The VIP membership has become a joke.
- VIP credits expire when there is literally nothing valuable to buy.
- Quality of everything has gotten worse year after year, extremely disappointed.
- Only items that anyone wants to buy are gone the first day of the month.
- Cannot wait to use my final credits and leave this membership, I have waiting to leave for over a year.
- Items arrive multiple weeks after ordering
- Items often tattered or torn

Online ordering is simple and being a member, the prices are amazing. The quality of the clothing we have received is top notch. The customer service rep was wonderful when I called about a glitch in the free item that was coming up at a discount and not free. My only complaint if I had one is delivery takes a lot longer than other companies.
I'm always pleased with my products, the quality is good and the colors have always been fun. I had an opportunity to deal with their customer service a couple weeks back and surprisingly that was a very pleasant experience as well. I recommend them.
I have no issue with the clothing. It's the monthly service that is not working as expected. There is no heads up, i.e. An email, at the beginning of each month about purchasing or skipping the month. (I get multiple daily emails about products, so I know my email is in their system.) But I must put it on my calendar to be able to skip each month, which doesn't necessarily work in a busy schedule. And last month I purchased something in the first five days, using a prior month's charge (and resulting credit to my account) but did not skip and was charged for last month. I will be cancelling this service once I use those credits.
Fabletics always offers great quality and style. Love that they always have my size and color available. Been a member for several years and I look forward to the new styles that come out at the beginning of every month.
This isn't about my order, but rather the difficulty getting the colors that I want in some of the styles. For example, really difficult getting a yellow or purple hoodie.
No big deal. I also have tons of your clothes and I am running out of things to buy.

I would get endless emails for promotions but rarely be able to find my size. The quality of the clothing was good, but the non-sale prices were way too high. You had to buy "credits" each month or remember to request to skip the month, which was just a giant pain. I would regularly purchase stuff if it was just priced fairly all of the time and no sub was needed.
The quality of the products I've received from Fabletcs across the board have been great. Sadly whenever the newest drops which are almost always must have items are released they're always sold out. I'm not sure if they make enough and there's never an indication if they restock those items. 😔
I have not experienced the low level of customer service since dealing with a cable company years ago. Fabletics has not figured it out.
The mistake started as mine; I mis-typed my email address when signing up. When I went to sign in, I thought I'd just forgotten my password so I ended up with a second account.
I was being charged on an account that I couldn't access. They told me that they couldn't connect the accounts. You can wait on their chat and phone for a VERY long time and then they are not helpful at all. Note that you will have to go through this system when you try and cancel. Very easy to sign up and a nightmare to try and cancel. No way to do it in your account.
Products are nice quality, just plan on a big challenge when you try to cancel your membership. Kind of like a low quality gym.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
