I actually really love their stuff. Its hard to find leggings esspecially cute workout leggings that fit. I found the cutest pair of capris and a pair of sweatpants. A lil back and forth on the size but no issues they just sent out a new pair at no cost. I love this company. Going to stick it out and order more stuff.
Good service and I'm very thankful to be a V. I. P member & the benefits it entail because the ONLY way I can even afford to be a V. I. P. Member and buys clothes at the same time is because not only because of the V. I. P. Deals but mainly because of the "skip this month" option. Without having the option to skip a month, I wouldn't be able to buy clothes at the same time is as being a V. I. P. Member so the deals would be useless to me if I couldn't afford to buy anything!
I am a Fabletics Fan. I have enjoyed what I've purchased. However, what is frustrating to me, though, is how sizing isn't always available. When sales hit, those are the best. I wish they would have more quantities in my size which is always the size that sells out the quickest so that's not a hard one to figure out. I also don't think the rewards and promotions are that great. I feel for the price they charge (full price items), the rewards should be greater. Also, I would love if Fabletics would have more lower rise shorts. I'm always looking for midrise shorts or capris but everything is high rise and long leggings. I understand high rise is the "thing" right now. Midrise shorts and capris would be my request. Long leggings... it's just too hot to wear those for working out. Need capris or even a cut a little lower than the knees or shorts. I love the shorties. The shorter the better. Those are my favorites. But I'd love for those to be offered in midrise.

I ordered several pairs of leggings in different styles & sizes and an All Day Every Day Bra. The leggings were not tight enough in the waist & always rolled or slid down. As for the bra, I was spilling out of the sides in the smaller size but the cups were gapping in the next size up. The bra also provides no support at all. I also tried a pair of sweatpants. Somehow they managed to be too tight in the thighs and have a giant cotch pouch of extra fabric at the same time. Overall, I do not like the sizing or fit of Fabletics clothes & found a membership to be a waste.

Sent me the wrong items then wouldn't ship me my correct order until I went out of my way to take the stuff to post office. Fabletics mistakes shouldn't cost me time and gas money to run to the post office.

Very possibly the worst run company I have experienced. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Let me break it down.
1. The shorts do not fit. If you have a booty, skip this brand.
2. I sent an email to cancel after my PayPal was charged for the membership that they auto-subscribe you to. They have charged me 3 additional times since then.
I wish I add screen shots to prove my emails and requests to cancel on social media. I literally had to delete my credit card and PayPal to stop them from charging me. $200 later all I have to say is, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

You sign up under the impression it is free to do so, but then are hit with a surprise charge for the membership.
The website was hard to understand because everything was in usd even though it was the. Ca website. The whole VIP membership is confusing because you can't get the advertised "2 for 24" without accepting the terms of the membership. It repeatably said that my postal code wasn't valid even though they ship to canada and it wasn't invalid and it was impossible to figure out why that happened. Wasted an hour trying to order leggings and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

After an extremely frustrating ordering process, I FINALLY received my product. The sizing was inconsistent so I had to send one item back for an exchange. That was over a month ago. I have spent over 4 hours with Fabletics customer service trying to get the situation resolved. FOUR HOURS. I still do not have the product. The product I originally ordered and paid for was sold to someone else while Fabletics took their sweet time processing my return. Each time I have contacted their customer service, the agents I have spoke to have been very kind and tried their best to help me, but nothing has ever been resolved. They tell me they will escalate my case, make notes on my account, and to contact back in a few hours or the next day, but every time I contact back I have to re-explain the whole situation. It's not a difficult situation. I am simply returning an item for a different size. This has been going on for 2 months. TWO MONTHS and my replacement has still not been sent or processed. The worst part is, I think I might actually like the product, but there is no way I will ever attempt to order anything from them again after this fiasco. Spend your money elsewhere if you plan on wearing anything you order anytime in the near future. I am appalled at the way this company handles simple exchanges, especially after touting their easy exchange process. Shame on you Fabletics.

Ordered some items and was not able to exchange for equal value. So not waste time with this.
Leggings already worn out. I've only had 6 months. I have you a description as to why. There's nothing else to say
They will cancel your order and not notify you, then when you contact customer service through the chat, they are snarky, and make you feel like you're at fault. They take no responsibility. Then when you right a review you get a response ASAP that say you'll get an e-mail. That e-mail is the most prefabricated useless response ever. They apologize with no effort to make staying with them worth it. DON'T BOTHER SIGNING UP, buy from LuLuLemon, or really anywhere else, my costco brand stuff has better customer services than these guys.

I have been ordering Fabletics leggings for yearssssss. They always had their logo on the hip area. Recently, they moved the logo to be on the back of the leg. I think that looks silly, like there's something stuck to your leggings, so I specifically bought a pair that still showed the logo on the hip. When I received them, the logo was on the back of the leg! When I put them on, it looks so ridiculous because in the middle of my black leggings there is a reflective silver logo. Worst decision ever to put it there. I can't wear the leggings because it looks so silly, but I took the tag off before I noticed it, so I can't return them. They were a pair that I had ordered and loved before, so I didn't think twice about removing the tag since I trusted that the photos used were accurate. So two complaints: one, the new logo placement, and two, the inaccurate photos. I canceled my membership with fabletics over the logo

It's not transparent, you don't know what you're getting into when you sign up for VIP (I was charged $50 two months in a row before I realized they were charging me). The site says that I signed up for VIP in November of 2019, but it only started charging me a monthly fee in March of 2020, so pretty sure they either automatically transitioned my account, or they didn't explain that my recent purchase would lead to a monthly charge. This is a scam, don't sign up for it.

I am very disappointed with the monthly process and would like to see a 1 week "warning" reminder about monthly shipments. I am also less than satisfied with the quality of the shorts and shorts.
I think they have a very good product, but that is negated by the extremely poor customer service. I signed up for the VIP service, and except for the 1st month, have not been able to get anything I wanted. I check each month as soon as I get the email notification that the outfits are ready to view, and EVERY month on the 1st the are already SOLD OUT! Also their delivery time is slower than molasses in February. All this leads to "Good product, but NO THANKS!"
Every item I have bought, mens and womens shorts, shirts, and even my new fanny pack! The quality is so great!
Their clothes are great but they make it very difficult to cancel, and they keep billing you. They really need to change. This is untenable. I thought I had canceled. They told me I had. Apparently, I had not. They need a serious message. This is not allowable in any state. The collective state AGs need to go after Fabletics.

I absolutely love the shorts five stars there, but the color options are so limited and the shipping ETA is always off by at least five days so for shipping and color selection I have to go with 1 maybe 2 stars.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
