I guess now a days most or alot comes from the internet. But my experience was NOT A HAPPY... their customer service is apathetic.
No connection or positive guidance.

I have placed my order 2 weeks ago and when I go to track it, all it says is merchant received an order placed. I emailed the company as game why is it taking so long for it to ship out and no response yet. I'll never order from them again and plan on getting a refund from my bank. What a waste of time

I ordered my product 6/24/2020. They sent it from California, to New York, to Orlando Florida. It has been in Orlando for three days now! Today's date is 7/13/2020. What a joke to have to wait this long! Why wasn't product sent directly to Florida from California? Why did it go to NY at all? Won't be buying anything thing else from here if it that much of an issue for shipping!

I purchased the accupressure pen and it never arrived. I contacted customer service and they said it was return so they would re-send it. 2 Months later still nothing.

This sounds to me like it could be a scam. I will be reversing charges today.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY". I SUBMITTED MY ORDER 7 WEEKS AGO AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING! IVE SENT 6 UNANSWERED EMAILS. I HAVE FILED NOTICE WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FACEBOOK AND MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY! IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM!

Just received my Acu Pen about a week ago. Used it on my swollen/painful knees and can already feel some improvement. I will continue using it and keep you informed of my progress..
