One is committed to spending $49.95 every month and you have only 6 days to notify Fabletics that you are skipping a month or your credit card will be automatically charged. Apparently the reminder went into my Spam folder because I was charged without a heads up. Bad enough. I knew this going in, so, I blame my own stupidity for signing up. To make it worse, the quality of the athletic wear I purchased was awful - crooked seams, cheap material, poor fit. In addition, I think that they sell your email address to every available list. I had never received so much junk mail in my life until I signed up with Fabletics. I spend half the day 'unsubscribing' to junk mail senders lately. To Kate Hudson: has your career sunk so low that you have become a money-grabbing scammer? I would never let my name be associated with such a shoddy, non-transparent company, much less-so if I were well-known. By considering only the bottom line, you have besmirched your reputation and joined the ranks of sell-outs rampant in this country.
I got mine on sale so it wasn't too bad. But if I had paid retail, I'd be pissed. They are similar price point as vuori chino pants, but not in the same stratosphere when it comes to quality.
IT IS A DECEIT, IF YOU PURCHASE WITH THAT PROMOTION. MONTHLY DISCOUNT $ 45 FROM YOUR CARD, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. IT IS A MEMBERSHIP THAT YOU PAY WITHOUT USING IT. I AM GOING CRAZY. I HAVE CALLED THEM EVERY TIME THEY MAKE THE CHARGE TO MY CARD TO SAY THAT IF IT IS NECESSARY TO RETURN THEM WHAT I BUY I DO, SO THAT THEY DO NOT CONTINUE CHARGING THE ACCOUNT MONTHLY. WHEN YOU DO NOT GAIN ENOUGH MONEY MEANS A LOT.

Of course, the only reason people send reviews is because they're either blown away by the service or they're very unhappy with the service. From what I've read, most are unhappy. This review will be no exception.
I had been a VIP member with Fabletics since November. I'd seen something I liked and purchased it but after that didn't see much that grabbed my attention, so I kept skipping the months. This past month, I didn't get a notification telling me to either skip the month or get charged the VIP fee. ($49.99 USD) Keep in mind, I'm in Canada.
* I also had the EXACT SAME ISSUE with their sister company JustFab. THEY FORGOT to email me a reminder. (They charged me $39.95. USD)
I have yet to receive my refund, which will no doubt be LESS than what they took out of my account because of the exchange rate. That's what happened with JustFab.
These people are crooks. They saw that I kept skipping months and probably thought it would be a good idea to just "forget" to email me a reminder. I'm not happy with Fabletics or JustFab. The fact that Kate Hudson would lend her name to this company is BEYOND me. Don't get involved with these people unless you like surprise charges on your credit card! Or you can buy their products but don't sign up to VIP.
I am a current member of Fabletics, and the company is not the problem. My first outfit was purchased, sent, and I was satisfied. During the sign up period I read the fine print, maybe you should try it. The site clearly states that you have a 5 day grace period in the beginning of each month to either purchase an outfit or skip the month. Nowhere does it state that they will notify you to remember to do this because most of us are adults that don't need basic reminders. The second month I completely forgot, and on the 6th day was hit with the charge I knew would hit my account. I called the customer service and just asked if it could be waived if I purchased something, the lady had no issue with this, the charge was removed, and I bought my second outfit. I bought the 3rd month, and since then I have opted to skip each month except this current one because I wanted a new outfit for the gym. Nobody has to remind me each month to skip, I just do it on my own - like paying rent. And you should have faith that you too can remember. Good luck and happy shopping!
I PERSONALLY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT IN SEPT 2019. CLOSED PERMANTLY. FABLETICS THEN ALLOWED SOMEONE FROM A DIFFERENT STATE TO ILLEGALLY ORDER AND SHIP OVER 700.00 WORTH OF MECHANDISE. THEY ACKNOWLEDGED IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND THEY ARE FIGHTING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

I called in regards to points I earned and have suddenly lost. I was previously told by the customer service team that the points would not expire and not to worry. Come to find out, they did, and I lost over 1500 because I was lied to. When I called to figure out the problem, the extremely rude, grumpy from the start supervisor named Edgar told me not his fault. There is no proof on their end in their notes I talked about points, but that he can see, I called and did talk to someone for assistance. I replied, so you know, I called and talked to your employees, and because it didn't get written down in your notes, there is no way you can assist me. He replied, not his problem, and no. I've been a loyal paying member and customer for years, and this is how they treat and talk to their members. Don't get a membership. Don't waste your time. Sadly, they have nice clothing but sucky customer service supervisors that don't know how to talk or help loyal customers never-mind know how to be polite. If anything, shop but stay away from any membership. Its clear they do not want to assist.

I placed my first order with the 2 for 24 deal on their leggings and ordered the last pair of this limited time only pair of leggings and immediately my leggings were stolen at FedEx. When I contacted customer service they refused to help me for over a month saying it was my problem to deal with FedEx. After a month FedEx told me it was actually fabletics responsibility so I had to contact them again and after dealing with two different customer service people who couldn't seem to figure out that I wanted the same 2 for 24 price with a full refund, I finally was told I had to pay at least 5$ for shipping for a new set to be sent to me. (Don't think I should have had to pay anything since my first pair never made it's way to me.) When they finally arrived 1 of the pairs was damaged. I reached out to customer service and they refused to send me a new pair until my return had been returned to them and processed which took another week and a half. So in conclusion if you want to spend almost $50 for leggings to then wait two and a half months for them this is your place

One of my orders went missing; I contacted Fabletics via Facebook messenger, Instagram DM, Twitter DM, email, live chat, plus I tweeted them, and NO RESPONSE. Nothing. Nada. Zip, zero, zilch. TERRIBLE customer service! And paid $$$ for an outift I NEVER RECEIVED.

