I got a gift of a jacket and leggings. They did not fit and I did not like style...I wanted to return and they store said I had to get the same product in a different size...WHAT! I didn't like it...I called many times to the corporate no luck.went back to store Many times...finally a manager had some sense and got me a return and some leggings in my size that I preferred...Terrible policy...I will never go back!
It is very difficult to skip a month. It is hidden and you have to search and click on many things. After finally figuring out how to skip a month, I clicked on it, received a confirmation that I skipped and still got charged. I had to take more time to call fabletics. Ended up cancelling membership
I didn't mind that my order took extra time but I didn't realize that the back of the tights were not plain as I had expected. I had already opened and removed all the packaging. So that part is disappointing
For a tall person (6'2"), the inseam still doesn't give enough room to move.
I wear a 36x34, but I cannot fit into a slim fit.

My wife likes your products; however, your sizing is extremely erratic. My wife is handicap and does not like to try on clothes in the store. So, take home and try on. This causes multiple trips to the store to get one that fits.

Overall it's been good. I don't like that you have to let them know within 3 or four days if you are skipping the month or not. It's hard to remember to do that. They don't remind you. That's what I don't like. I also don't like the logo being silver; however, I noticed that this month, one of the pants has the logo in the color that the pants are, hallelujah! I think y'all got that right.
Fabletics is great quality sportswear! I am enjoying everything I have gotten.
The pants I ordered already have a small hole in them and the shipping took almost 2 months.
Horrible. I asked to have my membership cancelled, waited for over 20 minutes for an agent just for that agent to enter into the chat and then leave the chat without helping. Then had to re-request another agent and wait 20 more minutes. Canceling your membership should be as easy as clicking a button, not having to wait almost an hour for no help. Fabletics is a scam
I ordered 40x32 pants in October and the were 2 inches too big in the waist. Returned and got 38 x 32 and the fit was good and I was very pleased other than over 30 days to receive the replacement. Then I ordered 4 more pairs on 12/25 of 38 x 32 and when received the are way too small in the waist. Returned and no replacement size available for over a month and the cut changed very quickly on the same pant. I don't know the reason but I would expect consistency at this price. The fabric and fit is excellent with my first pair. However the change in size and fit is a real hassle.
I had multiple missing items on my order and even on my reorder things got missed or the wrong colors were sent.
The people work at the Fashion Place mall store are great and very helpful every time we go in.
Ok, yeah, you offered a great deal to try your products. But, unfortunately I did not get the products I wanted and I wanted to exchange them and I could not do that. Nor could I return them.
So for that reason I definitely did not want to stay signed up for the "club."
I purchased an item that shrunk after washing it. Fabletics was not helpful in resolving the issue. They never even offered to exchange the item. I'm done with them!

I did not understand the VIP membership fully when I signed up. Also I was not able to get the color/size of scrubs that I wanted so I waited to cancel my membership until it was in stock and then canceled the very expensive monthly membership.
I think you could make a better VIP program that does not cost so much each month.
Everytime I go to buy a pair of pants or anything for that matter it's out of stock.
You don't make enough pants in sizes 35/36 wanted the pine shadow and maroon don slim fit pants haven't seen them in 2 months
I've enjoyed my finds from Fabletics. My hubbie gave me a gift card for my birthday and I'm hooked. All the clothes fit and are good for casual wear and for workouts. I love my fuzzy long coat, my bathrobe, my red off the shoulder sweatshirt etc!
Spent a bunch of time on the site deciding what I wanted. Placed a big order. After placing the order was sent a message that some of the stuff was no longer in stock. Then I never even got the order. Had to call 3 weeks later to get all my money back. Just placed another order, and I never received a confirmation e mail. I don't even no if you guys are sending it to me, or if you even got the order.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
