Fabletics seems to believe that everyone wants to work out with as much skin showing as possible. If it's not cropped, tops are cut at the back or side, hanging open when you bend during exercise. I don't want to adjust my clothes every time I move.
… and dysfunctional! Telephone contact was a voice recording telling me I'd be long dead (75 mins) before anyone answered. Quality of product varied wildly from "fine" to "made where?". I have to unsubscribe when I have time on my hands to wait for the third world call center to respond
I absolutely love the clothes, annoyed by the time it takes to receive. I'm in Perth, Australia max 15 day delivery time, but my orders take well over 6 -8 weeks to arrive. My last order was confirmed and then cancelled? Really disappointing
This is by far my favorite place to shop. Whether I'm going to work, the gym, or a date you guys have me covered. I would love to participate in the product review board. The new colors and styles are always amazing.

Fabletics has generally been pretty good about reminding customers of their member credit on the first of the month, until this past year. I was charged a few times because the emails stopped coming, so I ended up setting up my own reminder. Again, it works well if you know to check every month, and it worked for me until it didn't.
The email reminders have come back in play in the last couple of months, but I'll keep my reminders just in case.
There was an introduction invite of a new customer special to try their product. The price was 29.95 for two pair pair of woman's sports apparel. Which I did buy they arrive. When my credit statement came the initial charge did show the above amount. Later they charged another 60.00 for nothing. Didn't order. Anything else. Maybe the greedy staff helped them selves to something on my tab. Total dishonesty on ther part.
The site is too busy. Why do you need 50 characters to understand what can be said in less? Just like the site TOO MUCH UNNECESSARY STUFF!
I can't get enough, I want them all! I could never afford regular prices but the deals and sales makes it more accessible to me. I'd sport Fabletics every day on every life event and now with the underwear options I'm sure I will one way or another. Love the new brand revamp.
One of the biggest issues I have with the company as a whole is the whole membership system. You offer amazing deals only to new subscribers. But the existing members get no benefits. I've been a member for over 8 months and only purchased maybe 3 times. Every time I see deals it's for new members only and I ask employees what the members discounts are and they say nothing. On top of that the stores do not carry everything from new collections or stock enough sizes. The one time I ordered in store to deliver to home, the shipping took over 2.5 weeks!
It's a lame company. Makes you wait three months after a purchase to be able to cancel. The quality is okay but you can find equally priced quality goods elsewhere and not be locked into their dumb "club."
I've been a long standing Fabletics customer - I built a whole section of my closet devoted to rainbow ordered / organized fabletics outfits. Over the past 6 months, i've found that I rarely purchase sets either because the styles are not appealing, the fit has been less consistent or the way that the app is organized is not nearly as user friendly as the past. (load times are super slow too).
The shipping service that Fabletics uses, Pitney Bowes, is terrible! They take absolutely forever and there's always issues. This is definitely not the first order I've had issues with shipping on.
Also, I ordered a jacket with elastic sleeve cuffs and they were so stretched out an elephant could've fit its leg through them, I mean come on!
I like that you vary your selections and have varied colors and certainly keep up with the trends. The quality misses sometimes in that the leggings waist don't stay up and many tops/jackets are not stink proof. Some I've had to stop wearing even after repeated washes.
The website does not work smoothly, especially on the phone. There is a huge lag and drag when you are making selections, whether it be for color or size, it gets frustrating. The actual product is great quality, but that is actually challenging because I don't need to replace anything for a while and if i forget to skip a month, that can get very expensive. In the end, Im not saving anything by being a member or VIP.
Don't think the quality is great. Noticed pilling on t-shirt collars almost immediately. The only product that I have liked are the One Short 5" which I use for running. I like to try them on before purchasing but can rarely find my size (I wear Small) in the stores.
I have avoided Fabletics for years because of their membership-based model. I saw a cute romper and decided to place one order. It seems like their prices are completely made up, a pair of shorts from the same exact fabric somehow cost more than the romper?
The "non-member" price for the shorts online was $69, but the tag said $94. I only paid $12 but the quality feels like it should be even less.
Also, one of the items was stolen from the package before it arrived to me. Customer service was good but I won't be ordering again.
The scrubs are great quality, I have already ordered more. The way fabletics markets is very surreptitious. They should be clear on the deals they are giving instead of misleading people and hiding actual prices in the fine print we can't see.
It's not just me but it's my husband too. He loves the men's shorts with liner and your women's line is fantastic. They leggings are comfortable and the higher wait is perfect. Squat proof is the best! The sports bras fit perfectly keeping everything in place. Being comfortable & worry free during a work out is why I am always in Fabletics work out attire
I love the quality of the leggings and sports bras, only brand of workout leggings I use!
I like the quality of the items, but I don't feel that as a member you are really getting any perks or deals. If items are on sale, you still get charged the regular price and full credit is taken. It feels like a rip off to me. Reason why I cancelled my membership, I'm better off purchasing elsewhere.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
