Ridiculous... I had no idea I was signing up for a "VIP" membership... a membership that charges me $50 a month for crap I wasn't even buying, I did not notice the charges until a few months into it, and by then it was too late to get any money back. They refunded me for the current month I was charged for, but I had 4 "credits", worth $200, that I had to use. I figured since I have already paid for these credits, i might as well use them. I will buy 4 outfits and cancel the membership immediately to avoid further charges. Heres the catch. If I cancel the membership I will no longer be able to return for refund, so if I get the outfits and they are total crap, like the first one I got, Im stuck with it. If i don't cancel and have them shipped to me, don't like it, ship it back for refund, it will take long enough that they will charge me again for another month of membership. WTF.
My daughter did not see any time print about their VIP program charging her 49.95 a month, only seeing she could get leggings for $24. She is under eighteen and under contractual law if is illegal for them to do this. I will be taking them to court, for the $600 they scammed from her, the trauma suffered from being scammed and emotional disrtress. She is teen and had no idea laces were so corrupt like this. Stay away from this company. A LEGITIMATE COMPANY does NOT run VIPprograms like this screwing young teens out of their money! Shame on them! See you in court!
I have ordered leggings from here twice. Once they sent the wrong size so i returned them and the second time they didn't fit but no agent was helpful at all in helping me exchange them AGAIN and now i think it's too late. The first time i only got $12 refunded and now if i get a refund i'll only get another $12 back, that's not even enough to buy ONE pair of leggings. This company is very unorganized, not true to size, and RIDICULOUS with its exchange and return system.
I ordered 4 tee shirts. I received an email that some of my items were out of stock but the others were coming. About three weeks later when I hadn't received a shipping confirmation I called and they reassured me that they were still coming. Four more weeks passed and I called and the first rep said that they had cancelled my order. When I pressed why it was cancelled she said that there was a problem with my credit card which there was not. I had placed another order that day after my order for my daughter and it worked just fine. Then the next higher up rep said that the tee shirts were out of stock that is why they had cancelled it. While I was on the phone I could search and the site said that they were available. The next higher up rep couldn't honor the prices that I had originally paid. Finally the fourth manager actually took my order and it arrived.

Purchased 1 item, returned it 30 days later unworn. The month after the purchase my Credit Card was charged 2X $49.95 per month. I racked up over $2,200 in charges before I realized it. Called to have them reverse the charges and was passed from 1 department to another. The other department did not answer my call and their voice mail was conveniently full. Credit card company was notified, however they could not reverse the charges. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I asked for a Fabletics e-gift card for Christmas. My MIL who purchased the gift card for me told me it took forever to even purchase a gift card from them When it was time to redeem I was told the gift card gets added to your account as a credit. Which means that you can't use the credit on promotional sale items. I was hoping to get some clothes on sale to restock my wardrobe. Had I known I couldn't use my gift card on sale items I wouldn't have asked for one for Christmas. Now I have to pay full price ($89) for leggings just to use my gift card. There are way too many exclusions from this company. I will be telling people to stay away from Fabletics.

The quality of the items I am receiving now are not as good as they once were. The bra tops are not supportive enough, they don't wash well and the quality is just poo. The leggings aren't what they use to be. I have had the powerhold leggings for year now and I just ordered two new pairs because I loved them so much. I hate these new ones. The 7/8 legging was the perfect length now they are too long and don't fit well. The sizing is off.

Had to go thru 2 reps to finally get this membership that I did not want canceled. Because I bought a pair of pants online that were on sale thru a 3rd party, this company enrolled me in a subscription service that I did not want or need.

I did not like how they slipped in the business about becoming a VIP member. When I called to cancel, they gave me $10 off my next purchase. I returned my items and I don't expect to be ordering anything from them again so I don't need the $10 discount. Consider me CANCELLED.

