The bras are great, some of the pants are also great. However, majority of items, pants and tops are made of this really aweful plastic-y feeling fabric and when you have an entire outfit of this on. Bleh. This is hard to describe, but The "points" system is really bad as you pay $50 but only get 1 item with that "credit" that is banked, the item is usually less than $35 with "member discount" so my $50 turns into $35(often less). It works ok if you get a set with your credit, but that limits your choices.
My order was sent to the incorrect address. I wrote to the fabletics chat to try and recover my order or atleast get my money back and it has not been remedied. I wish this could be handled more easily.

I bought an outfit as part of the promotion in January, and made sure I opted out of the VIP membership so I wasn't charged monthly. Found out today I was a member against my wishes. Not surprisingly I was raging but when I called I was picked up immediately and after a quick try to keep me on board (unsurprising really) the refunded all my money straight away by a polite and professional girl named Jackie. The outfit originally was not great, wouldn't recommend anyway and the fact that you need a membership to buy clothes is ridiculous and I'm not surprised people have been caught out. Even myself who actually opted out of VIP at the beginning. I am grateful that they sorted it so quickly and professionally though so I'm happy with that at least.
The beanie I bought is so soft and cute!
The sync seamless top I bought was awful. I liked the design of the sleeves but the fit through the torso was terrible! Too tight, short, and hugged in all the wrong places. Luckily I was able to return in store with no hassle - thank you! I will shop again.

This review is more about FedEx than of Fabletics. As my order was being delivered, FedEx insisted that my home address was incorrect. They attempted to deliver to my home multiple times and I called them multiple times to confirm my address. After weeks of trying to get my order, they asked if I would drive to the distribution center, about an hour away, to pick up my item. I asked if they would instead deliver my order to a local FedEx store, only about a half mile from my home. I was able to pick up my delivery there. I do much of my shopping online and have never before had an issue of a delivery service telling me that my address is incorrect or doesn't exist. Unfortunately, I canceled my account with Fabletics because I'm not interested in haggling with FedEx.

Fabletics is OK but extremely on the expensive side of things. Prices are far above my budget. This subscription is not for people who are below middle class income. Unless you diligently skip the month until there is a sale. Sizes for bigger women are hard to get right for someone with big legs. I've tried every size from 2X-4X and none fit correctly. All are binding at the cuff. 3X fix stomach area best but is extremely tight at the cuff no matter the length. 4X is much too big in waist but still binding at the cuff. Then I ordered the sweat set (when it was still available) in a size 3X and it fit like 2 sizes too big. I give up! I'm stuck because I hate sending things back.

Fabletics is a good company, but the experience wasn't perfect. I ordered 4 pairs of shorts and followed the delivery closely. When it said it was delivered it was in fact not delivered. However Fabletics reordered the same order and it is in the process of being delivered. Hopefully I get to use their product.

My first order never arrived because the delivery service could not find my address (which was a house in a neighborhood) with the correct address. I called Fabletics asking for a refund since the carrier couldn't find my address, there's no point in asking for them to send it again if the address was correct. The man on the phone gave me the run around and how he could just refund me a vip credit when I wanted a refund to my card. So I ended up with a credit because he wanted me to have a "second chance". I ordered some leggings, same thing. They never came and somehow couldn't find my address? I just want a refund!

Fit of the clothes were subpar, the chat box / customer service is non exsistent. They sent me the wrong pair of and size of shorts. I did the deal where everything was half off, and again, was not happy with the product. They charged me again because this is a subscription service, I cancelled the subscription because I didn't like the product. Instead of sending me my money back, I had to use a token, so I used the damn thing, then they restarted my subscription. Sent the shorts back because they sent the wrong size. Now I think I have 2 token just sitting there and don't want to use them because it will restart the service. Absolute garbage service.
So here we are 2023 - there are So. Manty. Athletic Wear Companies. Out there!
But you know what? - I LOVE Fabletics - fair prices, and honestly fantastic merchandise.
They seem to cater to all sizes, genders, ages and sizes and that is so important. Bravo Fabletice - Fab-on!

I love the shorts. But I get several texts a week (too much) for "huge" sales. However, when one hits the link and adds things to the cart, it doesn't reflect the sales. I can't tell you how many times I've walked away, shut down the cart, and wondered "why would a retailer do that"? It doesn't inspire confidence and feels like someone is trying to do a switcheroo and hoping one doesn't notice. I am likely done with Fabletics. I've gotten the shorts I like, I've gotten the pants I like. I don't see much else.

I ordered the define high-waisted 7/8 leggings in Tie Dye Trip during a half off sale and I couldn't love them more. Quality material, beautiful colors, and half off!? What's not to love!? And they were delivered to my home within five days.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
