY SHOULD HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR THAT THEY SENT ME. STAY TUNED... STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS STORE AS IT WOULD TAKE MONTHS TO RETURN IT IF IT WEREN'T RIGHT.

Restocking fee

Men's electric shaver would not take a charge.

They want a 15% restocking fee and they want you to pay for shipping for the return. Buh Bye!

Btw, I did eventually get a representative on the line and never got an apology for their defective product. That one thing would have gone a long way for a better impression.

Bad customer service

I returned a minn Kota trolling motor in a timely manor as required. I had a tracking number the date and time it arrived and who signed for it. It wasn't until I called to inquire about my refund three weeks later did they even acknowledge receiving much less processing my return. Their return paperwork was difficult to understand so I called for the same supervisor and was told she "Jane" was tied up but would call back within the hour. Well that never happened either. Minn Kota is a good product but I will NEVER but anything from the factory outlet store again. They seem to think that they are doing me a favor dealing with them. I'm done with these guys and most likely minn Kota since this is the people they chose to deal with

Purchased a NEW product and received a USED product
September 18, 2021

I purchased a brand new Panosonic 5-handset cordless phone and received some used trash. They didn't even bother to delete the contacts listed in the phones base. The phones handsets experience shortages when fully charged and shut off for no reason. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are selling refurbished garbage as NEW

ALL LIARS AT THIS SITE

This bunch should have a class action against them for false representation of products as they are a big bunch of LIARS. Prior to ordering a 40 volt battery from this site I chatted first with a person named Kelly about the COO of battery I wanted to order. That person said it was made in USA and hence I ordered it. When I received it, Made in China was imprinted on the battery which ticked me. I contacted the company again and chatted with someone named Sebastian. That person apologized and said it was a mistake and said just dispose of it and I would get refund. Also, I could order another and he would make it right. That did not happen as I order another which was also made in China and never got my refund on first one. Conversation was as follows:

Disgusting service

Before making a purchase 2 of the HW520 order#FOS*******E, I Chatted with a rep who guaranteed me I was getting the item I need (this wasn't it). This thing took 2 weeks to get to me more time than they advertise for delivery and low and behold nothing I needed. My job started the Monday 9th of Aug. I receiving it on the 8th Aug. Sunday. I returned both item one wasn't even opened and they still charged me a $30. Fee to return plus I payed $14. To send it to them. These people are a rip off. The customer service is also disrespectful save your money and shop elsewhere.

Purchased six-pack of generic Bosch refrigerator water filters listed on their site as matching my Bosch refrigerator. The items arrived quickly but they do not fit my refrigerator. No refunds, will only offer replacement with higher priced OEM filter - but it is still wrong shape fitting! $120 loss. Do not buy from them.

Refrigerator filters

Do not, I repeat, do not by from this company. They send off brand products rather than actual factory Samsung products. The water filters we purchased were made by Hisime and leaked like a sieve filling our freezer compartment with water.

I ordered the wrong trolling motor online and immediately contacted them via chat. They said no problem, we've cancelled the order.

3 months later, a trolling motor shows up at my front door and my credit card is charged. I contacted them again and the operator was very rude accusing me of not cancelling the order. I told her it was done via chat and she advised they don't save the chats to back and look. She said all cancellations have to be called in.

I asked if calls were recorded and she said no. So clearly it wouldn't have mattered.

They reluctantly told me I could return the 1300. 00 trolling motor but told me I would have to pay the 130.00 shipping.

I'm guessing Covid has business down and they took it upon theirselves to take advantage using loop holes.

I'v had to contact them repeatedly to get my order. It's been 2 months and it's still not complete and it was only 3 items. I got one item in 2 weeks another in 6 weeks and now the wait continues. They promise and promise. I too can promise. I PROMISE TO NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

The "DeLonghi replacement" coffee filters I bought were not DeLonghi, did not work in my DeLonghi espresso machine, were clearly different than a real DeLonghi filter at the water intake point, which is where they were not working. I bought 3; tried 2 with same result. FactoryOutletStore refused a refund because it was more than 30 days since my purchase. As if we test our coffee filters upon delivery! Complete ripoff. The photo on the website is so vague that you can't see that these are not real DeLonghi brand.

Be careful

The returns are subject to 15 % restocking fee that they don't advertise. In the top of that you have to pay for the shipping charges. I will never buy from this the is not associated with Garmin. There are many options
To purchase a golf GPS and this is far from being the ideal one. I even try to exchange for a more expensive GPS and they could care less and insisted on the 15 % restocking od approximately 55 dollars.
