On their website they have one picture to display the back of the sports bras, but when you hover over the picture they ONLY SHOW THE BACK OF THE SPORTS BRA IN A DIFFERENT ANGLE. I WANT TO SEE HOW THE FRONT LOOKS LIKE. LIKE IS IT A HIGH NECK OR LOW NECK, A THICK STRAP OR A THIN STRAP. WHAT DOES THE FRONT OF THE SPORTS BRA LOOK LIKE? SHOW THE FRONT THE SPORTS BRA WHEN HOVERING OVER THE PICTURE INSTEAD OF HAVING TO MAKE US CLICK ON THE PRODUCT. THATS THE POINT OF THE "QUICK LOOK"
ALSO, MY PACKAGE WENT MISSING AND I HAVE NO OPTION TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON.

Easy to navigate website wish more was in stock would have purchased more if there was. Need more neutral shorts and less contrasting ties

Literally the worst customer see experience I've ever had. My account got deactivate right after placing an order, so I called, they told me it would take up to 48 hours to reactivate my account. The lady on the phone also told me my order would be able to be honored and resubmitted after. 2 weeks later still nothing, so I called again, my account finally was activated, and I could just resubmit my order. I had to find new things, and they had to manually put the discount in. But due to this, I couldn't pay with after pay like I normally do. Instead they said they had to manually submit the order on their end (as there was an error everytime i tried to check out) which doesn't work for me as i pay with Afterpay. I asked for maybe a one time use promo code I could apply instead, that way it'd be a completely new order (which other companies have never had a problem doing), and I can check out my Preferred way. Instead they said no, didn't help, and kind you at this point I've talked to about 3–4 different people. After asking for supervisor, they kept beating around the bush and ended the chat with me.

Canceled my order. To change what i wanted. Remade my order then got charged for BOTH orders. Had to fight to return or exchange as wrong sizing...THEN THEY SENT ME 8 PAIRS OF THE EXACT SAME PANTS IN BLACK. I originally ordered them in black, purple, pink and green. But got all black! Ended up giving some to my family as it wasn't worth fighting with them for ANOTHER exchange.

Many many items that are sold out re not showing up, and that is frustrating. It is also a bit messy
I don't like the monthly subscription that I get charged. If I'm busy or forget to cancel, I get charged then have to find something to buy.
I've had nothing but good experiences with fabletics! The clothes are great and the vip points are awesome! I've really enjoyed everything the company has to offer!

I really liked the value and the quality of the athlete wear. The main reason I canceled my membership is the sizes available. Most of my sizes were rarely available in the item I wanted.

Found the material to be sub par for the price. The fit was also too loose at the waste and tight on the thighs and legs making it not comfortable for working out.

The pants I got from Fabletics are the perfect mix of casual and business and extremely comfortable!
Took weeks of following up first package was lost second package was continuously delayed at the warehouse.
The quality of this item is excellent and the fit was perfect. I love that it is also a cute item I can wear.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