The only reason I kept purchasing was the quality of clothes and products. The website is a little better but I had the app and it had so many bugs and glitches and just overall poor user experience. I had to leave the app so many times and do it on the website. I would've bought so many clothes if the app made it easier but even the favorites app page wouldn't let me see my favorites. It's so easy to buy but the app makes it harder. Ended up canceling, didn't want to pay and every month it's just stressful to navigate.

This is the second time i have placed an order, taken to a page that says the order is complete. But received no confirmation email. Then I log to my "orders" page, and it says that I haven't placed any orders! I find this very confusing and frustrating. As a customer, I shouldn't be working this hard to buy something!
First time I thought because I was trying to order on my iPhone, but this time I did it on a deskptop.
What I find more frustrating that there seems to be no customer service or email address I can contact. I keep being directed to the FAQs. How can you run a business while sealing any communication with customers? But you will spend all this money of advertising and hiring celebrities. I find all this very confusing!

I was suckered into the Fabletics scheme early on. Every month since then I've skipped. Last month I forgot to skip, so they charged me $49.95 and I can use that money as a credit- or so I thought. Since I've paid them I figured hey, might as well buy something. I didn't buy a whole outfit, just a bra because that's all I really need. Turns out my own money can only be used towards a full outfit, so that bra was taken out of my checking account. Ok, I thought, I'll just cancel the order. THERE'S NO WAY TO CANCEL AN ORDER. When I saw that I knew I was done. It's such a joke. Do not join them, they are a freaken scam.
So far my experience is terrible. I bought 4 pair of shorts in the "2 for $24" sale and it cost me $85… no explanation why and I still haven't gotten the shorts. I ordered On May 14th. Supposed to get them on the 19tj, then the 26th, now they say the 31st. I'll just stick with other brands that got get me the product at the price that they advertise.

If I could give them a zero star I would. First let me start by saying no one speaks English, Gweneth Paltro why would you create a company and not keep the jobs in the US? What a disappointment. I purchased a lot of things and everytime I call I have to repeat myself serval times and tell them why I'm calling and they give you an answer that doesn't help you at all. I received my order yesterday and realized I ordered the wrong size, I get on to just purchase a new one as I would get it faster than exchanging it, that same shirt went from $18 to $59, when I called this morning after explaining my situation 5 times she can't help me and my account has been canceled. They said I had multiple accounts, and now I have to wait 24-48 hours to try to reorder the shirt which will be too late to get it for Christmas. I will not be reactivating my account or purchasing anything else. Do not waste your time and purchase anything from fabletics.

The experience as follows:
• Set a reminder to skip at the first of the month so I don't get charged
• Look for 50% off sales and hope it's for items that I like in the colors I like

I'd much more prefer an opt-in system, where I choose what items are my favorites and have the system notify me.
The subscription model is weird and seems unnecessary and scammy. The only reason I continue to shop at Fabletics is because the quality of your products are so high compared to alternatives, but I'm not a fan of the pricing model at all.

Constantly scamming! I signed up to the VIP, but cancelled immediately when I understood the fine print. The ignored my cancelation request TWICE. Now I have 98£ credit on my account, when I went to use them, they didn't even work and I was charged another £100! There's no way to cancel an order and I'm just going in circles being robbed from this company. The leggings I do have got a hole in the first wear. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They'll keep your card information forever and WILL NOT let you delete it. The sight "loads" for minutes if you are trying to "update" your information, when in actuality they won't let you erase even your address.

They have been charging my acct $50 for the last 7 months as I had no idea you had to tell them to "skip the month" in first 5 days of month. Also I did not know I was signing up for a club that would charge me like that as it was NEVER
Mentioned when you first deal with them or I would never have dealt with them. I contacted my credit card company who will dispute charges.
BEWARE never deal with them or you may be gnashing your teeth!

I purchased a pair of sweatpants and they had a hole in the crotch after the first time I wore them. I contacted the company and they weren't willing to help. Clothing is very poor quality for the price.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
