IT TOOK ME 3 CALLS SO FAR IN ORDER TO RETURN A GARMIN MOTOR THAT WAS ON BACK ORDER AND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SHIPPED IN MAY, BUT NEVER SHIPPED UNTIL AUGUST. AT THAT POINT WE HAD SOLD THE BOAT. I TRIED ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS SO FAR TO RETURN THIS ITEM AND THE FIRST PERSON DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT, THE SECOND CALL I WAS TOLD TO GET THE NUMBERS OFF THE BOX AND THE THIRD TIME, I WAS TOLD THAT THE NUMBERS THAT I GOT WERE NOT THE SERIAL NUMBER AND I HAD TO OPEN THE BOX IN ORDER TO GET THAT NUMBER. I RECENTLY HAD OPEN HEART SURGERY AND COULD NOT OPEN THE BOX TO GET THE SERIAL NUMBER OF THE PRODUCT THEY SHOULD HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER FOR THAT THEY SENT ME. STAY TUNED... STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THIS ISSUE. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANOTHER ITEM FROM THIS STORE AS IT WOULD TAKE MONTHS TO RETURN IT IF IT WEREN'T RIGHT.
