Fabletics is a transparent scam. They tell you up front that you need to join their VIP club which is 60 bucks a month and it's easy to cancel any time. We'll that's what they say, it's not easy to cancel. I had to call 3 times to get it canceled and I was told on the previous calls that it was canceled, but that was a lie. They lie so you stay a member and then you get billed 60 bucks for the month. To be fair, they tell you it's a membership... that's not the scam, the scam is trying to cancel. Each time I called they wanted to give me "credits" or free monthly membership extensions. I kept sayin I wanted to cancel and then I had to listen to a sales pitch on why I should stay and what they will do for me if I do. Even after all that nonsense, then being told I was canceled... I wasn't. They just didn't cancel me... that's the scam. Also the shipping and handling times are atrocious. Placed and ordered on a Sunday, tracking label was instantly created and marked shipped... but the carrier didn't receive the package for 5 more days. Then once received by the carrier, it was another one and half weeks for the actual shipping.

It wasn't to my expectation that the leggings weren't really "high-waist". The leggings also were tight all around your legs, but not tight around your waist at all.

After the initial month after my first purchase learning what the stipulations of "VIP Membership" is, I forgot for a few months to opt out of the monthly credit (aka automatic charge to my credit card after the 5th of the month to use in store). This month I know I opted out, via my mobile device and before April 5th, and was STILL charged! Customer service said there was no record of me clicking to skip the month, and that I couldn't receive the money back and had to use it in store. Going to be cancelling my "VIP" Membership as soon as I use the store credit - it certainly doesn't make me feel like a valued customer.
Also, don't wait for items to be re-stocked. I was waiting for over two months for some leggings to be re-stocked before cancelling my VIP membership (so that I could get the better pricing), and was informed by customer service that they often don't re-stock items. Wish they would remove it from their website if it is a product no longer being offered and is out of stock!
Fabletics lures you in with great "special" deals and hides that you are signing onto a monthly subscription

The things I boughted does not fited was very dislike and the way you treated to me was not good… then I boughted againg and several days later you cancelled mynorder without not reason… So I want to quit my membership with you
Signed up for my "great deal" of 2 leggings for $24, not realizing I would only have an hour to use that coupon. Did not like the pressured feeling as I scrambled to quickly decide which leggings to order. Had I had more time, able to do more research, I would have realized they ran small, but I didn't so the first leggings I got were too small. Was able to exchange after talking to someone overseas that was extremely hard to understand. Waited a couple weeks to get the 2nd attempt, one pair I didn't love, but I did love the other, BUT, it started to fall apart within just a couple weeks of limited use. Called to exchange and had the hardest time trying to understand and be understood by the person overseas. Waited forever for my exchange, and when it arrived, it wasn't the same leggings, it was another pair that I hadn't cared for. Called to try to straighten that out and was told that the leggings I loved had been discontinued. I had to choose a different pair to exchange again, hoping that I would like them better (I don't and also had to wait weeks again for them to arrive). So now, 4 months in, I have two pair of leggings I am not crazy about, not expecting them to last long, and it is too much hassle trying to get someone that has a clue what you are trying to say. As I called to cancel I discovered that they just brought back the leggings I had loved. Would like to have those but NOT worth the headache to deal with Fabletics again!

I like the outfits I've received. The ones I like are out of stock sometimes. Sometimes the site glitches when I use it.
Nothing is ever in stock, the website is a pain, promo codes have such a short window that you can't even use them.
Quality products at good prices. The marketing use of a membership option makes an interesting way to get great pricing on their products.

The first product purchased from Fabletics was some shorts. Fit exactly as offered and at a price that blew away the competition. Ordered 3 more pair with the same great delivery. After that success I thought I would try the workout shirts. Again, great quality and the fit was right on. Deliveries were on time. I will continue to use Fabletics as my new workout clothing provider
It was frustrating not to be able to select from all colors. The choices were too limited.

They just didn't fit my body, and I'm not huge. Returning them was fine, but joining a VIP club was more work to leave than join.
All items I've received have been great. Surprised at the bra's fitting well, although I will say I am between sizes and wish they were adjustable.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
