I have tried to cancel my vip numerous times online and it doesn't work. When I call they always try and talk me out of it. And I am easily overwhelmed

My mother created an account to buy cheaper but cute active wear. She could not figure it out fully so I had created the account for her I my name (we do not live super close). She then decided to become an memeber for the great prices. Little did she know she was opting into something that would cause financial havoc. Her credit card was charged over $600 without her noticing. I told her she MUST call customer service ti get this resolved. They told her not to worry and they would add back the $600 and something to her account so she could use it as a credit. She was NEVER tons it would expire. Then we went through an pandemic and she was not ordering anything due to delivery and forgetfulness. After she went on to use her credits they were gone. She said it was confusing and difficult to apply the credit at the end without paying for the purchases on her credit card again. I could not get into town to help since I live 3 hours away. Now I can not get ahold of customer service and she is out over $600 dollars. This company is an absolute scam. It's so sad how a celebrity who makes MILLIONS would scam innocent people just trying to look cute for a good cost. My mother would of never ordered if she was not a fan of Kate Hudson. I used to be but now I know she is just as bad as every scammer on the internet. Shame on you for using your power to the wrong advantage. DO NOT RISK IT!

I joined Fabletics understanding how to use it. I was pleased with my merchandise and thought the quality was good. I also felt comfortable about their reassurance that I could leave without a hassle. I lost my job.
I was getting rid of all the things I spend money on that are "optional" to stay alive. Fabletics was one of those and I called to cancel. Instead of simply canceling they tell me that my $50 credit they have will not be able to be spent at the internet prices but only t retail prices. (I missed that part of the small type.) Then he goes on to explain that I have bonus points and they will all go away if I leave, he keeps on talking. So I have yet to cancel so I can spend my credit as a member keeping in mind I still need to quit before another charge goes against my credit card. I thought they were gong to simply say thank you for trying us out and close the membership. I resent this sales talk and the fact that they won't give me my full value for my money. It is NOT easy to quit. Get prepared if you call! Rating would be much higher if this hadn't happened.
I look on the site frequently and the cutest clothes are always sold out in my size. Also the sizing seems to vary greatly. I've had to return several items because they aren't true to size.

I love the combo that I ordered! The leggings are one of my favorites and I wear them ALL THE TIME. However, the bra fits more like a bralette and without much padding I would not choose to work out in it. I would also size down in the bra as well - I am a 36C and I ordered a large.

They just aren't built for my body. I didn't have it on long before it felt as though it was strangling me. I am 6'1" and the straps aren't adjustable - just one of a few problems.

I do like the merchandise however do not like that I'm charged monthly and have to go in and skip every month.
I have purchased before with no problem. I wore the pants once and then after washing there was multiy holes in the crotchjust after one use. Unable to return due to tags being off the product.

As described, I open up my email to see a photo of a product I like and I click" shop now". Then I rarely find what originally attracted me to click. I end up getting annoyed and stop looking

I read a lot of reviews before joining and thought it was worth the gamble. They actually make it fairly easy to skip a month and despite that I still struggled the first few months and ended up having monthly charges 4 months in a row. The credits build up and made a nice treat when I was ready to order. I have tried pants, sports bras and tanks. By far I love their pants (powerhold) in particular. Bras and tanks I have not loved. Sizing is a little tricky and I found sizing down in the pants gives more support and less slipping in the waist when running. I have not figured out the best sizing for bras and tops and find that regardless of the size I order I am always off just a little in the fit so I just stick with ordering pants. I like them better than lulu. One frustration I have had is with their sales. They advertise some really cheap prices but if you have credits built up you can't access the sale price. I have just finished using my credits and will see if that changes once my bank is empty. I have also made a few returns and they went more smoothly than expected

I signed up with Fabletics in 2016 and am currently a Gold member. I am a happy customer. The concept is quite simple - skip the month between the 1st and 5th of every month, or get charged the standard "fee" which you can still use as a credit towards their merchandise. You're never really out any money because you can still buy stuff with the credit! I just set a reminder on my phone to log in on their website and skip the month if I don't want to buy anything that month. It's not that hard. The concept is very clear on their website when you sign up. Like with everything online, just read the terms and conditions before you give your credit card number out. I forgot to skip the month only twice in the last 4 years. The first time it happened, I kept the credit and bought some leggings a few months later. The last time I forgot to skip and was charged, I called their customer service and they were nice enough to refund my money! I have always had great service from them. When I didn't receive my last order after 20 days, I called them and they offered to refund my money or reship the items. No hassles. The representative was super friendly and helpful. As far as the products, I love them! I have never had to return anything, so I don't know how that process would be handled. But I can say that I've been super satisfied with 90% of the items I've purchased. There were a couple things I wouldn't order again but I got them on sale so it wasn't worth returning them. I don't think this company deserves all these bad reviews. Just give them a chance... and don't forget to skip the month!

They get you to sign up for a membership by giving you a great discount. The scam is they don't give you any details for your account nor email. They take your money monthly but when you contact them for access to your account

There are times where I can't scroll through pictures, I miss the "see on other sizes" feature that once was on EVERYTHING. I feel like I can't ever access more than a handful of reviews on a product, I wish There was a system in place that divided written word reviews VS reviews with pictures. I love most every product I have ordered, I just wish there was more of a selection of "cute" modest products.

Top notch from the actual products to the customer service over the years. The app is nice and so is the website
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
