I recently bought a top from Fabletics that was available at one of their stores close to home. I received a text an hour later that my order was ready for pickup and available for 3 days. I decided to wait a day and then on the 2nd day when I was going to go I received a text that the top was no longer available and that they didn't have one. I called Fabletics customer service and they acknowledged that it wasn't there, and was as confused as me as to why the discrepancy. I asked to have it sent to me as it was in stock and asked for free shipping. Customer service understood and was very kind to ship the top to me free of charge. I have called about other things as well and have always been happy with the outcome.
I love the leggings but honestly Fabletics customer service is the WORST! Not only are they completely not taking responsibility for their package never arriving and placing the burden on the consumer, you wait on hold for over 30 minutes, get told different things by different agents,, only to still have your problem NOT resolved and they close your account! Here I come LuLuLemon!

I was wiaitibg for my package and it wasn't being delivered I called them and they told me that my apt building was missing. I asked them why as no one notified me or called me and they didn't have a answer. After that I told them I still wanted to my package but instead they delivered it back to the company which means I never got my leggings.

I got the membership because the pants fit my daughter, but the first time i went to redeem my points, i was told the only items i could buy. I couldn't pick the colors i wanted because they tell you how they want to match. The top doesnt fit neither my daughter or me but I had to buy one ( that is sitting in my drawer) because i cant get 2 pants.

The outfits are beautiful but most of them I can not wear to the gym. Many of the leggings are see through during squats and deadlifts. Most of the bras are not made for high intensity training either. I love them for running to the store in or doing yoga or Pilates but I can't recommend them for most weight training or high intensity work outs.

SCAM they let you believe you have a good deal - then a month later take £44 out of your account with no warning at all. Apparently this is a condition of buying their offer outfit? Where you get told this I do not know - WHO READS the T&Cs and small print. This is a right ROYAL SCAM do not buy from these people. Their customer services is unhelpful, rude and misleading - surprised they are not shut down by now!

Worst quality ever, ordered online and had to go in store to return all items. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Literally had the worst experience, canceled my order once and then it took forever for a refund and on top of that i paid for fast shipping on the second order and it didn't arrive until 2 weeks later. Like what. Never ordering again.

All I've done is just order 2 shorts from fabletics. They paid themselves using my card every month up to 60 bucks. I had to cancel all my credit cards because of them. And I just found out that it was all because of VIP membership I didn't even ask for it. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO LOSE YOUR MONEY FOR VIP MEMBERSHIP!

I love Fabletics stuff but the amount of time it takes to actually get to me is excruciatingly slow!
They don't notify you of canceled items or the "refund". They will show all the items you ordered everywhere and nowhere will they show you it was canceled (and you probably shouldn't expect it). Like literally nowhere. I shouldn't have to double check THEIR work and see what I am missing. They also can't stop talking long enough to *listen*.

Be VERY careful - the site automatically signs you up to take money from you account each month.
I ordered one "outfit" which I was pleased with, fits well and well made and designed I really liked it, but I was very lucky that I bothered to read the leaflet that came with my delivery as I didn't realise when I ordered that I was subscribing to the monthly program that would take £44 (I think that was the amount) from my account each month unless you go in an select to "skip" that month. Total scam - why you would want a new outfit each month is beyond me.
Also the website is dodgy, you can't unsubscribe on the site and have to call and I couldn't use the "forgot password" link - tried several times, it told me it had sent me an email with a link to reset my password but never received the email.
Stay away unless you order one outfit and then call to unsubscribe immediatly
I love my Fabletics Leggings... especially he high waisted ones. This is the first purchase I was disappointed with. The sweatpants don't fit as nicely, as the leggings. I was looking for a pair of sweatpants with the Fabletics quality and a comfy looser fit of traditional sweatpants... these are not nearly as comfy and the crotch seemed to sit low.

My last shipment was sent to an address in California and when I inquired about it I was told it must have been my fault? My address on my account never changed. I live in Florida. It became a big ordeal and the original order was not honored and was only sent the pant and not the shirt. I was so disappointed I was looking forward to having the matching shirt and I still can't find a shirt that matches the color of the pants. I was not treated fairly and rather than crediting my credit card was given a $19 credit to my account at Flabetics I cancelled my membership. I also had another pair of o ya I had ordered a few months before with A hole in the crotch and was told to just sew them? Not acceptable answer

Love all the products. But the site navigation and layout is weird. The deal for new accounts is a bummer I can't get the deals and I'm a member. Two shorts for 19. Just stuff like that.
I ordered my fabletics and they never arrived I called to cancel the subscriptions because they charge me and I told them that the fabletics never arrived and They told me that they will send them again and this never happens

Be aware, if you pay for a month membership on December 12th, then call on Dec. 15th to cancel renewal for anuary, they will stop all membership discounts effective immediately. No refund, no finishing the month you already paid for. They offer options to suspend membership, but if you don't suspend, you will not get the discounts for the rest of the month that you already paid for. See photos of our chat.

When I first joined Fab they had cuter styles/ sets. Now a lot of times the styles are dull and you can't always order a set. You have to order tops and bottoms separately and a lot of times my size wasn't available.

I signed up for the VIP membership to get 2 pairs of leggings. First off, It is NOT CLEAR that you will be charged monthly if you do not 'pass' or purchase monthly when becoming a VIP member. I called to cancel the VIP membership, and on the phone the representative confirmed that my VIP membership was cancelled and I would no longer be charged. I just checked my Mastercard statement and I have OVER $300CDN in charges! They charged me FOUR times in January alone! I just called again and let them have it. They claim they will be refunding me my money in it's entirety and cancelling my membership but again, at the very end of the conversation after asking for my money, stating I wanted to cancel and sharing my displeasure, I said 'I'm confirming that my account is cancelled?' and she says 'Ohhh? You want to cancel your VIP membership'? Are. You. Serious.?!?!?! This is absolutely dirty, dirty business practice. Stay FAR AWAY!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
