I love the products, but the shipping is extremely slow and frustrating. Tracking doesn't update for days, and I've had orders take over 20 days to arrive.

Was initially unhappy with my purchase with talking to the customer seevice I regained confidence in my purchase and that I made a good choice and I love the product most comfortable underwear I own
I usually get quality stuff at good prices, but am often disappointed to find out what I really wanted (advertised as New Arrival) is totally sold out in my size.

I used this site for a cheap Christmas present and was quite happy with the items I received but there was no way they would ever be worth the £44 you would be charged as the normal fee so after reading the poor reviews online I decided to cancel within the statutory 14 day cooling off period. I firstly emailed them to be back stating the reasons why I shouldn't cancel and if I still wanted to I needed to call. When I called I was given the hard sell and asked for my reasons for wanting to cancel even though the website states you don't have to provide a reason within 14 days. After 15 mins of being on the phone to a girl who did not want to put through my cancellation and even threatened to terminate the call I finally got to speak to a manager after asking several times who in fairness was quite pleasant and followed through with his promise to cancel my account and ensure no further money was taken from my account and provided me written confirmation also. Even after speaking to that manager I would not recommend this company to anyone the items sold are in my opinion not of good enough quality to be worth the full asking price and they made it very difficult to cancel even though I was within my 14 day cool off as per distance selling regulations
It is near impossible to cancel a Fabletics account. I've been trying for TWO MONTHS. Cancelled it with PayPal. They used my CC directly. Cancel it AGAIN. Now contesting the charge with my CC company. Next step change my CC. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!

I've purchased twice this year and both times I've had a pair of leggings get a hole in them the very first time I wore them. I've been the same size for years and am in even better shape than I was last year. The quality and type of the fabric used is poor compared to what it was when Fabletics started. I have two pairs of leggings from them that are almost 7 years old and they don't have a single popped stitch. But twice in a row, two brand new pairs of leggings have torn a hole. I tried to return one pair but it was such a hassle because you have to mail back the torn pair within a certain amount of time or they won't send you a replacement pair because they'll only hold it for 7 days. I would've had to purchase the mailer to send them back and then find a way to print out the label (no one has printers at home anymore) that would've cost me money and time that I just didn't want to waste. I contacted them within my first week of having the pants and you can't just send me a replacement without me sending back the torn ones? They're torn I'm not going to keep using them and hopefully they aren't repairing them and then reselling them. Disappointed in the quality and the way the company is run as a whole. The clothes aren't worth the crazy high prices they say they are. $80 for leggings that feel like they're from target? I don't think so!

I needed info on how to exchange an item. The person I spoke with helped with this. She explained everything after I asked many questions. She was not clear at first how it worked. I am disappointed at Fabletics policy of not mailing out my exchanged item before you receive the item I am returning. I mean, you have ALL of my info. If I didn't return the original item, you could just charge me for the exchanged item. Because you won't send the exchanged item until you receive the original item, it will not arrive in time for what I need it for. Also, I was going to place an expedited order but your site says some items may not be available for expedited shipping. It does not tell you if it's an item you have ordered or not. So I don't want to spend the extra money and then not receive the items expedited. I understand that some cannot be expedited but you should let us know if it is an item in my order or not.
Other than that, I had a good experience, once I was able to ask and re-ask questions. Thank you!

I did not sign up for the VIP and they took £44 off me in the first month, complained and they told me that you could not cancel by email you had to write and then after Christmas i forgot to skip and now they will not refund MY £44, I have sent loads of emails and now threatening legal and court case and they are still not giving me my money back, horrible company, please please avoid this company
Orrid quality and remember they have a NO REFUND POLICY for the Membership. You get suckered into $49.95 each and every month and your screwed if you want to cancel. Dispute your credit card at your bank and get your cash back from the we scam artists You have been warned.
I had zero trouble ordering. Didn't realize it was going to take almost a month to get the order. Won't be ordering again. And I wouldn't recommend this company or it's products to anyone, anytime.

Order took awhile to get to me. I liked the outfit. But not wearing it until I lose more weight in stomach area. I have fears it won't hold up well. I washed it on delicate by itself.

I've bought 3 pairs of everyday pants. 2 the zipper broke on and the one I do have the zipper is really difficult and will probably break too.
This is a huge flaw in their pants don't buy.

The Title Says It All. Realized I was being charged a $59.95 a month for a membership I never signed up for and this was my first time ordering. That is now way to get customers to return.

I bought a bra on promotion and it was 9£ when I realise after 3 months thats once you shop there you sign up automatically to the membership and they take you 44£ a month without you knowing!
This company is the worst. They have been collecting money from me month after month after month and canceled every single order I have ever placed. You have to use the 1 credit you get for over $50 a month to place orders and then they find reasons to cancel it. They shipped my first order to my address when I started subscription and their excuse tonight when they I called them about this order is they had to confirm that my address was valid. They already sent my very first order over a year ago to this address. Then they said once they escalate it that I have to call back in 48 hours and once again validate my address. I believe this company is a complete scam and just a money making operation. I am now at the risk of losing at least $700 I have paid to this company because they will not fulfill any orders I ever place. I plan to report them to the Better Business Bureau and any other site that will take a review. I am about ready to walk away. I will not pay another month subscription. You cannot put your subscription on hold. They are an unethical and horrible company.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
