Mediocre products that you can't return, they will talk you in to staying on the program and then continue charging your credit card forcing you to buy more mediocre products.
STAY AWAY! I signed up and had read the Ts&Cs but was then suprised I couldn't use the 44GBP credit against any item that was not 44GBP. I then received several sets of conflicting information, the free phone number is not freephone and had the worst customer service when trying to cancel, she just talked at me for ages whilst I repeated I wanted to cancel the account. AWFUL - RUN DON'T WALK...
Love the clothing and the different varieties they keep coming out with. There tights are my absolute favorite the only kind i wear now. They are so comfortable and soft.
A complete nightmare to exchange a product. If your going to entice people with a promotion and the size doesn't fit it cant take +50 Days to get it right

The worst customer service ever.
They charged $49.95 from my account for no reason and when I tried to call them, they wouldn't even pick it up. YOU GUYS BETTER ANSWER MY PHONE CALL BEFORE I SUE YOU GUYS.

I did not know you were charging me each month a membership fee. When I finally noticed it, I had lots to point I had to use before cancelling. I do not like the fabric of the outfits.

Not satisfied. Sizes that I need are never available. Not thrilled with styles. Cannot get anyone to acknowledge that I want to cancel. FAQ says it's easy. It is not.

Not a fan of the auto charge every month. I have been with fabletics since very first year and will be canceling because I cannot keep up with the skip each month. I do really love the product tho

I called customer service to cancel my subscription, they said no problem they will cancel it for me. Three months later ($150) later I realized I was still being charged.

I found the customer service representative to be pushy when I was trying to cancel. If someone wants to cancel, let them cancel. I lose a little respect for companies that make it so hard to do so.

Absolutely perfect never a issue and it's never a long wait for a certain style or size to get back in stock
I bought the long ones and they are a great fit, super comfortable and look great. And they have pockets! I use them almost every day.

Please beware when making a purchase and being told to purchase your product you need to sign up for a "free" VIP membership, and that they must apply for to get a discounted price. This is NOT a free membership.
We had a daughter who just moved into college and ordered a pair of leggings, and at checkout she had to sign up for the VIP Membership to get the discounted price listed on the leggings. She was NEVER told this would turn into a $49.95 a month charge on her account if she didn't order every month or she would get charged this amount monthly. She has never ordered any additional products, and now has hundreds of $'s of charges that have been taken out of her bank account.
She is a poor college kid and has now learned the hard way when businesses use sneaky "group VIP, or Membership" processes to get charges out of their customers.
She is now dealing with getting the charges removed from her account, she was told by customer service that they cannot refund any of her money, but was told she could sure order more products to apply towards the money. Please know we will never order again from Fablectics.

If the product was any good they wouldn't need to scam you into a reoccurring subscription. Do not purchase unless you want to pay $50 per month for leggings for life.

I bought several items while I was a VIP with this Fabletics company and I can say for the most part when I did order I got my tops and bottoms when I ordered and I still have some of the items others I have given away but its just because of the pandemic and a move we made recently. The company is a good company especially for active wear.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
