Good quality active wear. Sizes are accurate. While sales are great, regular prices are a little high. In the long run, you get what you pay for!
I was introduced to fabletics by my 27 year old son. I loved everything in my initial order and have place around 10 orders since. I am also part of the scrubs founders group. I wear fabletics everyday for everything outside of work until the new scrubs come out. Here's the thing. It's really hard to easily navigate to a style I like "on sale" in my size. An example is that I click on a link that pulls up the new items or sale. Then I click on the style I want but then it's not in stock in my size for the color I want. So I usually click around for awhile until I find something cool that I like and add it to my shopping cart. Then I exit out and look for other things in my size but have a hard time finding what I want so I usually give up after 19 minutes which is usually all the time I have to look around. By that time I'm not sure if I want the thing in my cart which I don't really need anyway and exit my browser to go back to work. So I would have spent a couple hundred dollars more this year if I could click a button and everything that's in stock in my size came up. Then I would sort by price or style, quick add them to my cart and checkout. But for an impulsive buyer like me I just need a little easier convenience so I can spend money faster.
I loved everything! Perfect fit and the reviews before helped immensely. Customer service is always great! Immensely satisfied. Packaging was good as always!

Purchased scrubs for first time with fabletics. Felt the top was perfect fit but the jogger pants just didn't have the right fit. I'm a petite size XS-S.

I always wear a medium. These were too tight, too long, and the pockets were backwards from my other trinity leggings. Not sure I want to order again.

I purchased 1 bottom from this company, I enrolled myself into the trap of automated monthly payments and after I received the pants literally the same day I wore them the stripe on the side of my pant started to tear. I'm a small girl 5'6 - 115 lbs - I called the company and tried to get them exchanged and it was a completely disaster that ended up me having to keep the pants. I then cancelled my enrollment never thinking twice. 1 month later I notice their still withdrawing the fee I called and was unable to get in touch w a live rep, I email and nothing. 5 months later they were still taking out the fee. I disputed it with my bank, $548.00 later! The bank recvd a letter stating I gave permission which was true but I cancelled it in writing and and by phone and no one ever responded. This became one of the hardest most time consuming things I've done. My bank went bank and forth w me and Fabletics and after all that, they where unable to get them to refund me my money! I looked up reviews and sure enough this comp is infamous for doing this. Besides the clothing being cheap quality Her company is a theif.

I don't mind going in-store, even if my local store is an hour away because the people there are friendly. So, I want it clear that no dissatisfaction comes from store reps.
But there are things that I find dissatisfied with Fabletics as a clothing provider in general. There are really not a lot of clothes that flatter people who are larger, and even less when it comes to short, larger people. Which, why not? They're supposed to be workout clothes, larger people work out too, and want to feel good while doing it. When I do find something that I really like and enjoy, I often want to go back to the site and get multiple. But that item is already out of stock and never coming back.
The fact there are never any consistent items that fit the same as items I've bought and loved is annoying and frustrating. I'm not going to buy multiple of an item if I'm not sure if I like it, so when I do like it and it's already cast off the site, it's just a really frustrating experience.
I'm pretty much just trying to use up the last of my credits so I can cancel my account.

Wow. Just wow. I clicked on an ad on Facebook one time, and figured I'd take advantage of the offer to get 2 leggings for cheap. Little did I know (and by little, I mean you have to read the little words at the bottom of your order confirmation) that I was unknowingly signing up to pay 49.95$ a month to get VIP membership, which means lower prices on things. I'm not even sure how that's legal; how is it even possible that they charge you 49.95 a month and you don't even know you're signing up for a monthly automatic payment?
Once that's done, good luck trying to get your money back. I was just told on the phone I pretty much never will, and might as well spend it on the site. It's apparently super easy to sign up for a 50$ monthly automatic payment, but in order to cancel the membership, you have to call a number, wait 20 MINUTES on the line, and then proceed to refuse THREE DIFFERENT TIMES to maintain your membership. This is quite possibly my worst experience ever. Shame on all of those participating in this scam.
Bought the $25 first-time outfit deal, was automatically signed up for a "VIP Membership" with no indication as to what that actually entailed. Found out later, after their emails had been routed to spam and money had been withdrawn from my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT that the "VIP Membership" was actually a "credit" where they take $49.95 out of your bank account and credit it to their site so you can spend $50 on athletic equipment that turned out to be pretty mediocre quality, especially considering the unbelievable prices.
Tried to call several times to cancel, was told the service line was closed. Finally got through and the service line was a flipping robot. If you're going to route me to a robot that tries to sell me a million things before I can cancel my account, why do you even have hours for your line?
In the end, I was able to cancel my account and get a refund for the amount they essentially stole from me. Too bad it was after my payment for a medical bill was bounced (It's $50/month and that $50 was taken by Fabletics before the hospital did their automatic withdrawal). That might sound a bit tight to some, but I'm paying insane student loans, and every penny counts. The $25 outfit was a treat to myself as I needed new workout clothes, but I sure did learn my lesson.
Kate Hudson should think twice and learn more about the structure of her own business before she goes around putting her name all over it.
I buy my Christmas gifts early, only to find out I cannot return the outfit I bought for my daughter-in-law in November. I would really appreciate being able to speak with a customer service person in the U.S. that has authority to do SOMETHING to resolve issues! Will NEVER BUY AGAIN

I had seen your ads in many places and was always curious about trying your athletic wear out but could never justify a reason why. I have recently had a major life change and am living on my own for the first time in my life (at 31) after a 12 year relationship. I work from home so I don't get to socialize much and don't leave the house a lot. I started to realize how much it was affecting my mental health and decided to change that. I joined a Gym and thought oh no what am I going to wear now that I've done that. I remembered your company and all the adorable ads and decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable deals I could find and the selection of unique designs. I suddenly became so excited and couldn't wait to wear these clothes and feel more confident going to the gym. When I received my order I was preparing myself for the inevitable let down that something will not look right or fit my body properly; however I was proven wrong and everything fit comfortably and perfectly. It may sound silly but sometimes all it takes is some new clothes for a girl to feel confident enough to get out there in the world and reach their goals. Thank you for the pleasant experience and I can't wait till I need to order more clothes.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
