Buyer beware!

I was just contacted today from "Chad" via email at Fabletics about another review I left for this company. He tried to "dumb it down" for me on how the VIP Membership works and I am disgusted! I canceled my VIP Membership fully aware of how the program works because it SUCKS! For one the VIP Membership was $49.99 a month and just went up to $54.99 a month with NO confirmation stating that the amount was changing. For two…. When you go to use your credit you have to buy an item that is less than what your credit is worth. Totally pointless. Three…. You pay extra fees for tariffs because everything they make and sell is sourced & made in China. Do your research before you commit to this membership. The only good way to get good prices on your items is when you first sign up. SHOPPERS TIP: Buy as much as you can during your first shopping experience and then cancel before the fifth of the follow month. You will have to call into the toll free 800 number to cancel though, because they do NOT allow you to cancel off your account online.

WE SHOULD SUE

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and never tell you. I hear people raving about fabletics so I thought that I would give it a shot. WORST MISTAKE! They will charge you $50 every month without telling you. I called back in February 2019 and explained that I was unaware of the terms. I was able to argue my way into getting a full refund. However, I insisted that my account be canceled in order to stop receiving charges BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WASNT POSSIBLE. These people are instructed to lie and manipulate people into paying money for something they didnt even know about. Anyway, so fast forward towards this month and the representative told me that I COULDNT GET MY MONEY BACK because they have already refunded me once. Like seriously, how do they have the audacity to tell me that I cant get MY OWN F*ing money back. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT EVER BUY FROM FABLETICS

Great Service

As always every time I go into the Fabletics store I am given top customer service. The people who work there are always very very helpful.

If I could make a recommendation on the location, I would suggest that when the lease runs out at the St. Louis Galleria that you find another location to move to in St. Louis. Perhaps even a larger store with more selection. The St. Louis Galleria has been experiencing a very large influx of crime which is progressively getting worse. The local municipal police as well as the St. Louis Galleria Security does not seem to be able to get a handle on this problem. I use to have an office across the street in a high rise and I know first hand about the constant crimes against people in the parking lot which have not been made public. Having been born and raised in St. Louis as well as a large social circle, we do not feel safe going to that mall. The robberies, car jackings, assaults, and at break ins are astronomical at the St. Louis Galleria. At this point I would be concerned for yoir employees safety.

Horrible experience

The new VIP membership deals are great but then it got too expensive for existing members. We get tons of emails about the deals but none apply to existing members. Over priced for that it is.

Fit great and feel good

Undersized

Sizes run small nothing fits. Everything I ordered was too small. I gave the products to family members that could wear them. There wasn't an option for larger sizes like I needed.

Just go in the store. Don't sign up for the VIP unless you want a charge of 50 bucks every month for nothing. They make it nearly impossible to check out online without doing so and even more impossible for you to redeem the VIP Credits you already were charged for. It comes off as cheap and money hungry. I love the clothes, but they offer it to you at a reaosnable price if you are a VIP member and double it if you are not. This brand is just all together not worth the $#*!ing trouble. I refuse to spend anymore of my money on them. Oh and their costumer support are full of people that have strong accents you don't even know what they are seeing they do not know how the website is set up, and they are so quick to get you off the phone and tell you to call another company only to be back at square one. The person in charge of their service and return department for their online business should be embarrassed. OR maybe even proud on how they can turn someone from loving the brand to writing their first review on how much the company as a whole is frustrating to purchase from.

I ordered $70 worth of products from a Fabletics retail location to be delivered to my home but Lasership delivered it to the wrong house. I attempted to chat with Fabletics online help, but because I purchased it in a Fabletics retail store, they refused to help. The retail store refunded my order to store credit, then used that store credit to resend my order... which of course was also delivered to the wrong house (this was verified by the photo Lasership provided). Both orders are missing and I told Fabletics to just refund me and I'll go somewhere else, but they REFUSED to refund my card, citing "Lasership said it was delivered." I am furious that Fabletics refused to do the right thing, which is take responsibility for their disorganization and cheap shipping company. Thankfully, the store manager was so upset with what happened, she FedEx'd me overnight $70 cash so I didn't have to submit a credit card dispute. Fabletics: streamline your online and retail locations and look up some Lasership reviews because I am not the only one this happens to. Your products are not worth the hassle, and anyone who asks me will hear this story.
