My wife called three different times to try and cancel this automatic order. They continued to keep charging us. I had to call and cancel my credit card for it to stop.
I enjoy Fabletics workout leggings and sports bras. I really like to be able to skip the months if I need to. I would recommend these products to my friends for sure.

Please understand that I LOVE MY LEGGINGS, however I do NOT like your WEBSITE. The way it loads is extremely slow. The way it only shows so much before you have to wait for the next section to load seems so 1990s with dial up. The app is not much better. I also struggle with how I can never seem to buy the new releases - even when I get the email and try at 4:30am. Yet, I see people wearing the items on social media all over the place. I thought I was an "Elite" member, but now I cannot even buy anything unless it is the "left overs" that no one else wanted. My size is usually sold out on the 1st of the month. This month I was able to put two outfits in the cart, but could not complete the transaction. I tried for about 30 min! The individual items were still available, however, the outfits were not. I just feel so very disappointed. I feel like there is another level of membership for people who are "influencers" and do a lot of social media posts.- - -which almost feels like false advertising

Plenty of different fits in all colors and quality. Comfortable fabric and wear. Sizing i do feel fits different in each style
Charging for a membership and then the clothes seems a bit much in this horrible economy.
The material, fabric, and fit are so good. I purchased three pair from your store prior to purchasing 12 pair online. I was that pleased.
The site is a little confusing and the membership pricing loop is kinda ridiculous. The clothes are nice. I
I had an issue with customer support, something happens with my email address and the difficulty it took to both change it and to cancel the membership was horrible.

My daughter is 18 and in college. She ordered the 2 pairs for 29 or whatever this was on July 30th. She was not aware that she would be obligated to a membership if 49.95 a month. Thank goodness I knew this from friends experience and told her she needed to cancel it. She did today which is Aug 15 2017. They informed her that since she joined in July ( which was July 30th) that she got charged Aug because even though that was 2 days before it was for July only she didn't even have 30 days to cancel without being charged again in 2 days. That's a scam and if this company is so proud of their product then they wouldn't have to trick and scam people into a membership. My daughter will pass the word on as well as I. She has s huge social media following and will tell everybody about this experience. They wouldn't even refund her the 49.95 to her account said she had a credit. That's not proper cancellation procedure when you should have a 30 day grace period. Very disappointed and if this is how they treat their customers then this is a bad product!

My black leggings came and were completely not stitched together properly and very poor fabric quality. It's hit and miss with my orders unfortunately- not consistent.

I am still looking for that perfect fit. I have a short torso, the straps are too long with a large and a Medium is too tight around the ribs. I love the quality and the fabric texture. I know that I am not the only girl that has this problem. I have a lot of nurse friends who deal with this same issue. We get home and can't wait to tear off the uncomfortable contraption that has done none other than contribute to the discomfort after a 12 hour shift.
We need a thinner material with a wider strap structure, almost like a thick panty hose but not one that would tear.
If bands around the ribs could be about a 1 1/2 inch wide band with a silicone grab ribbon on the inner liner so they don't ride or slide around with all the moving around we do that would prevent all the tugging and readjusting afterwards.
And if it's possible to make adjustable straps that would be great.
At this point it's not about the cost of the bra for me
It's about the comfort and the quality

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
