The website has always been user friendly, and the customer service has always been great when I've called and needed anything. What bums me out is the replacement of your tried and true clothing collections that put Fabletics on the map with of all these new designs, fabrics, and collections. I'm not against growing the brand and exploring new things, but please don't do it at the expense of taking collections away like the mens Takeover jogger (that was by far my favorite as well as others I know that wear the brand), and the mens To Go zip up hoodie. I find myself accumulating monthly points with nothing to spend them on because I'm not a fan of the new stuff. Please consider my issue, and bring back the classics!.

I found very few items that actually fit me right. Mediums were too small and large too big. Even the same type of pants seemed to fit differently depending on the color/design. The sleeves of the sweatshirts I bought were way too long and so much fabric! Instead of looking comfy, I looked frumpy and disheveled. Even the stuff I got with the credits were worthless when a sale was happening. The credit was a month's payment yet pants would be on sale for way less. It was a deterrent to using the credits. Also, it was really annoying to have to go in every month to freeze the account.
I absolutely love this company through and through. The employees for any mishaps are amazing and quick. The product itself is comfortable and lasting. I honestly could rave so much more about this business! Highly highly recommend.
Once you buy something on Fabletics they end up putting you on a 60$/mo subscription and don't tell you about it. What's it for? No clue. When did they ask me for it? Never. Did I get refunded. Yes. Do they still reach out to me about it. Yes. Screw kevin hart and Fabletics

They first never sent me my first order, then sent me the wrong order (someone else's) and then finally after two month of waiting they sent me my actual order. They didn't offer extra credit nor did they offer free express shipping. It was a painful experience to get help from some of the customer service representatives also.
I decided to cancel my subscription because I found that I was not ordering enough, amassing 5 credits over 5 months. Before cancelling, I put an order in using the credits. 5 weeks went by and I was notified that the order has been returned to sender.
Ultimately, I paid for 5 months of membership that was just stolen by Fabletics.
I ordered 2 pair of scrubs which included the Long Jogger Pants. They arrived quickly and the quality is great! The Long Jogger Pants fit well and are very comfortable! I would recommend to other Nurses!
I enjoy my Fabletics clothes. The price was great, and the fit and feel are what I expected. Two issues I've had are with the digital shopping experience. First, I cannot use the iOS app even though I am a subscriber. Second, when I receive the email promotions, I am directed to a broken link OR to the first-time customer screen. When I am on the site, I find it difficult to know which colors are actually in stock. Whichever color circle appears by the product is rarely the color that's available. This is misleading and a major turnoff. Finally, the colors advertised in the promotional emails are never the ones in stock.
I really like the items I purchased. My complaint is prices after being a member don't feel like much of a benefit to me.
Honestly, when I first ordered I was not expecting much. I was wrong! Everything I have ordered in the last year or so has been top quality. I love the leggings, the joggers, the bras and tops! I love that I can skip months when needed. I usually receive my deliveries within a few days of placing my order.

You should be able to buy 2 or 3 items that add up to the amount you took out.
The material is never the same even though I usually order the same leggings since they are for work. This last order came in and they feel like cardboard. The are usually see through and not squat proof at all.
That most products were not really fit my body shape I'm in between S and M. Sometimes S is bit too small but M isn't fitting (strap too long etc) and I end up wasn't very satisfied about some of the style fit, this is just not the perfect brand for me.
I always have trouble with the website. Recently I was offered a promotion. Too bad I could not order anything. Whenever I clicked on anything, all I got was sorry, something went wrong. This went on for three days and the promotion was over.
With every order I get, I find the material being less and less of quality. My most recent order including items in which the material of the clothing feels more stiff and plastic like. When I first started my subscription years ago, the fabric was soft and buttery. I find myself wearing my old clothing more than I do my new clothing. I have a bag full of returns sitting in the corner of my room that I find myself continually adding to.
I am a guy... I love all the guy apparel lines... I am getting adds and links for all of my advertisements that only take me to female apparel... Not smart. Since everything is female and nothing it easy to find male from the advertisements and links provided. I just don't even look anymore.
I've been a member for 7 or 8 years. I feel that the colors/prints are not as cute as they used to be. I used to have a hard time deciding what to buy, now I have a hard time finding something to buy. This summer I order a few size M bras, I could not even put them on. I compared them with older bras of the same design and size; the new bras were 2" smaller. Last, but not least, you run out of sizes very quick. Sadly, I am considering canceling my membership.
I dislike that it is difficult to skip months. I know I get an email, but it is difficult to navigate once you get there.
Also when you run sales, you are always way out of stock on stuff. I get that things sell out quickly, but the item should be removed from the site.
Less than one month of signing up for VIP, the price went up $10/ month. The VIP credit does not include tax and tariff. Adding tariff in addition to tax is unnecessary. It should be worked into he price of the garment. Company seems to nickel and dime you. Canceled my membership.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
