Fabletics is horrible. Canceled my VIP account because the materials were not worth the prices. Had a credit on my account so used that and then canceled VIP account. Of course I never received the package and then they would only offer me a refund of a credit back to my account. Without the VIP membership, the credit barely covers any of the products. Worst company ever, save your money and DO NOT get involved with this company.
I'm sure if you have the desire for a new expensive outfit every month, than this site would work great for you. However, I do not need a new outfit every month. I liked the skip option, where you can skip the month and not be charged, when it worked. It seems like it stopped working this year. I was charged after I skipped the month, and I reached out to fabletics and my credit card company. Fabletic's response was to close my account (with 3 MEMBER CREDITS worth ~$150). I called and they reinstated my account, with the condition that I made a purchase within the next 48-72 hours. What a scam. I'm making my last purchase to use up the rest of my member credits and closing my account because I am so done with their shady and scummy tactics.

Great products with CONSISTENT SIZING for women's workout clothes and fashion! The prices are unbeatable, and the delivery process is fast and streamlined. I can trust that if I put an order in, everything will fit, be great quality, and arrive fast. I love Fabletics and will enthusiastically continue to shop with them and their partnered brands. I am a curvy woman, wearing size XL on the bottom and L on the top. Sometimes brands are inconsistent with sizing, or have limited availability of these sizes, but I can always rely on Fabletics to have clothing that will fit me and be awesome.

I think it's hilarious that people are complaining about the VIP membership charging them once a month when it CLEARLY states what you are getting into when you purchase. Don't be so cheap to ignore what is CLEARLY written. I have LOVED all my pants and can't believe the quality for a such a low price. The tops are mediocre and I"m not sure why they don't wash as well as the pants. The style on me also didn't fit right. I had to cancel unfortunately because I am traveling the globe and really need to save every month not skip. Cancellation was TOO EASY! Again, I'm not understanding what everyone is talking about concerning canceling. I received an email stating that my membership had been cancelled as well.
So being a teenager I went through a phase of joining the gym and wanted cute looking outfits... so I went to Fabletic's. Thought it was a good idea until such times as they starting taking £44 out of my account each month. This time i called and asked them to cancel my account. Though it was fine to which they refunded me 3 months worth of £44 (equaling £132) which was good of them. 6 months after 'cancelling' my account another lot of £44 has been taken from my account, to which i called and was told that i didn't actually cancel my account only freezed it. When asked if i could have a money back, they just said 'we can only refund once' - bull$#*!. They have taken money from me and didn't even give it back. It is a rip off. Never ever recommend it to anyone. Bloody daylight robbery.

I really am considering canceling again. I shop on the sales and cannot spend my credits then. I refuse to buy something that is less money than my credits. I work hard for my money and refuse to give it away!

The service is horrible. The quality is horrible. Everything about fabletics is horrible. I made an account when i placed my order, and about 2 months ago i contacted customer service to cancel my account. They gaslighted me into thinking i didn't have an account, and a couple days after that i got charged $60. I then reached out again about a refund and cancelling my account and was told the same thing. And then i got charged another $60! After having to threaten the rep i finally cancelled my account and i am out $120. When i reached out about getting refunds for the accounts i was told i do not have, the representative ended the chat in the middle of the conversation which was not only rude but disrespectful. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE A SCAM!

I have ordered a lot, but of the items I've ordered, very few of them fit right. The fabrics on the leggings are general too thick for a good workout, plus, the sizing is not consistent. The tops are very thin, on the other hand, and run either too large or too small because of the inconsistent sizing. I stuck with the monthly membership for a few years but finally canceled because I was disappointed in almost everything I received and then started returning them since we have a store here. I have a credit or two left, that I'll use because I don't want to lose my money. But there are so many better options for workout wear, including Vuori, Alo, and others.

Fabletics kept billing me EVEN THOUGH I cancelled my credit card. The charged me TWICE a month over a period of 5 months until I found out. Again, even if you cancel your credit card because of their previous unauthorized charges, the will still charge you to that bank account you used the first time. Luckily for me, I had used American Express and they took care of everything. I go online and there is no credit with them for those $49.95 they had been charging; so where does that money go? It says a lot about a company who knows about how unsatisfied their clients are and does NOTHING about it. So BE AWARE.
I hit "skip this month" and was still charged for this month. When talking to "Mia" she pretty much said too bad. I told her to cancel my membership once I got my outfit that I was wrongfully charged, but she insisted she couldn't help and that I had to go back and cancel once I used my credit... OH and my credit isn't even showing up!
I love love LOVE all the power hold leggings and shorts. Only thing I can find that doesn't roll down and doesn't ride up. I completely swapped all my shorts and leggings to fabletics and couldn't be more happy. I get complimented all the time at the gym for the styles and colors as well!

I buy both womens and mens items for my family. I love the durability and the stylishness. The shape wear is a great addition to the products. I find the men's shorts confusing to select because of the similarity in the names and because the inseam lengths are not consistent. I find I have to check and recheck the order and sometimes I still don get it right. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied.

I didn't realize I was being signed up for a recurring fee that I will have to phone the company to cancel. If it was easy to cancel on the website I wouldn't be frustrated by it but I don't like it when companies make it hard for you not to be subscribed to them.

2 of the 4 items were acceptable but the required monthly membership to acquire the best pricing is ridiculous
When I walked in the store not one employee offered to help me I needed to exchange sizes and couldn't find the item or size I needed. In the end I had to go up and ask them to help me myself and she seemed annoyed.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
