The size range available was so small because the larger size pants were not available so I had to order online but they only had the slim fit model in stock so the sales rep said I could try that and exchange if it didn't fit my Fiance. I did that and it didn't fit but instead of being able to exchange it for the regular fit that was now available I had to send in the slim fit and then wait until they processed it in order to get the regular fit, which was to no surprise sold out. I even called Fabletics to explain the issue before trying to exchange it and they said there was no way to exchange it, it had to be a return. I have been a member for years and am Sooooo frustrated so now I have half an outfit for my Fiance and used a credit for nothing!
U able to unsubscribe from email list. Continued charging my account after it was closed. Border line scam.

I had an order with the incorrect address. The order was returned to Fabletics. I called to correct the address and was told that order would be trashed, and unfortunately, half of the items ordered were no longer available. For a company proclaiming to care, why would you simply destroy an order rather than relabel it with the correct address and send it to the customer. Because of this, I no longer can support this company or it's values and waste.
I've been purchasing Fabletics for several years. My daughter loves the matching sets for running. Happy with the quality of products.

I used to love Fabletics for the high waisted pants and the super cute matching sets in fun colors and styles. The styles have changed and are too monochromatic, and too cropped/inappropriate for mature women.
Difficult to navigate website to cancel every month. If I forget to cancel or confirm cancel I'm charged a member credit $69. Any of the items we needed were already cheaper than the $69 credit.
When I finally tried to cash in on my member credits each item I added to cart then tried to check out was now out of stock. This happened multiple times in one transaction. But wait there more. Fee shipping. Nope. There's taxes and Tarrif. I have never ordered anything in the US within the US and laid a Tartiff on top of normal taxes. But wait if I pay for something in the store I'm still laying taxes and a tariff. I paid 7.50 intarrif and 8.92 in taxes. Do not buy into this monthly vip membership
The last 3 pair of Powerhold leggings I have purchased have had issues. They are developing holes very quickly, the seams are fraying or there is rusching where there shouldn't be.
If it was one pair, ok. But 3 recent pairs? That is too many. I will be cancelling my subscription immediately.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
