I bought two shorts and a tank top; the material is super light and comfy; they don't get wet and they are very stretchy as advertised. I am keeping this subscription and buying more soon!

A little while ago I bought two pairs of leggings from Fabletics after hearing some good reviews. I did not like what I recieved. They fit weird and the material was not comfortable. I was going to return them but I found out that because of international shipping it was barely worth my money to send them back. Recently, I noticed that I have been being charged monthly on top of the price I paid for the two pairs of leggings. From my understanding, Fabletics worked on either a subscription basis OR just buying what you want and I was under the impression that I could buy my two pairs of leggings without paying a monthly subscription. The website was so confusing that not only did I miss this detail when purchasing the leggings but I was still confused going back to check to see if I just missed something. I tried contacting customer service 3 times and each time they were absolutely no help! I am convinced that Fabletics is a scam just to con you into spending money based on how confusing their site is and how unhelpful their staff is. I still don't have a solution because I can't cancel my subscription without losing the money I spent on two months subscription even though I didn't use my credits so buy anything and I don't want to use those credits to buy poor quality clothes that don't fit me.

I signed up for the introductory offer of $15. The leggings and deal were great. The quality is excellent and definitely worth more than $15. However, the moment I received my package I cancelled my account. After receiving confirmation of the cancellation I thought that was the end of it. However, the next month I got charger the $49.95 again. After calling the membership services again I was informed that they had no evidence that I cancelled my account and would not refund my $49.95. Even with my email and evidence of a phone call I had to talk with customer service for a LONG time arguing over the refund. They finally agreed after at least 15 minutes of them refusing. My refund should come in 5-7 days and my account should be cancelled now. BUT we'll see because that was supposed to have happened last month. I would warn everyone that despite the quality of product and cheap prices it is not worth the trouble of having to cancel the account and basically being called a liar and talking to a machine for 20 minutes before talking to a person.
My order arrived after a very long waiting period, and missing 3 of my items. Upon contacting customer service, they told me I would have to wait 48 hours after my order was received to start the process of getting my items because they would have to check their counts to make sure I'm being truthful that I didn't actually receive my items. It took two more calls and lots of time and frustration to finally get some resolution. I was told that one of my items was now out of stock and they would give me a credit on my account. I told them I'm done ordering from here, I don't want a credit, I want a refund on my card. Lots more time spent fighting for a refund on my card instead of a credit. This order was such a major headache and waste of time, especially when I realized the quality of the leggings (which did not pass the squat test) was not as good as those you can get on Amazon for less. I cancelled my VIP membership as soon as everything was resolved, and ended up sending back my entire order except for the joggers for my husband, and I'll never order from Fabletics again.

Dog$#*! quality of clothes, dog$#*! website. They also scam you, that's how their prices seem affordable. They hide a $60 charge subscription when you sign up. An incredibly dishonest company.

SO frustrated that credit on the website 'expires'. That is $49 basically just taken from me. The site should honor any credit indefinitely. I cancelled my membership.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
