Half the time their website isn't compatible with my phone, my computer, my work computer, or any browser I try. The app is worse.
Their systems have days that they just don't function - it makes everything harder to navigate. I end up not returning things on time.
If I was thinking about becoming a Fabletics member, I wouldn't… you won't skip and you'll end up with credits you have to spend. Credits that NEVER work for sales (because the sale is still one member credit). What's the point if you can't shop the sale with credits in a way that's fair?
I wear my lululemon more - sure they are more expensive but I just wait for sales. Also, I've had 3 pairs of pants from them that are going on 5 years and I still like them better than Fabletics. The pants look new.
There are some super cute things here and every once in a while they are also made well. But, then the cute well made thing will be sold out in your size. 1 of 10 items is cute and well made and in your size. Other 9/10… aren't.
I'd skip Fabletics…

I got the top from my scrubs but never received the bottoms. Fabletics reached out to me and the pants couldn't be delivered due to an inventory issue and refunded me the money for the pants.

The leggings are fine but overpriced and they still charge you even if you skip the month. And the only way to fix it or cancel your membership is to call in and talk to a person. I hate it.

This company sucks my mom ordered a lot of things and next day she got a call saying that they couldn't send her the clothes because her credit card was mexican and she was trying to get it shipped to portland she was trying to get it shipped to Portland because they won't ship to Mexico and one of my sisters lives there and was going to bring her order to Mexico
Other thing that sucks is their customer service people we explained the situation a thousand times we even called American Express and they said they authorized the charge it was fabletics who had a problem with my moms order we gave them all our info verified everything and the robot sorry supervisor had no good answers as why the order couldn't be sent too bad that my moms $600 order wasn't good enough for them instead she ordered from athleta and guess what they accepted the charge and clothes are already on its way
I ve bought several pants, the first ones were great the last few are lower quality, they shrink or rip quickly.
Thank God I read all these reviews. I joined up last week and got the $25 outfit but paid A$39. Oh well that's ok I will pay that as the outfit looked ok and free postage here to Australia. Got my order 4 days later no problem, am happy with the outfit and fits ok. Then by chance I log onto these reviews and am mortified to read that my Credit card will be debited each month be eventhough I don't want to buy anything - are you kidding me? Promptly rang up this morning and cancelled my membership and to be honest they were fine, it was cancelled and I did receive a cancellation email later in the day. But to be honest - I don't want to buy an outfit each month for A$50'- I mean how many gym clothes can you have? Such a scam, really needs to be investigated and I had no idea until I just stumbled across these reviews. Thanks so much for these reviews, has saved me a lot of dollars. Buyer beware and I really can't understand why Kate Hudson would affiliate herself with something so shonky. As for me, I'm sticking to my trusty Lorna Jane here in Australia - best gym clothes hands down. Xxx
After rushing through product searches as a timer clicked on in the corner of my screen, in order to get the $19 two-piece outfit deal, I noticed the two for $24 leggings and decided to purchase those as well. The leggings were priced as marked on the checkout screen but the outfit was not coming through with the deal. I went out and chose another outfit marked $19 to replace the first with since the deal was not coming through... same problem, I was being charged full price for it. I quickly paid as I was running out time and figured I'd lose the two for $24 legging deal too so I paid for the purchase and called customer service. HUGE waste of time. The rep only told me that I couldn't have both "deals." Nowhere was that readily legible, NOWHERE. Then he said I could cancel my order and place it again with some special VIP sale that was going on only today (where is this on the site?). I asked for a supervisor who was incredibly less helpful than his rep was. They both just kept repeating my name and the word "yes" a whole lot but saying and doing a whole lot of nothing. Basically I could not get the deal and now I have a monthly membership which I didn't realize I was signing up for! The timer is the kicker, forcing you to quickly make your purchase, thinking you're getting a better deal - I'll never be this stupid again. I'll never order from here again and I'm canceling this ridiculous monthly program. I'd rather pay more at Lululemon and not have to deal with bogus "customer service" and fictitious deals.

Whenever I see an ad on IG, I click on it and cannot escape the VIP member sign up. It is so damn frustrating that I just close your site. You have created a barrier to entry by ruining the browsing experience. Whoever designed it this way should be strangled by a pair of the Fundamental pants (that are not available, see below).
I understand the ads are a CTA and you want people to sign up but if you really believed in your brand, stop broadcasting that the value is in the discount and not the actual product. Think Lulu does that?
Literally, I stopped clicking on your ads for this simple reason. Yes, I am aware of an app but I don't want to download as your mobile experience should be easier.
Second, you barely have have any inventory available or worse, "sorry, 32" inseam is only available online and not in stores…". WTH is the value of having a store nearby when you can't get anything.
Finally, your product is decent but only at a discounted price point. Meaning, owning both your product and Lulu, the Lulu product material feels (as well as the brand positioning) higher end / more luxurious. If offered your product at a comparable price, for me, your brand would not win. However, for $25/short vs 2 for $24 VIP, I would buy those all day and purchase more on a regular basis.

Love the options and fit of anything I purchase form Fabletics, Delivery is fast and in store returns make shopping convient.
It started when I saw one of their adverts on telly one evening. I just started working out again and needed some extra work out clothes and fancied something a bit girly. I've been struggling to find a bra to contain my girls. I ordered a pair of leggings and a sports bra which had good reviews. I opted for the cheaper deal option but nowhere was there any warning of what was to come. The package arrived and I was and still am very happy with the clothing. What I am not happy about is, I had no email, no write up what I bought and no warning that the following month they were going to take £44 from my account. The only notification I had was an email 5 minutes after the money had been removed from my Paypal account. Obviously, I was very confused and very annoyed for not having any warning. If I had, I wouldn't have opted for the VIP membership. I opened a dispute with Paypal and contacted, via chat, Fabletics. I spoke with an operator named 'Alex' and I sent one message and he responded with a short message which was sharp and ended the conversation, no explanation or anything. I phoned Paypal and they dealt with it efficiently and I will have my money back by next week. Don't touch this company, if you do, don't opt for the deal option. There was no write up or anything on this and I was not aware. Be careful of who you buy from guys!
They refunded my credits cause I had two accounts with one email. It was really strange and I was unable to my credits. I decided to cancel, but may try again later.

I think the material is so great and lasts a long time. They are great with returns and great sales.
I originally signed up for their VIP to take advantage of a sale that was going on. They made it sound like it would be an easy cancel if I wanted to go that route. After I received my first order, I attempted to cancel via the chat multiple times, but never got connected with a representative. So I called their customer service and waited over an hour. When I attempted to cancel I was instead given a credit and told it would be easier to just skip the charge each month if I didn't want it. So I agreed (stupidly). I can't afford the roughly $60/per month and can't seem to remember to log in between the first and the 5th of every month in order to skip. So I tried reaching back out to customer service, but waited for over an hour and couldn't get in touch with anyone. I don't have hours to wait on hold in order to cancel a membership. Therefore, I changed my credit card information and decided I'd call back when I actually have time to wait on hold. But when my credit card declined, someone went in and changed it back to my original information and charged it anyway. Now I am an hour and 30 minutes into waiting for a call back from costumer service (when it said there was a 10 minute wait) and still haven't heard from anyone. I have to leave for my part time job and probably won't be able to answer their call back now. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER support this company again. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company and would appreciate a call back so I can cancel this membership once and for all.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
