Without fail every time I go to the Fabletics store at the Garden State Plaza every staff member is always a pleasure. I always have great experiences whenever I go there. They are amazing at customer service… kudos to you guys
I received exactly what I wanted in quick time. I am. always impressed with Fabletics. Their items represent a variety of clothes. I appreciate how they change models' pictures so I can see what the item would really look like n my plus size. It helps me make a more informed choice

I paid the monthly fee and ordered a couple pair of paints and a bra. Pants didn't fit and bra seemed fine before I washed it. Once wash and worn for just one morning before I realized I looked like I had one large uni-breast. So will no longer wear it and returned the pants. Before realizing I needed to cancel the monthly subscription I was charged a second time. In the end I paid $130 for a bra I will never wear.
Items are expensive and uncomfortable. I love my onesie, but the inseam is itchy. I wore it for the first time on a car ride. The material in between my legs started to bead up. Same with my leggings I wore them on a flight and the material started beading up. The leggings seem comfortable, but kept rolling down. My bras cut into my skin. And I haven't had a pair of comfortable panties. The panties seem to hold in my pudge, but I was dressed up and pulling them out of my butt all night.
Everything feels good and wears well. I love all the great deals that I purchase and I am looking to purchase more of your products but I'm ready and I have everything for my vacation but I'm very satisfied with everything that I purchased.
The products have gotten better through the years, but the shipping and customer service are atrocious.
Placed order in early December and while delivery took a while, everything shipped via UPS and was received as expected except that most of the items were too long for me. I initiated a return to exchange the items.
After returning the items, my replacement order never shipped and credits were never issuednto my account for thr returned items. After contacting CS, they add the credits back to my account because the items I wanted are no longer available.
I took some time and found alternative items to place my order once again. The majority of that order were shipped via Doordash. The Doordash delivery driver never attempted delivery (I know because I both lived and worked at the apartment community and they supposedly attempted delivery during office hours while I was working and I can guarantee they didn't attempt). After a few days of "attempted deliveries" I noticed and added in my own personal Doordash instructions including a 24/7 access code to the building. Dasher still marks as attempted and my items are returned to the warehouse.
I contacted CS every day for nearly a week to try and resolve this but they kept saying my order was still on the way and not to worry. Finally, after a lot of back and forth they finally acknowledge that the items were returned and what I ordered is no longer available. Again.
I spend HOURS dealing with this and all they were able to offer as compensation was a 50% discount of one future item but only if it's listed at full price. Pretty worthless and won't be something I end up using because I deactivated my account after this experience.
Items fit perfect. Shipping is a little slow, but that's understandable. Returns are easy. Customer service is great. Highly recommend. Glad I was able to update my workout clothes for a great price.
Clothing is exceptional! I really like the way the shirts feel & look on my body they are definitely, designed for an athletic body!

I had a good experience with Fabletics,. Thus far. The website is easy to use and there are lots of options to choose from. My only complaint is that when i received the ball cap i ordered it was all smushed in this tiny bag! The clothing i received was adequate for the price i paid...

I have been ordering items online and it takes a month to be delivered. That's a little too long.
I usually have trouble navigating the Fabletics website. It will be helpful if you group sets and coordinating tops and bottoms on the same page. When opening some bottoms, it will be helpful if you add the coordinating tops underneath, in order to purchase sets, when possible.
Both sets of leggings began to pull up after the first wear. In addition, the monthly membership and the difficulty cancelling is painful.
I have purchased items both in store and online. My experiences from both venues have been exceptional. I love the quality of the clothing and the fit. Also, two of my grandsons really like the men's shorts and joggers.
I am a smaller frame so even though I'm a mid build the clothes are too long on my 5'3 height.
Lack of women's inventory in the store, sizes were unavailable, men's clothing was next to nothing. A membership for buying a clothing line is ridiculous, in order to get a sale price requires a membership. If this is your model for business, it should be seriously reconsidered. I will be canceling my membership
I got a gift of a jacket and leggings. They did not fit and I did not like style...I wanted to return and they store said I had to get the same product in a different size...WHAT! I didn't like it...I called many times to the corporate no luck.went back to store Many times...finally a manager had some sense and got me a return and some leggings in my size that I preferred...Terrible policy...I will never go back!
It is very difficult to skip a month. It is hidden and you have to search and click on many things. After finally figuring out how to skip a month, I clicked on it, received a confirmation that I skipped and still got charged. I had to take more time to call fabletics. Ended up cancelling membership
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
