My return took FOREVER for your company to process then because my credit card was stolen, I had to add a new card to my account (same credit card just different numbers) your company couldn't give me a refund to my card, which is stupid. So you had to send me a check and it will take 4-6 weeks, which is absurd. I used to love your company and your clothes but I will NEVER buy from this company again after my experience. You will never get a dime from me and I will be (already have) telling everyone I know.
I ordered xxl and I received small, sizes. Luckily they fit my grandsons who are in high school. The tags said xxl but they must have been xxl for kids.

Items were excellent, just as described, but sizing was way off, usually buy my wife smalls, but these smalls were Extra Small. I had to return everything but the leggings.

I've been a VIP with Fabletics for well over a year. At first the deals were great, when I tell you I spent at least $1,000 in clothes, I easily did. The clothes are great and comfortable but it's nothing that requires you to get a VIP membership for. The headline to get you in is a great sale, but after you actually have a VIP membership you can pretty much cancel after that. The VIP doesn't mark down prices for you. You're still paying $60 a pop for pants & the sales have become far and few between, and it's overall not worth the expense of paying $55 a month. The clothes are good quality, but understand that once you've pretty much stocked up on your favorites to have, you really shouldn't have a membership after that. What's on sale, typically come in limited sizes XL and up for most. Most of the ads you see to bring you in for a membership the clothes are sold out. My advice, get a membership for the sale, cancel, and then look to other brands that have the same "VIP membership". It seems like a large variety, but it's really just the same style in different colors that sell out quickly. It's worth it as a new member, not worth it as an existing member unless there is a good sale.

I placed an order about 22 days ago when they had their 2 pairs for $24 shorts deal. It has still not arrived, I spoke to my first representative with the live chat feature and they did not say anything before ending the chat. I then spoke to my second representative on the live chat feature and she only told me information about my order than I could find on the tracking page, she then told me to contact them again in 5 days if the order did not arrive. It didn't arrive so I then talk to my third representative over Facebook messenger and they told me to wait 4 more days and if it hasn't arrived to contact them again. Well, 3 days later I got an email saying they my "return has been received", this happened to be the order that I have been waiting for. As soon as I got the email I called their hotline and talked to my fourth representative and she told me that the delivery ran into some bad weather and they decided to just send the stuff back instead of completing the delivery. She then told me that the items that I ordered are now sold out, after they were apparently already in transit to be delivered to me. They were only able to get me instore credit. My order consisted of 4 pairs of shorts and a tank top that were all on sale, the total was about $77. So before when I was about to get 5 items, I can now get only one pair of shorts and maybe a bundle of socks. I am overall extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Fabletics, which sucks because I do think they make a good product, but what is the point of a good product if the process of acquiring it is such a hassle.

My order was delivered rather quickly. All my gear was perfect. The socks, shorts, pants & hoodies were butter smooth with zippers everywhere.
Love the leggings! The site has screwed me a few times when I skipped the month but it somehow didn't register and I was charged. Other than that, love fabletics.

They have customer service 24/7 yea, but to get your refund back is nearly impossible. I did a refund back in May of 2020 and was suppose to receive a total of $160.39 back on my Pay Pal account but never did. I called multiple times, and they kept saying that they've put in the refund process but i need to check with my Pay Pal account because they are 'blocking it'. Called up Pay Pal and they said they are not blocking Fabletics at all. Called Fabletics up again to inform them that they are not blocked, so they try to refund me again to no avail. Called them AGAIN for who knows how many times, and they said oh we will escalate this issue and issue you a check, which will take 6-8 weeks. A month in, still no check so I called them up as I was moving to a new address. That's when they informed me that a check was never issued, and they know of a way to refund it to my PayPal that would work. I waited, still no refund. Called them up again, and finally they said the 'Pay Pal process didn't work we will issue you a check'. I got the check, but it was for $49.95 instead of the $160.39 that they owe me. I called them up, and ask for the remaining balance through check, and guess what? They put my refund through Pay Pal when I clearly told them not to. Also, 'once we put it through Pay Pal, it's out of our hands'. So I guess I'll just have to wait for this process not to work again and calling them up and wasting my time again. This has been ongoing for 9 months, and I've called them nearly every month. Could have used all those hours spent on the phone with them at some side gig making more money.

I've been a customer for so many years I can't even count. I tried to walk away because I didn't like the platform of being billed each month and then spending credits. That was a mistake, I wasn't able to find other leggings the even came close in comparison. Their clothes are high quality, long lasting and comfortable. They have a bunch of options for the leggings and each if then are equally awesome depending on what vibe your feeling. Powerhold fabrics make you look svelte, tight, with no lumps or bumps. The 365 motion is an all day, everyday, any activity kinda jive. And the pure luxe is so soft and smooth you just feel like you're laden in luxury. I've already tried their sports bras and some work and some are too loose (not enough support) for me. I have huge tits though.
I'm a size 18/20 and I'm 5'5"... Fabletics goes out of the way to give ample comparisons for women of all sizes wearing their clothing. That's not even what I like best, it's just a bonus. They were ahead of their time for the body positive movement and it is appreciated.
I don't recommend the celebrity branding partnerships. The Lizzo collaboration, at least, was obviously made with lower quality materials. They were actually itchy, uncomfortable and split apart at the seams - literally had strings hanging from the hemline after wearing 1 time. Very disappointing, and strange because fabletics is typically top notch.
I ordered 2 pairs of leggings but only one pair came, there has been no update for the 2nd pair and why its being delayed idk maybe I'm over exaggerating

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
