Was able to go in store and exchange clothes that did not fit for free, staff was very helpful and quick.
I was excited with getting some fabletic leggings! I got them and they have the best buttery smooth fabric but when I bent over to make sure they were what they advertised as, they in fact were not. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I even measured everything to make sure I got the correct size. I also ordered the "correct size" cargo sweat pants and they were 2 times too big. I returned with the idea of getting a smaller size but the website only gives the options of "too big, too small" and I can't remember the third for as to why you want to exchange. It didn't give an option of picking the new size. So I just assumed they'd send a size down. They just sent the same size back. Very disappointed. Not worth the cost.
I didn't like that money from my account was taken without any PRIOR notification. I should have a choice whether to join the membership or not. I chose not to join membership. Otherwise love the items I bought.
Product is amazing but the website and app makes it more difficult than it needs to be. I am a member but hate that I have to opt out every month. The monthly credit is not worth it to me. The deals that come out are. I would rather have a paid membership for the year to get deals but having to click no each month is annoying. I would rather it be I click yes each month that I want to
Fabletics is subscription-based which causes me to monthly want to exit permanently. Instead, I skip each month. It is frustrating that they bury the skip button making it hard to find snd making you think you might have skipped when you actually haven't.
I ordered clothes on 8/14 with expedited shipping. Not only did the clothes not arrive within the expedited shipping window. The clothes never arrived after waiting for 3 week. I will never order from Fabletics again, and I will actively recommend that others never order from Fabletics either.
The Fabletics sales are great deals. But the membership required to unlock the savings is lame. Who's buying clothes on a such a regular basis that it offsets the high monthly fee? Yes, they offer free cancelation, but you have to CALL and then they pressure you to keep the membership until you insist they cancel it. Just have the sales without the baggage!
Please stop sending spam emails from Fabletics. I never contacted them or subscribed to their emails.
I love the Powerhold Highwaisted leggings and jacket and wear them pretty much year round. However the black goes out of stock often, which is a little irritating. I go to the gym and walk the dog everyday so this is the core of my wardrobe. I wish there were more offerings for colder climates (which is not a cropped puffy jacket and bared midriff).
When I first began as a monthly VIP member the $70 charge bought a quality outfit and an entire outfit at that. Now Fabletics is trying to offer very subpar outfit choices for that cost or charge me $70 for one sports bra and use my entire monthly credit. No thank you, for that cost I'm buying Alo, Athleta or LuLu. Your products have not improved so therefore do not warrant that kind of price tag.
I joined the VIP membership. I set an alarm to skip the membership for the month of September. My alarm was for 5:00 a.m. September 1st. I went on at 5:00 in the morning and I skipped that month so I wouldn't be charged $60. I was still charged $60 and when I called customer service and said that my computer history shows that I went on and I went into my profile and I would like my money back I was basically told no. I will not be a part of a company whose system charges you even though you've done what you're supposed to do, and then the company won't give you back your money. Very foolish on their part because I actually very much like their product, and if they would have just given me back that month I guarantee I would have bought more clothing at some later date and they would have gotten more money from me but they preferred to basically assume I was lying and destroy any trust I had in their company.
Getting my sizes in stock in almost impossible. Every new drop, or even older stuff is always out in my size.
I was issued a store credit after some items i ordered were out of stock. I used my store credit to purchase some other items and that order did not arrive. O contacted customer support and they reshipped my order. After multiple orders not arriving to me, I decided to no longer order from Fabletics. Now I have to wait 4-6 business weeks for a refund check for the store credit (that I had originally used my card to purchase). Such a headache, I would not recommend anymore. I used to love ordering from here.
I got in the membership initially and got pants. Great deal but they were way too short. Go back in to order different length, sent back the pants, and everything was out of stock. Membership got charged and got a couple of undershirts for $60 when all said and done. I really wanted to try the pants.
Site difficult to navigate, shows lots of stuff as available that isn't. Quality and sizing consistency not great. We have loved some of the men's loungewear and polos, but the rest has not at all been worth the price. Slow delivery and difficult exchange process. We have canceled membership.
My items were stolen "off my porch". Whoever "delivered" my package didn't submit a photo to the tracking website like they were supposed to, and I was at home at the time of alleged delivery. Super disappointed, had bought the clothes for a new job.
The deal that Fabletics gave me to try their product was outstanding. I liked their array of athletic gear. I hate that their website is a membership and all the "wait there's more" offers that try to oversell product. If you can sell me something so cheaply, why not make your prices more reasonable and sell a lot of product? I will probably never visit the Fabletics site again because of the membership. I don't buy a membership to Taco Bell. Why buy a membership to Fabletics? I found a store near me but have not visited it for the outrageous pricing you have your product listed at online.
Have waited and waited for my shipment, if it's in stock then why hasn't it shipped and it's been 2 weeks
Very disappointing for the money I spend monthly and having a membership
I ordered multiple items and they never came after multiple weeks. I was issued a refund only after calling the support line.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
