My package that I did not received says delivered. Representative made it seem like it was my fault the courier mishandled my package. Did mot offer any assistance. Then she said she would send a request that my order be reshipped. Not that they would it was only a request to see if they would even agree to re send my order. Then I said, if it can't be replaced then give me a refund so I can cancel my membership. And the connection magically dropped.
I called to cancel my VIP account months ago and they told me I had no account under my email, phone number, or card number. I had been continuously charged the monthly VIP charge cost, so I contacted the customer service department and they told me I had no account under my name and that Fabletics had not charged my card. I continued to get charged month after month, not knowing how to get this resolved. Finally, I called after getting charged $300, and they told me that my VIP account was still active and then they had never received a call from me to cancel my account. I am beyond upset because they said they could only refund me for $100 dollars of the amount they had charged me. I am a college student who is now out $200 dollars that I now have to spend on leggings instead of groceries because their customer service lied to me on the phone.

Fabletics has a very poor costumer service and product line. Never trust their shipping method. They say it is free but it take 3 to 4 weeks to actually get to you. They never take responsibilities of their actions. They lie to you directly and they never admit it. Products are cheap and not reliable. Please do not buy from this brand.

Merchandise is good but the membership system is not!
Fabletics has been charging my bank card $49.95 for the last 12 months. I called them and asked them what was going on? They said was building a credit. I ask them to stop, My wife purchase was a one time purchase, and I wanted my $599.40 to be credited to my bank card. I also wanted an email that their credit ID # ******* was real PLEASE HELP this is a REAL SCAM

I responded to an email for nurses week, purchased a $20.00 pair of scrubs and undenounced to me was signed up for the VIP membership and charged $59.95 for it despite me never signing up for it.
Horrible company with horrible communication. I canceled my membership A YEAR ago and realize I am STILL getting charged $50 a month! I understand I probably should've monitored my bills more closely but that is absurd. Especially since the company can even see that I was inactive on my account for an entire year, never did they EVER reach out and say hey are you still active, we see you haven't bought anything in a while? Total scam do not waste your money on their cheap clothing and poor customer service.

I used a link on Instagram to get shorts and when I put in my card info it added that to the VIP membership which was bot mentioned in ad. This is a huge scam that gets people to put in their card info to buy on sale item and applies that card to a $55 membership.

I will say the products are good quality, however, if you get a promo set they automatically set you up to be a VIP member and will charge your acct each month of $49.95. I caught it this month and didn't realize they did it last month but since I was out of the 30 day range from the previous month I couldn't receive a refund. I did get a credit supposedly back to my acct for this month but it will take 3-5 business days and they cancelled my membership. I am furious that they do not let you know these fees will get you.

Quickly and easily correct my return issues and refunded my account.
The VIP membership program is a ruthless scam, designed to steal money from their "VIP members". They charge your account $49.99 unless you skip the month. You are only allowed to skip between the 1st and 5th of each month. If you want to skip on the 31st for the following month, they won't let you. They make it as difficult as possible to skip a month or to cancel your membership. The worst: Any discounts on the site do not count when you use your membership credit - you pay MORE as a member. Shame on you, Kate Hudson.

I ordered the XL tall based on charts provided and have found them too snug (hung up one set to wait until I lose a few inches) the pants fall down with gravity as I'm constantly having to pull them up, also thought they would be longer to cover more of my legs toward the ankles.

I ordered two pairs of leggings and I didn't know it would automatically sign me up for a membership account. Since I didn't know it would sign me up for an account, I was unaware of the $49.95 monthly charge if you don't request to skip the month. I was charged so I called fabletics to cancel the membership. They said the $49.95 goes towards store credit and I asked if it would still be there if I canceled, they said yes. I have been trying to figure out how to use this "store credit" in the checkout but I have no idea how to. They are very unclear and pretty much trick you into become a member. I was VERY unhappy with my experience.

Tricking young kids on tiktok with the 2 for 24 VIP Deal. Then they inadvertently sign up for a VIP membership and get charged over 55 Dollars per month. Then, when you want to shop, you can as a VIP member literally only get one item, so that 2 for 24 Deal doesn't even apply. Instead, it is meant for those that haven't signed up for a VIP membership yet to do so. I just spent 4 membership credits or over 220 Dollars for 4 simple shorts, just to get out of their program. And the biggest L is that you have to pay on top of these credits, I was charged 30 Dollars for the taxes, that aren't part of that "great" membership. What an absolutely deceiving company. Shame on you, Fabletics.

Once I figure out how to spend my last credit I am canceling.
I am pregnant and they don't have maternity clothes in my size.
I'd love to buy some maternity leggings or joggers in a subdued color but they haven't re-stocked my size in the five months I've been pregnant.
I could use my last credit on something like maternity tank top but then I am spending $55 plus shipping on a tank top.
Also no maternity outfits to spent my credit on.
I paid $55 credit plus shipping for a pair of maternity biker shorts and another $55 credit for maternity joggers in a weird color they came out with instead of just making more in black.
I just need to find something I want so I can spend my last credit so I can cancel my membership and get out of the trap I'm in of accidentally accumulating credit and not being able find things I want to spend it on.

As a LEFTY, I wish both sides had phone holders - something for the future design... this way I can use the feature.

I love your power hold fabric for my CrossFit workouts and I also love the Capri length. However you rarely have medium Capri power hold in stock and the rare times that you do they are only available in black

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
