I love that one of the subscription options is to skip a month here and there. They've also greatly improved the option to click on skip whereas before it was going on a wild goose chase.
These leggings have always been my favorite in any length and now they have the pockets on the sides which I cannot live without. They are so comfortable, wash great and always make me feel thinner.

In a world of next day, even same day, shipping, the fact that it takes Fabletics the better part of two weeks to get an order to you is pretty odd. The products are nice, though.

I ordered two pairs of leggings for $24 and they sent me a pair if shorts and a tank top in an ugly brown and not my size. I would not recommend this plastic to anyone!

The have been charging me $50.00 a month for a membership, and I have purchased several outfits and still was charged for Sept and Oct. Closed my account, It is very difficult to trust this company

The leggings always seem to roll down. I don't know if it's my body type but I can't workout in them. I've sized down to see if that helps, it doesn't. I got different styles too.

I love Fabletics! The BEST leggings, shorts, and bras that I own. Wish we had a store in Nebraska! All the sizes fit so well and the customer service is timely and always answers my questions!
Me and multiple other customers have signed up for the 2 for $24 deal and unknowingly got charged the monthly fee. They need to give a more clear representation of what you are signing up for.

I LOVE this company. Not only are the products AMAZING (and better and far less expensive than the competition), but the customer service is the best with all communication options (call, email, live IM chat). I don't understand why so many people are complaining about the reoccurring charge- THAT IS WHAT THE PROGRAM IS! ITS A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM (just like birch box, ipsy, shoedazzle, etc)!
If you don't want to do the membership program (monthly charge) simply skip the month as between the 1st-5th of the month (for VIP members) OR do not sign up as a VIP member and do the retail option. I can honestly not believe how ignorant some of these comments are. This is by far one of the best sites i have ever used. It is very clear what the terms are and you can cancel on the phone at any time!
After going a couple of months not ordering anything due to the lack of quality in everything I was receiving, (severe shrinking, thin, cheap fabrics, pilling after one wear, etc.) I decided to cancel. They do not make it simple. For example, they put me on hold for about 15+ minutes before you ever speak to a real human being. Second, once I finally got a hold of someone, she gave me the schpeal, which was expected and she was polite, but I was then put back on hold while she was cancelling my account. This took almost another five minutes. During this time, my phone was getting call after call from an (844) number. Their number is an (844) area code. The number I was calling from was not on file, so the only conclusion I can come to is that while you're on hold, they are trying to call you over and over to somehow create some disruption which would give them the opportunity to hang up on you, knowing that most people don't have another 20 minutes to wait on hold to cancel their account and may forget to call back to cancel at all. It's not illegal, but I certainly don't want to do business with a company that can't keep it's customers honestly. Whatever you do, don't hang up! Put your phone on speaker and go about your business until a real human comes back on the line. Hope this helps.
I have been with fabletics for almost 6months never really had an issue until they just charged me too separate times
Totally to $106 on a purchase that said $29
And even when I called they basically said yes they told you that number but we now added another box you have to click that says you can have this price or another
We show you the cheapest price always but if you only click pay now we actually charge you the most expensive price that's not displayed
How does that even make since now have I have had an issue with this in the last 6 months

Also, I had very poor customer experience when I deactivated my VIP status as I filled a cart and then the order was cancelled as I was supposed to verify payment details which had not changed and were up to date - I didn't see any missed calls or emails asking to verify these details

I made a purchase with this company only to find a month later than they had taken another £44 out of my bank account without me knowing. When I queried this, I was told that I had signed up to a VIP membership that entitled them to take £44 out of my account every month unless I went online and instructed them not to between the 1st and the 4th of a month. I asked for a refund and was told no. Trying to call to cancel is a nightmare too but the wont let you cancel by email. STAY AWAY from them! I am still trying to sort it out now. RIPPING OFF INNOCENT PEOPLE!
I'm in love with my first 2 pairs of leggings. I got the 2 for 24 deal. I am happy with them. I just don't understand how I go on the website on June 1st for the new June picks and I either cannot view them, cannot add to cart or find them in my size. BRAND NEW STYLES AND RESTOCKED ITEMS supposedly. The website is super glitchy. It's frustrating and almost led me to ditch Fabletics. The website needs a lot of attention and item availability needs to be updated OFTEN. You lose a lot of customers that way. I try to view some of the outfits and it redirects me back to main page. Please fix this.

Three) I $#*!ed up entering my email for the vip membership and didnt realize i was charged over 100 in the past couple of months. Couldnt sign in to cancel the membership. I called at 11:40 Pm, the middle of the night! And they answered immediately, gave me a FULL REFUND, and cancelled my membership FOR ME. They knew me by my name and phone number right when he picked up. And pronounced my name correctly. Chris, whoever you are, you are a gift from the gods.

I heard about Fabletics through a Facebook ad. I decided to get an outfit for the $25 dollar special. I thought the website was clear about the VIP process and that I had to become a VIP to buy the outfit. (I've been in situations like this before so I knew to read all the writing before agreeing to anything). I have always skipped the month and never been charged on the months I skipped.
If you're complaining about opting into VIP membership without knowledge, chances are you failed to read your agreement. Even though this is annoying and not the best business practice, it IS your fault, and it didn't take me too long to understand the agreement I was getting into when I bought my first outfit. However it was tedious and annoying having to remember to "skip this month" every month.
What I do find annoying however, is you have to call a customer help line to opt-out of membership. Most companies allow you to do this online. The company does seem to take extensive measures to hold on to customers, rather than allowing customers to simply love the brand and become loyal.
I loved the product I received. Very good quality product. I wear it all the time.
I have cancelled my membership simply because I don't like the way the VIP membership works. I still stand by the product, but the company NEEDS to find a better way to do business.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
