Returns are easy and customer service is good. The cancelation process isnt so easy and i was at the lake with no service so couldnt cancel my aug subscription and was charged. I have an account and my daughter has an account and we both were charged I wish it was easier to cancel.
First order was placed online. I had picked the wrong size so headed to the store to make an exchange. The service was great and I quickly swapped for the right size.
I will never order from th is company again. Although the clothes are nice, the company continousely charges you 49.95 without telling you why. When making my first purchase there was no indication that i was being enrolled into a membership that would cost me. Then i was notified that if i didnt make a purchase once a month i would still be charged 49.95 per month. This is ridiculous. And the customer service representatives are no help at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, IT IS A RIP OFF!

I keep trying to cancel my membership subscription after already canceling it once. I canceled it five months ago. I then bought a couple items with the money already on my account. Then they reactivate my account without my permission. I then call and the machine says its a five minute wait. I hold on the line it turns into an hour wait so the next time I call they have an option to hang up and they will call me back. They never call me back.

I love the product and was pleasantly surprised by the member points that allowed me to get even more yoga pants for basically just shipping costs.
Takes 3-4 days to get the order simply shipped and then about 5-7 days to receive on all my orders. Process takes too long to get an order. With that said, I do love the product!
Everything fits wonderfully and very true to size. I'm happy with my purchases and have washed them so many times without any fade in color. Love this brand and ordering more soon

This first seemed like such a great product and great deal. Well let me start out by saying that my items took about 3 weeks to get to me with the "expedited shipping". When I got them they were just ok and after wearing them and washing them JUST ONE TIME the elastic became all stretched out. BUTTHAT WASN'T EVEN THE WORST PART! Without me even knowing they start to charge my credit card $49.95 per month for some sort of membership club... and when I called to question it they tried to downplay it like it was a free credit I was receiving. However I advised them there were two charges on my credit card for each month from $49.95 each. All I tried t do was buy two pair of shorts and they start charging me $49.95 per month... WHAT A SCAM! After a short hassle I demanded my money Don't fall for this... they try to make it seem like it's a free credit and they didn't charge your account!

I had placed an order on 6/5/21 and after three weeks it still hadn't shipped. I called customer service on 6/23 to inquire about the status as I had ordered and received another order in between. I was told all items were in stock and it should be shipping withing 24 hours. On June 28th, I called again and was then told one if the items I purchased was out of stock so none of the order was shipped. The items sell out incredibly fast and there is no course of action when something like this happens. I returned the entire order and it is making me think twice about continuing to order fabletics.

I like the leggings other than the fact that within just a few months there was a hold in the crotch. Not very good quality if this happens so quickly.

Received items that were not like those pictures. Returned them for full refund and cancelled VIP membership. Then, I received email saying additional items were on their way. I called and hope to have settled the issue, but will have to be inconvenienced to return items. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Shame on you, Kate Hudson!

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings on March 23, and I understand with covid that it might take longer to arrive. With that said, I had an estimated date of arrival for April 3rd, then I checked the status on that day as I had not received it and it had changed to April 5th (today) and I just checked again and it now has NO estimated delivery date and says that details will be provided when they are available. I used standard shipping and it says 6-14 business days. It has been about 9-10 days since ordered. I am just irritated and confused on why it would keep changing the ETA then end up not showing one. It is shipping through USPS and they're saying that they have not received the package yet (which would make sense as to why I haven't gotten my package and why the date keeps changing).
I will update my review when I finally receive the package.

Good quality clothing for a decent price but it took TWO WEEKS to ship. I find that unacceptable. I pay $55/month for the membership… I should not have to wait that long for my orders to arrive! Use a shipping company other than Pitney Bowes they're the WORST

I'm satisfied with the quality of the products, the fitting is normally accurate, the only thing is that the app is a little slow (i normally prefer to use the web page because i navigate faster).
I like everything I got but my only complait is the bottom of my pants a to small to go over my shoes. I wear these to coachbin and that would make them look a little more dressier. Other then that Im happy with my order.

I bought pants based on size description but the fit was awful. I got them on and everything but the way the waist line distributed the flub in my midsection was so unflattering. I'm 5"2' 120lb and felt like a cow in these leggings very disappointing

Let me preface this with the fact that I have never written a review for any company, ever. However, anyone considering giving this company their credit card information should know that this company has stolen hundreds of dollars from me.
I have cancelled my account with Fabletics on two different occasions, and have been charged $49.95 every single month since then.
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR VIP MEMBERSHIP.
They have outright STOLEN my hard earned money.
Kate Hudson should be embarrassed to own this company.
As a first time customer I was thrilled to be a VIP having good deals but some items ran too small so I requested an exchange and returned my items right away when I received my exchange items back it didn't include the items like nu original purchase. I spoke to 5 different reps and they still couldn't help here I am more than a month later they decided to refund the item that was missing and when I tried to purchase the same item "it was out of stock" they could not help me the whole month in getting me the items that were missing just very disappointing and worst customer experience really ridiculous to go through this as a first time member.

Absolutely horrible shipping, I will never buy from them again, my first order (mid summer) took over a month to get AFTER it shipped! My most recent order AGAIN took 23 days AFTER it shipped to get to me (2 states away) they just make excuses and say it's the holidays but that's false, it's year round!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
