I had placed an order for 6 items and while the ones that did fit are wonderful two items that were sent to me were the wrong size. I called customer service and they said they would issue me a RMA so that I could get the correct size but they never did.
Sometimes I find the site glitchy, the fabrics are comfortable and stylish, some items the quality isn't as good and the items were made in china. I wish the clothes were made more local then that. But I'm a frequent shopper so I must really like them.

I love the power hold leggings however I'm bummed that there is never an option to use ur member credit for higher priced option. Paying monthly for the membership should have its perks. There is an outfit 3 piece, for a $115 that I would love to have, I wish I could at least put my member credit towards it or the amount of my member credit towards it and pay the difference. Instead because I can't afford to pay that much plus the monthly fee I just don't purchase it.

I extremely upset and disappointed w/Lizzo. I purchased (2) bras-I never signed up for a Fabletics Membership... 1st. Payment $59.00 and next month $28.95... I don't even know what the membership was for. I paid for the bras and I never received any clothing... what a rip off-Thank you PayPal-I was totally refunded!

Someone used my email address to place an order. I tried various ways to correct the error. Could not. Result is, I got unwanted emails. I unsubscribed. However, clearly, they still have my email address to use, since I got this request. Not happy.

I bought two pair of leggings without knowing that I would be automatically enrolled in a membership. I realized it when the first $49.95 payment was deducted from my account. I immediately called customer service and told them I wanted the membership canceled and the $49.95 refunded to my account. They agreed right away and the next day my account was refunded. While I definetly think their practice of signing you up is sneaky and underhanded, I was appreciative of the quick turn around after my call. Also, I do very much like the leggings:-)

I ordered from here for a trip, paid for expedited shipping, and they use a TERRIBLE shipping company called Lasership. I live in a house with no gates, codes, etc. and work from home. They said they attempted delivery once and then SENT back to fabletics. Fabletics then said they couldn't send a new order expedited. Although everything was in stock, and the other was coming back to them. I was going to have to wait for it to get there and then shipped back to me not expedited because that's just how they do it? Completely useless to the trip I bought them for.
Cancelled VIP that I signed up for, thank god.
Oh, and this was the response I got from the customer service, yikes.
DONT recommend them at all.

To be honest, once the order was shipped and delivered, it is no longer our responsibility in cases there will be issues with the delivery.

Ordered one thing from online and got signed up for a monthly membership I didn't realize I would get signed up for. Canceled the membership after my card got charged. Fabletics proceeded to cancel the shipment of my box and not refund my money.

Carefull, Fabletics is not online shop, but a online membership! If you want to buy something you need to get membership. Without letting you know they automatically charge you monthly 50. You forget and they get hundreds from your account! Avoid this online Scam!

It took over a month to receive my order, I was not even sure I purchased them. The site wouldn't allow me to use a credit even though I had one available (I didn't even see an option) it just charged me the price

This is not the first time that I have ordered from Fabletics. I am a member and pay monthly for the member servcies. However, this is the second time out of the three times that I have ordered from here that the order must have gotten lost or something. For one, it said "your order should get here tomorrow" 6 days ago. Then, when I check my tracking information, it says that it is somewhere in Irving TX ( a city I don't even live close to) and it says "Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier." So, I would like my order to either be delivered and if it cannot be then I need a refund. ASAP. This is outrageous that almost every time I have oredered something happens to my order. If i do not recieve either my order or a refund, then I will not be doing business here anymore and will cancel my membership indefinitely.

They charged me an extra $50 bc they said i agreed to their monthly payment. Then when i cancelled that. Never recieved my money back and as soon as i cancelled it also took my credit back so they literally stole $50 from me

Disappointed in low inventory and could never find size or color of many items I wanted
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