ORDERED A SPORTS BRA ACCORDING TO THE POST OFFICE AND FABLETICS IT WAS MOST LIKELY DELIVERED. I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. THE POST OFFICE WAS NOT SURE IF IT CAME TO MY ADDRESS. THEY BELIEVED IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN RETURNED BUT HAVE NO RETURN INFORMATION FROM FABLETICS. I FILLED OUT A CONTACT FORM FROM FABLETICS BUT NEVER RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK FROM THEM.

If I could give this place negative stars I would, WOW what a nightmare experience. I purchased some leggings online over a year ago and they misleadingly signed me up for a VIP membership, which I did not want and I was completely unaware of. They proceeded to take 49.95$ out of my bank account every month. Email notification of these charges was never sent to me. I just got "you got credit" emails that went to my spam box. By the time I realized they had taken out almost $700 dollars while providing me no services. I called to ask for a refund and was lied to by 2 different customer service people, who said I could get a full refund after I got angry because the situation was clearly absurd. Both times, I only got a partial refund, instead of the full one. By this time, my member credit is "expired" so this means I can neither buy anything (I wouldn't want to anyway because this store is an awful place that does not deserve anybodies business) nor get a refund to my account, according to the third person I speak to (we are taking about 3 different phone calls during the course of over 2 weeks). So, they still owe me money, they say they will send me a check for $100 in 3 months. I have no idea if I will actually see my money again. What I do know is that this was the worst online shopping experience of my life, a colossal waste of my time and energy.

Fabletics activewear actually lasts after multiple washes and gym sessions. Definitely would purchase again after poor expriences with Adidas/Nike/etc. Highly recommended.

I've been with Fabletics for several years now. I cannot tell you the number of times I've had problems with processing my order. They are the worst online retailer I've ever dealt with. Constantly my orders get canceled because of some issue with credit card and billing information not matching up. No other yet retailer has the same issue!
They are a terrible company, the customer service is bad. One would think that instead of just telling me they're sorry they would work with me to process the order and provide something for the inconvenience. Nope Not Fabletics. I suggest
Maybe pay a little more for work out clothes and order from a Retailer who actually has great customer service. I've never had this problem with Athleta or Lululemon. I'll never order from Fabletics again ANF when I asked them to canceli my membership, the response back was oh well then you won't hav access to all our VIP stuff.! Who cares when you can't get your order processed and you end up doing it three or four times. Stupid response who trained these people?

There is one star because the service doesnt allow ZERO Stars. My daughter bought one of their outfits and months later 3 charges appeared on my Credit Card. Adding up to 150 dollars. They gave me the run around and then finally promised they woudl refund me. Needless to say they dont even answer your emails. So they ROBBED ME, THEN LIED TO ME, and now they SIMPLY IGNORE ME. Its a crappy scam. They are thieves, Its a shame that Kate Hudson is in on this, I respect her work on teh screen, but robbing from people and lying to them is a different story..

I love my Fabletics! I just wish all color options and styles were available for everyone and not based on the tier you're on.
I order from their site on July 10, here we are July 25th and still no delivery. The tracking number is telling it will be del8ver on the 27th! WTF!? 17 days after ordering. I've called them 3 times concerning my package. The first time i tried to cancel but wasn't possible. The costumer service said he would apply 20% off to my account but he hasn't yet. There is no reason why it should take over two weeks for a package to be delivered. I order some other things from women's best based in Europe on the same day, it took 4 days for that stuff to be delivered! 4 days for a different country and going on 17days for right here in the US! Beyond frustrated and annoyed...
Fingers crossed it will even being delivered on the 27th.

Worst ever! They lure you in with the 50% off deal. Ok, the clothes are fine. The tank top after several washings is not in good condition but the leggings seem to do well with multiple washings. What really steams me about this site is the "memebership". I read through the policies and procedures. I got what this was about. However, once you have a membership credit, you cannot use it for any of the sales or deals they advertise. For example, CyberMonday has clothing 50-70% off. I filled my cart, I have $150 in credits, but I do not get the Cyber Monday pricing, I get the regular VIP pricing which costs 50% more. I AM A MEMBER but instead of getting deals and discounts I get punished? I can't use my credit to take advantage of a savings opportunity. Are you kidding me? What is the purpose of the credits. This company has the most unethical business practice. Furthermore, when you go to checkout, they offer a great deal, only $9.99 to add something to one's cart, but once this is added, you do not get the discount. No return email from customer service regarding my complaint. I am all about reading the fine print but this company purposely misleads. I despise them. If I had a law degree, I would go after them for false advertising. STAY AWAY!
I kept getting emails from this website, so I figured I'd try it out. Bad idea. The clothes are absolutely terrible.
What looks cute and stylish online is misleading. The materials is extremely cheap, and very, very thin. When I got the outfit, I took one look at it and knew it wouldn't survive the washing machine. It barely even survived my workout!
I have not had (as so many others here have) an issue canceling my membership, but it took forever to actually speak to a live person since emails never seem to be answered with this place. Save your money and your energy. Don't even bother ordering from here.
For the people saying that people are only complaining about issues canceling their membership- no, that's definitely NOT the only issue with this brand. The cheap material clothes at ridiculous prices is the issue for me. Furthermore, this site does not even seem to keep much in stock, since most of the time you cannot even find what is on sale.
I don't understand why someone like Kate Hudson would put her name on such an inferior brand like this.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
