I have several items purchased several years ago still going strong and some new items.
Love the fit of the tights.And the fast delivery is an added bonus.
I love these shorts but I accidentally had a membership when I found out it already ordered another pair I didn't really have a problem except I didn't want the same pair, regardless money was tight at the moment so I settled down with the same pair of shorts since they where basic and I already knew how they looked on me I cancelled my membership but doing that in the middle of the two shorts shipping to my house it cancelled it I guess it's been a month or two since it started shipping and I have still yet to receive the shorts.

I purchased two pairs of leggings from Fabletics awhile back. While the description said that the leggings were supposed to fit for high impact exercise, the waist band slipped a lot. Thus, I had to return them. I went on the website to indicate to return both pairs of leggings. After shipping both back, I noticed that my profile said that one pair was coming back to me. When I called and asked a representative why, they said not to worry about it, my package was on it's way to being returned. I waited, and the notification didn't go away. I called again and was told that records indicated I had selected the switch option instead of the full return. So, one pair of leggings that I had already returned was being shipped back to me. Once I received that pair of leggings, I should then return them again for a full refund. Once I received the leggings, I shipped them back immediately. I wait for over a month for a refund, and it didn't show up. I called back and inquired about my refund and was told that Fabletics forgot to refund me when they received my return and was issued the second half of my refund.
Fabletics says that it prides itself on quick and easy returns and exchanges. Unfortunately, I had the hardest time returning my item and receiving a refund. I will not be purchasing any additional items from Fabletics.

Shorts fit terribly. Unfortunately I had taken off the tags and they won't let you return items unless they're in the same packaging and still have the tags.

As a first time buyer of Fabletics products I was extremely excited to get the clothing I selected for such a great deal. I absolutely LOVED the leggings even more than I expected. This excitement ended quickly in disappointment when I found out that my credit card was charged again for $49.99 a week after spending about $100.00. I thought that canceling my membership would cancel my charge, well boy was I wrong. I now have to pay even more money to get just 1 article of clothing which includes this so called credit I payed for to rejoin for any type of so called deal. I FEEL TRAPPED. I did my research before becoming a "VIP member" so I was aware of the strategy they had of charging monthly, but there was no email/notification or even a heads up notifying me that my card would be charged as it was stated they would... this is very sneaky and comes across as a bit of a scam. If the product is so great and the company cares so much for their very important (VIP) members then I am not so sure why Fabletics is being so sneaky.

I got my leggings a couple months ago and the seems started to come out already. I expected better but it started to come apart very quickly in 2 different places. The waste area and the bottom.

I liked the items that I ordered and received but the shipping seemed to take longer than it should have. After I place my order it takes about 2 weeks for me to actually get the items.

I went off of the size guide and everything I bought is too big. 2 pairs I can make work but everything else is just too big. Great quality items, I'd buy again with a smaller size.

I had placed a HUGE order and then they email me saying that my address is wrong and to please call costumer service to fix it before it gets shipped out. I called and they had already canceled my order. I had paid extra money to get it rushed and here in 4 days now they are telling me it's 72 hours before they will even give me a refund. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. Will never be ordering with them again.

If i could give no stars I would. I placed an order on 11. 23. 20. Which the item shipped the same day with an estimated delivery date of 12. 3. 20. Once the item made it to a Post Office in Georgia the item has said on it's way. It is now 12. 17. 20 and I still have not received the item. I spoke to 3 CR reps and they all time me that I would have to wait 16 business days for them to issue a refund, which would have been 12. 16. 20. So I called this morning to get my refund as told by the other 3 reps that I spoke with. I spoke with one guy and he said " oh you will have to wait another 10 business days" by this point I'm angry and want to speak to a supervisor as this is not what I was told 3 times prior. So i soeak with " Kay" his supervisor and she states " No you have to wait 20 business days" So after a lot of screaming and yelling. I have been told 3 different wait times to be issued a refund by 5 different people. I will be calling back on 12. 21. 20 per what Kay said about 20 business days and I'm sure I will get some BS excuse about how I have to wait more days. This is absolutely ridiculous and I WILL NEVER buy from Fabletics again.

In general the products are ok, they meet expectation but are not exceptional.
I did a return recently that while it was delivered to the address for the return well within a week it then too nearly two weeks once back in the hands of Fabletics to get to the appropriate warehouse to then process the return. By that point they were out of stock on that item and I didn't get my return just a credit. I only found this information out when for a second time I used the chat to get some info about the status of my return. It was then that I was informed they only hold the stock for a week on returns. So I was annoyed that while I returned it right away, it was back in Fabletics hands in less than a week, and the item was still available at that time, that it was due to the lengthy delay on Fabletics side that I then missed out on my item. Had I known this I would have kept the item and made do with it not begin quite the right fit.
Overall I was not impressed with the exchange process or communication. The people on the Chat were very helpful and that was a good experience.
I am not sure if I will continue to be a member of Fabletics in the future.

I really had high hopes for Fabletics. Maybe it was the workout clothes... maybe it was Kate Hudson. In a couple years, I have ordered maybe 3 outfits & have been satisfied with everything. Twice, I have forgotten to skip the month's outfit selections to prevent being charged. Trying to remember to do this every month is a pain, but it's what you sign up for. Apparently, if you don't use your membership credits within a year, they will automatically convert to a gift card with no warning/reminder. This was stated in the terms & conditions, but the fact that I didn't notice the credit was missing until a couple months later proves the sketchiness of the business model. Let alone, the process of receiving the gift card code from a third party via e-mail was very inconvenient. However, my biggest disappointment came tonight when attempting to actually use my gift card online for the 50% Memorial Day Sale. I typed in the gift card code at checkout to be prompted with an error that stated I could not utilize the gift card code & Memorial Day sale discount in 1 transaction. I had to either choose my pre paid $49.95 credit OR the sale discount. To be clear, Fabletics already has my money, yet I am not allowed to use it for their sale. I am looking forward to canceling my membership next month, considering the company seems to cater to new members & not keeping valued VIP long-term.

Beyond their over-priced, mediocre product, I had the worst customer service with them I think I have ever had.
I was charged for two months I KNEW I had skipped. They clearly source their customer service out to another country and those folks read from a script which frequently does not even apply to what you are saying. They make it exceptionally difficult to cancel and because of the language difference, I am not really sure if they understood I wanted to cancel. It is SUCH a scam. They charged me when they should not have and now are not even treating that charge like a true store credit but instead like some sort of coupon. I tried to order a couple of the sale items with the so-called "membership credit" but you can't use that on sale items. I am now going to have to pay another $10 to get an outfit I will actually wear, get something I won't for the amount of the credit, or lose the money they charged me.
TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT JOIN! I cannot believe Kate Hudson put her face on this...
I bought 2 sports bras last spring and they both broke at the same exact sport (the hook broke in half). Very poor craftmanship and disappointing expecially for tge price you pay.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
