My first and only purchased. Was charged a membership which I did not add was add automatically. This should not happen since me or others don't buy frequently to have a membership!
Unfortunately my teenagers bras have same sized pads as my much larger bras. I'm a meeting while my pads shifted for the millionth time. Very disappointed on bras.
Love our leggings though.

I wish it had pockets. Great fit and fabric though. I selected size medium and they fit tight, but I still have to pull my leggings up. They slide down a bit

It's annoying to remember the beginning of every moth the cancel for the month. Not a fan of being charged for the product i don't get or particularly want at that time.

They'll automatically sign you up for their "VIP" program. They won't tell you anything and they'll take $50 ($70 if you're Canadian). They just take it from you're account without any notice.

I had a really awful experience with Fabletics. First off, I had a bunch of credits saved up (about 6) because everything I ordered seemed like really crappy quality so I'd return it and get the credits back. So this happened over the course of a year and when I was finally able to make it in store to look at other items and use up the credits, I was told that they expired (?) Sorry but that is a complete scam, you took my money didn't you? Why do you get to decide when I can use it? So I called customer service and finally got my credits back. Then, I tried to use them up in the store and nothing was available in my size/color (I'm a medium) so I asked to get a few things ordered and the ladies were not very nice to me. The whole process took over an hour to order the clothes and use up the credits. Finally, at the end of the purchase, I was told that because the clothes come from England I now have to pay a tariff on top of the credits (Scam #2). Why are you sourcing clothes from England and then putting that on your customers to pay for? I take the clothes home and within one use, they stain all over the sweatshirts/sweatpants and I go to wash them and it doesn't come out. If the clothes are such bad material then maybe you're better off sourcing them from a different country. This whole brand was a complete scam, I was very happy to close my account after this experience and tell my friends/family to stay FAR AWAY from Fabletics.

I really love the leggings because I can focus on working out instead of hiking my leggings into place! I wish there were more shorts options, I need some of those :)

I hate that I have to call in to cancel, and every time they refuse to cancel for some reason. Also annoyed by the auto monthly payments. Wish I had never signed up for this.

Good quality clothes. But it's been a month and I have not received my order and they claim they cannot do anything about it. I would not recommend fabletics to ANYONE.

When I was ordering my first Fabletics outfit, I was sure that the promo price was to get out the Fabletics name. I didn't see that I was signing up for a subscription. Then I clicked that I didn't want promotional emails from Fabletics, so I wasn't getting any information that I was part of a subscription (HINT for NON-SCAMMY companies- the email section would be a great place to make sure subscribers know that they are subscribing). I didn't love the outfit. The pants were okay, but the top was ill-fitting and unflattering. I was just working on the budget for the last few months (I'm behind), and I realized that I'd been getting charged $50 every month. I called to cancel immediately, and was granted a $100 refund (two months), but he said he couldn't refund me the rest. I used the rest of my credit and will be canceling immediately. This felt like a scam. I didn't feel that it was clear that I would be enrolling in a membership that cost $50 a month.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
