Face Yoga Method

To much input and to few time for me to practice. Too expensive to keep on practicing with the mastery option if you're a beginner.
I liked better the 6 weeks face camp, even if there are too few extras for the whole package. I'd be good to have reminders throughout the day and more support. Otherwise it's difficult to implement a new habit. And classes are mostly afternoons at PT while I'm sleeping here in CET. That's not doable.
I wish there are some improvements to this respect. Full-time working mums need more flexibility and practicability.

Beautiful experience! Since I started this incredible journey with face yoga, more than 3 years ago, I learned to discover who I really am and to love myself with all my imperfections. That really transformed me and I felt that I was born a second time. I embrace the yoga poses, body posture and be aware of our habits and this is a really life transformation. I shouldn't forget that treating my face a natural face mask plays an important role too. Treating my mind with great thoughts is vital for me too. So many benefits. Fun, educational and useful classes with excellent teachers. The five day program with Fumiko and Tina was a great simple introduction in our awareness of daily bad habits and simple but very useful relaxation exercises. The second part, classes from Tina and Naomi, and Maria and of course, Fumiko, are very detailed expert explanations for results of process during our aging, as well as for the face exercises. All teachers have their own style, all very amusing and profesional.

For me, the sessions were not an efficient use of my time. Half an hour's content could have been delivered in 5-7 minutes. I'm already very in-tune with my body (former ballet dancer trained in dance kinesiology), and regularly use Thomas Hanna-based Somatics to "train" individual muscles (body & face). Just give me the exercises in the form of a daily protocol/progression & tell me why, anatomically, certain muscles are to relax or be toned. That's what I, personally, need. (I do, however, adore Fumiko's on-screen presence. She is so charismatic! And, I'm positive that Face Yoga Method benefits MANY people, so, I don't mean to bash it; it's just not for me.)

Customer service is taking ages to respond, social media messages are being ignored (unless you want to buy their products), public comments are being REMOVED. FB group is not an open community, posts are not being approved with questions about other skin care products. I purchased one of her products. Never received it. Contacted customer service, didn't hear back. Messaged on Instagram, was ignored there for a while. Added comments to one of her Instagram posts asking to contact me- comments were deleted. Wanted to ask about different products on FB group - my post was never approved. After chasing them I got my money back BUT be aware that negative feedback is being deleted. All you see on her Social media is either bought comments or positive feedback from I don't know who. Very disappointing and greedy ethics. Makes you wonder how good her products actually are. And what exactly they're hiding.

I keep getting billed $33.14 sporadically, used the app once. Can't get into contact face yoga support to cancel.
Pretty sure they just collect the money and you have no way of contacting them. Very angry.

Don't fall for this fraud. She may seem sweet on the videos, but money brings honey. Do not be fooled like me. The negative reviews are deleted by someone paid by the company. Too many good reviews, no average reviews is a major red flag. The book is also way overpriced. Also, Yoga is an an ancient INDIAN practice. How dare she take that idea (unoriginal, facial exercise methods have been around for years) and call it yoga? That's offensive. I'm not even Indian, I'm just not ignorant. This is nothing but a trendy con.

The FYM has transformed my life! I felt wonderful sensations I never thought existed! Fumiko and her team are all amazing and have a special and unique way in teaching! If you wish to accomplish a radiant complexion while also a glow from the inside out, this is the place to be!

The face yoga method does work, but I found a lot more value in following videos on YouTube rather than this overpriced system- this women is enterprising in a fake way/ I'm trying to deal with her Group it's obvious that she is creating community solely for profit and has a very greedy attitude when it comes to expanding repertoire outside what will benefit her personally rather than holistically to the group. I purchased some products and then in working with her, felt patronised and taken from. It isn't good karma to purchase these programs

I was very pleased with the my results from the 6 week face yoga method bootcamp! Its a valuable program for anyone who sees the signs of aging and wants to take a natural DIY approach to look more youthful. Fumiko's FYM poses are easy to do, and they work. I am 51 yrs old, and by the end of the course, I noticed that my eyes were more open and brighter, my cheeks were more lifted, my face was slimmer, my lips were slightly fuller, and my skin was brighter. The bootcamp teaches you about the muscles in your face-- how they are connected and the reasoning behind the poses. The bootcamp also includes lots of extras such as great skin care tips, and a Facebook group which was a unexpectedly wonderful component. Fumiko, Tina and all the bootcampers were a fun, pro-aging, supportive community to learn with. Try it! It requires a small daily commitment, but it will give you some great tools and skills to help you nurture a youthful appearance throughout your life.

I like the fact you can mark off what you have completed to check your progress. Lots of content and live replays
