I was suckered into the Fabletics scheme early on. Every month since then I've skipped. Last month I forgot to skip, so they charged me $49.95 and I can use that money as a credit- or so I thought. Since I've paid them I figured hey, might as well buy something. I didn't buy a whole outfit, just a bra because that's all I really need. Turns out my own money can only be used towards a full outfit, so that bra was taken out of my checking account. Ok, I thought, I'll just cancel the order. THERE'S NO WAY TO CANCEL AN ORDER. When I saw that I knew I was done. It's such a joke. Do not join them, they are a freaken scam.
So far my experience is terrible. I bought 4 pair of shorts in the "2 for $24" sale and it cost me $85… no explanation why and I still haven't gotten the shorts. I ordered On May 14th. Supposed to get them on the 19tj, then the 26th, now they say the 31st. I'll just stick with other brands that got get me the product at the price that they advertise.
If I could give them a zero star I would. First let me start by saying no one speaks English, Gweneth Paltro why would you create a company and not keep the jobs in the US? What a disappointment. I purchased a lot of things and everytime I call I have to repeat myself serval times and tell them why I'm calling and they give you an answer that doesn't help you at all. I received my order yesterday and realized I ordered the wrong size, I get on to just purchase a new one as I would get it faster than exchanging it, that same shirt went from $18 to $59, when I called this morning after explaining my situation 5 times she can't help me and my account has been canceled. They said I had multiple accounts, and now I have to wait 24-48 hours to try to reorder the shirt which will be too late to get it for Christmas. I will not be reactivating my account or purchasing anything else. Do not waste your time and purchase anything from fabletics.

The experience as follows:
• Set a reminder to skip at the first of the month so I don't get charged
• Look for 50% off sales and hope it's for items that I like in the colors I like
• Shop
I'd much more prefer an opt-in system, where I choose what items are my favorites and have the system notify me.
The subscription model is weird and seems unnecessary and scammy. The only reason I continue to shop at Fabletics is because the quality of your products are so high compared to alternatives, but I'm not a fan of the pricing model at all.

Constantly scamming! I signed up to the VIP, but cancelled immediately when I understood the fine print. The ignored my cancelation request TWICE. Now I have 98£ credit on my account, when I went to use them, they didn't even work and I was charged another £100! There's no way to cancel an order and I'm just going in circles being robbed from this company. The leggings I do have got a hole in the first wear. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They'll keep your card information forever and WILL NOT let you delete it. The sight "loads" for minutes if you are trying to "update" your information, when in actuality they won't let you erase even your address.

They have been charging my acct $50 for the last 7 months as I had no idea you had to tell them to "skip the month" in first 5 days of month. Also I did not know I was signing up for a club that would charge me like that as it was NEVER
Mentioned when you first deal with them or I would never have dealt with them. I contacted my credit card company who will dispute charges.
BEWARE never deal with them or you may be gnashing your teeth!

I purchased a pair of sweatpants and they had a hole in the crotch after the first time I wore them. I contacted the company and they weren't willing to help. Clothing is very poor quality for the price.

I signed up for the VIP membership a while ago and ive taken advantage of the credits I get every month. Recently I've been trying to save money for college and canceled my account. After i canceled I relized that I still had two credits that were unused, I've been trying for about two hours now trying to figure this out, the website will not let me use my credits. I've tried contacting someone on the fabletics chat thing and ive been waiting for what seems to be forever. Ughhh I'm very upset and frustrated with this issue

After checking out with my 2 pairs of pants, I got an email saying I was now enrolled in their monthly Fabletics club (or whatever) and I would be billed monthly for this privilege & my NEXT purchase would be 50% off. I sent an email asking why I was enrolled & why the 50% off on the 2nd purchase & I never heard back & I wasn't billed for the membership (I think?). Confusing, not great customer care. (Full price) pants were great, though!

As memberships do, they run their course and you forget to cancel. When I finally decided to cancel I tried online, and I had to "chat" with a customer service agent. They canceled the chat 4times! Then I called, and I was hung up on twice. Finally I tried again with the chat, and I threatened to report them, someone finally talked with me, tried to talk me out of it, then reluctantly enabled my cancellation. This should not happen! It took an hour out of my day.

It is RIDICULOUS that they allow you to sign up for a VIP membership online, but make you call and go through the entire rigmarole just to cancel. The shipping on my leggings took much longer than need be, their cancellation process is purposely vague, and overall I felt taken advantage of rather than a valued customer. Severely unimpressed.
I wanted to cancel my membership so i used the patron chat service to seek help to cancel the membership. The lady Cyril kept talking me into keeping the membership and I was offered $10 store credit if i keep the membership. I told her no thank you and I want to cancel it. She repeated the fact that she would give me $10 store credit again. She just can't seem to understand that I WANT TO CANCEL IT. I am really annoyed.

Extremely deceiving business practices. I purchased two paints, they were good quality, was very happy with them. Suddenly after a month or so, I saw one more charge of 59.95 on my paypal account, I thought it might me a mistake by the system and will get refund soon, after few days, one more charge of 59.95 on my paypal account. I instantly went and disabled the authorization. They keep charging 59.95 and giving me credits. I HAD NO IDEA, I AM SIGNING UP FOR A CREDIT SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. Now I have 2 credits, which I do not want to purchase anything from this website. Beware of what you are signing up.

I have rarely sent reviews for products I order. This is the exception. Terrible customer sevice and no answers to questions. I order something and 10 days later I have not received tracking information. ONce I called I got no real answers and each a different story. At one point i was told it would arrive on the 10th and the day called was the 13th. Still have not received - Dont waste your time on this. Go to Target

I think the quality has decreased significantly since I signed up for fabletics. Sizing is always off in both directions, sometimes I get a bra that is massive and when I adjust I'll get a top that is too tight. I think customer servoce has been spotty, I ordered items using a credit and when they didnt fit, I returned them and was told I could just get credit back not just a reimbursement - there was nothing on the site I wanted and I was hoping to just leave as a member but I have like $150 locked up in this company. Anything I do like usually sells out before I can order. Feels unsustainable and fast fashion icky that there are new campaigns every month. It's just a crappy product with a scammy business model.

I'm a huge fan of the fabletics workout apparel. Fun fact: my workout drawers have been replaced with fabletics workout apparel. You guys understood the assignment and continue to impress.
The agent was very helpful in resolving my issue less than five minutes and he was very understandable and friendly. He represents this company very well.
Brand new leggings and they have a run in the crotch. Yes, they came with it.
Brand new onesie- has a cut/snip/nick - a small hole- on the sleeve. Yes, the item arrived with a hole in the sleeve.
Furry zip jacket / hoodie is on the return pile because the stitching is all messed up in the sleeve. It is so bad that I cannot wear the jacket as the wristband was accidentally sewed into the arm sleeve of the jacket. One side is normal and the other is pinched at a 3/4 sleeve.
Horrible quality control and has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I may never purchase again despite liking the fit of the leggings.
Also HATE that toxic chemicals have been found in the materials used to make fabletics leggings. What a shame.

Iv always purchased Online but I went on vacation and saw a store in Hawaii I found a bunch of things I really liked some was in stock and Some had to be shipped, Which I was totally fine with because I really wanted these items. Erica from the Honolulu store was so helpful and got my husband on board now as well. So now I have a even more of a excuse to buy from Fabletics!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
