I've enjoyed my finds from Fabletics. My hubbie gave me a gift card for my birthday and I'm hooked. All the clothes fit and are good for casual wear and for workouts. I love my fuzzy long coat, my bathrobe, my red off the shoulder sweatshirt etc!
Spent a bunch of time on the site deciding what I wanted. Placed a big order. After placing the order was sent a message that some of the stuff was no longer in stock. Then I never even got the order. Had to call 3 weeks later to get all my money back. Just placed another order, and I never received a confirmation e mail. I don't even no if you guys are sending it to me, or if you even got the order.
I have walked 5 miles a day every day for the last 3 years and all I wear is Fabletics shorts or pants! Need I say more?
I like the clothes but not the membership rules, too confusing and having to skip every month makes no sense.
I love the products but having to skip the membership every month that I don't plan on buying something is extremely annoying.
They ran a Christmas promotion where I got a great deal on a ton of clothes but they hid the fact that I was also signing up for some VIP program that would charge me monthly. When I figured it out, I tried to go online to cancel it, but there was no option. Contrary to what the website suggests, you cant cancel the VIP subscription online. Unless its hidden somewhere. I didnt have the time to call and cancel so time went by and eventually i got charged $60 non refundable. The entire scheme was tricking people to sign up for something, knowing they will eventually forget and they can milk it until they get around to calling to cancel. When I called to cancel, I practically had to force the lady to cancel my subscription.
I recommend ordering a size up for sports bras. There is a convenient Fabletics store nearby for exchanges. Skipping the month has typically taken too much time.
I think I would have bought more from Fabletics if the website wasn't so slow. I lost interest in browsing after waiting soooo long formthe pages to load.
I purchased two pairs of leggings and both got lint after only two wears. Definitely not the quality I expected!
All is well when you think you are getting good prices---then you get hit with fees of $59 per month. Would not refund the fee. Very dishonest company. Don't buy
I have been a customer for a few years and I've never been disappointed with my purchases are returned will always be valued customer
I like the pants,, need more colors and also looks like you run out on that style
I'm obsessed with flares and they have the best flare pants i ever wear with perfect Material!
I love all my Fabletics outfits, they are all very well made, they hold you tight and the material is wonderful, plus the prices are good
Oh man, this was a really disappointing experience, so much so that I cancelled my membership, with no real push back from the customer service agent I was working with. I had been a member for some years. In January I sent some pants back for an exchange. Like around Jan 9. Hadn't received any emails or news about the pants so I started a chat on 9/17. Agent said they were not returned, but I had email proof/confirmation they made it to FAbletics on 1/11 or 1/13, and Fabletics never sent me the exhagne pair. I didn't receive the pants until 1/28. What? Almost 20 days after starting the exchange. The agent ackowledges that it was F's fault, but refused to send the items expeditied delivery - becuase I needed them. But she refused. I told her that was not acceptable when it was F's fault for not sending them immediately upon receipt of my exchagne. She said she couldn't do anything. So I told her that she should cancel my membership if she was not going to send them expedited when the entire situation was Fs fault, as she acnkowledged. So disappointed in this brand. I cancelled. No way a customer shoulld be treated like that, especially when there are TONS of viable and affordable alternatives to your company.
Either the site has issues or it's created that way on purpose, but it was incredibly hard to return items. I had to chat with customer service quite a bit to work it out.
I think the quality and price are fair and have not had issues with my products. However, there are two issues that have irked me. Whenever there are cute sets I'd consider purchasing, it seems that one of the items isn't in stock in my size every time and so I miss out on the savings from buying the combo. The other issue is that I recently received an email with a generous $30 gift card from Fablerics but no matter what I did I couldn't get it to work. My items met the very simple terms and conditions laid out in the email, and I didn't see anywhere else to read further info, so I have no idea why it didn't work. It was really frustrating so I ended up just saying forget it and didn't buy anything.
The quality of the material this time was terrible. They pulled after 1 wash. They are all dumpy and feel annoying.
I do like the clothes but to pay a $60 monthly membership fee to purchase clothes doesn't sit well with me.
Fabletics clothes are great. They always have been. But their programs, limited Member Credit items/kite, and recent price increases have led me to reconsider my membership.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
