I utilized my member credits to purchase 3 new outfits as a reward for my workout progress. They fit great; true to size and good quality materials!
First time ordering, new customer. There was one item missing when I received the package. I called their customer service and spoke with MIKE. He told me that he wasn't able to do anything for me! I asked for a supervisor and he asked me why? And put me on hold, never transferred me to a supervisor, and told me that he might be able to reshipped the item and I might not receive it. I am highly dissatisfied with this company as a new customer, my experience with them was horrible. They are giving me the runaround for a 12 legging! PLEASE! They rather lose a customer than resending me my missing item! Their legging don't even stay up! It keeps going down! I had to hold it the whole time I was at my Bootcamp class!

There seems to always be limited amount of variety in not one but all stores. The comment that is always made is we restock in the beginning of the month… It's not the case. Just do better in store.
My experience with fabletics clothes has been great. I wear it so much at the gym and around I should be sponsored. But every time I go into the store locations, yes every single store, the mens section is very scarce. Honestly it reminds me why I continue to skip the months and why I'll be leaving soon. For me as a consumer it's like I'm walking into a women's clothing store hoping to find men's clothes I see on the online store. It's not like that at other active clothing brands stores like Lulu. I get disappointed almost every time. And the workers always make it seem like I either came at a bad time of the month or things are out of season. Make it a male clothing brand too! I also y'all have to do something about that delivery company. THEY TAKE TOO LONG.
Order was suppose to be delivered 5/25 then said "exception" will arrive on 5/26 well here it's 9:15 pm on 5/26 and not here, and the shipping site still says it's going to be delivered but the last update was 5/25@ 10:30 pm and it's no where around my home! I guarantee I will be canceling the VIP and telling my friends whom I referred 3 of (2 girls and 1 guy) do not order from them go on Amazon or go into Lululemon in town!

I was charged $49.95 because they DONT MAKE IT CLEAR that you're signing up for a VIP membership. I called customer service to get my money back but all he said was to use the points I have now and I wouldnt get my money back. I'm very disappointed. This website is very misleading.

I decided to give it a try and purchase the membership. They don't have much in the way of Capri length. Everything is either below the knee or too high on the side. I purchased black leggings anyway that were high waisted. The waistband kept rolling down on me. I bought two items that were on sale. When I canceled my membership they refunded me pennies on the dollar as if canceling the membership was a punishment and I had to pay the full price instead of member price. The items I kept were on sale!

My main gripes with Fabletics Subscription:
* This subscription started as outfits, now a credit can equal an outfit or a single item.
* I loved the original Salar Capri leggings. I am short. Now there is only a single capri on the site, and to use a member credit, it's only one item. These capris aren't as high quality/good fabric as some of the other leggings.
* The tops and sportsbra fits don't work great for me. Some have too much cleavage. Others are cut in a weird place that highlights armpit fat. None of them are as high quality as the leggings (at least that I have purchased).

Bought an outfit for the first trial offer. Absolutely loved the gym trousers but not the shirt as it didnt fit well. Tooo low so it just displayed my sports bra. Tried to get an exchange or refund and was told it was not possible unless i return the whole outfit... an exchange was not reasonable for a smaller shirt at least? Tried cancelling VIP membership and they tried to offer me 500 free VIP credits. Whats the point if you will only like half an outfit and not be able to return the seperate item... and no. I couldn't return the trousers. Loved it so much that i wore it that day so too late to return unfortunately
I love my Pinecrest Fabletics Store in Orange Ohio! The ladies are very accommodating and always try to get me what I am looking for and to make the most of my credits.
Shipping and distribution? Now THAT'S a whole other story! I have 3 daughters so I often use my credits to send them gifts. I have sent to them for the 3 years that I have been a member. However at times they cancel my order questioning the recipient, as if its a fraudulent purchaser even though I am IN THE STORE and making multiple purchases? I have received 2 of something at times, which I have just started keeping since returning is a nuisance. My only other complaint is their sizing. All of my daughters are tiny - sizes 4-6 and this requires a Medium most time, but then Smalls and Extra Small at others. As for me I would love to see more styles in Large. You seem to have lots of Smalls and Extra Large and Extra Extra Larges on the racks and online.

Overall fit is amazing with fabulous style and feel of the fabric. Does not pinch or bind or "roll down" when bending over or doing squats
I ordered 2 pairs of pants under their faulty "vip" system. I returned them both and assumed I had also cancelled their subscription service. Little did I know for the last 3 months they have been taking money from my credit card. They WOULD NOT refund the amount they stole but offered what they called a "curtesy" refund of only part of they amount they STOLE from me. Do not do business with this company. THIEVES.

My daughter purchased 2 pairs of leggings and when she realised she had signed up tried to cancel and was told it wasn't possible and that she had to call up every month to cancel for the month.
Our credit card expired in June and we received a new one with a new CCV and expiry date however Fabletics have continued to debit our credit card every month... How the hell can they do this as every other direct debit I had on the card I had to tell them the new details.?

I hade very good experience.
The only complaint I have is the clothes don't seem the last after about2/ 3 years the material inside flips around and and becomes misshapen, it's very hard to readjust especially after washing. Hangdrying is preferable they will last longer.

I've tried to call to cancel it change or ask a question and I must be THE luckiest person ever because NOT ONCE have I ever spoken to a knowledgeable rep but I certainly have been bullied several times and by bullied I'm talking MEAN GIRL bullied! NO WAY will I aupport a company that treats customers like that!
Employees... RUN! There MUST be a better place to work where you are treated better than the way you treat your customers! All crap runs downhill so it clearly starts at the top and the customer pays dearly by being bullied and humiliated! Nope nope nope! I'll go elsewhere with my hard earned money!

If you like poorly made clothing at expensive prices, then this is the place for you! My tank and leggings both started to unravel after being washed twice! Please do not waste your money here!
I have never had a bad experience with Fabletics. I've ordered from them multiple times, and their products are always cute, high quality, and fit true to size. They also have great customer service!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
