I have had an AMAZING experience with Fabletics over the past 3 days! I bought the Mila High leggings and got into a car accident the day I received them on Tuesday, and totally destroyed my brand new pants. I messaged the company yesterday hoping for a discount so I could repurchase the pair and they helped me out so much and sent me a new pair of leggings today, I've never been so happy in my life! I absolutely love this company, and I'll definitely be buying all my clothes from here from now on. Thank you Fabletics!
I was so excited to go to Mall of America Fabletics store. I have been there previously but the store was in another location. I usually had a good experience. Friendly staff, clean dressing rooms, and a good selection of clothing. I was very dissappointed with this experience. I was probably in the store 45 minutes and was not approached by one staff member because all of them were at the check out counter but there was also a long line at the check out. There were 3 staff members helping one person at the counter. One staff member came out of the back room with what i thought was a hand held check out device. She proceeded to stand and watch the other 3 staff help this one customer. While this is all happening there is one staff member to check out the rest of the line of customers. It was four deep and I was #4. I won't bore you with more details but i was finally checked out while this group of 4 staff continued to help ONE customer. Terrible customer service.

I was Such a skeptic! I had looked at Fabletics at least 15 times but never purchased. I didn't like that I couldn't try them on. Let me tell youI got the powersculpting leggings and they're amazing! The fabric is soft and gorgeous and thick so there's no issues with them being see through. And they stay in place! I wore them to bootcamp class, Spin, and to run and they never moved. They're by far my favorite workout leggings.

Do not like a membership selling site. I was unaware I would be charged monthly, therefore, they got $60, and I got nothing but a monthly charge! Luckily, I caught the second charge on my credit card & quickly bought items that I normally wouldn't have bought! I canceled my membership immediately & will never buy from Fabletics again!

When I signed up I thought I was just a member, not a VIP member. I didn't want to have to skip months so my card would be charged every month. I'm a male so I only use this site to buy gifts for my wife.

I tried to purchase a gift certificate for my daughter who has a fabletics account. It was never received. When I tried to remedy the situation, fabletics would tried to give the gift certificate to me, I don't have a fabletics account. I spent over 5 hours over multiple days on the phone trying to get the problem fixed. I kept getting sent to different people and no one could held me or I couldn't understand a word they were saying. They would not refund my money even though it was clear that the gift card had not been used. Finally I decided just to have an account and let my daughter use that because the credit was supposedly in my account. When my daughter tried to use it, the money wasn't there. I am out $50 and my daughter did not get her outfit. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER purchase from fabletics again!

I have a pair for every day of the week! Not only do I wear them to the gym, I wear them everyday! They're easy to maneuver in, convenient to quickly throw on (with the built in underwear), and the most comfortable shorts I've owned.
The customer service at leawood branch is swesome. The quality of the materials last a long time and very up to date with styles/ trends.

The items I bought are mostly good quality but I feel Like they are only meant for cute outfits because they get sweat stains really easily
I ordered a cap for $7.50 during a sale. It was back ordered and I was willing to wait for it. However, when the order processed, they didn't honor the price I'd purchased it for and instead tried to charge me $15.00 for the hat. This is unfair to switche prices. Honor what was in my cart! It's the fact that Fabletics often doesn't have my size in stock (especially whenever there is a sale) and that they play these pricing games that I'm getting ready to quit my membership.

My experience with Fabaletics was less than satisfactory, but probably because I didn't read the fine print. I wasn't aware I signed up for monthly membership, truth be told thought it was a loyalty situation. The product seemed nice but didnt fit my body type correctly. I returned and thought my relationship with Fabletics was over until I noticed charges two months later. The best part of the experience was the nice customer service person. Although, 10 days later haven't seen the credit for the 2 months that processed. The representative mentioned it would process but haven't seen it.

I got charged monthly membership, i did not even know I have to pay a membership, besides, this does not make season the membership, almost 50 euro a month, 12 months is 600euros, but you still have to pay for your product on top. The membership only gets you to get a discount... I do not want to be a member of this, and now I could not find a click to disconnect with my card. I bought four of their pants, I like two of them, but they definitely does not worth a membership, one of them even makes me mad every time when I lay my eyes one them, I dislike waste of anything, but this pants hurts me every time when I think about it

They do not honor their expediting shipping. False advertisement. Although, they have no problem charging you for the 2/3 day expediting shipping that they offer. Bad experience!

I have ordered many times from fabletics. I waited a few weeks for my order, when they usually get delivered sooner. When I called to let them know, I didn't even have the option for a replacement. I said I would even wait and pre-order for when they are back in stock and they wouldn't let me. It was one outfit I was looking forward to for a long time. Im just so disappointed that they couldn't replace it or at least pre order for when the next supply comes in. They don't even know where the package is... I'm still hoping it will find its way to my doorstep.

I followed the social media promotion funnel (2 leggings for 24) and was never told I signed up for monthly payments for nothing. The cancelation phone number on the website doesn't work. I get no reply from emails nor social media. How is that even allowed? AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They have been charging me 49.95 a month without my knowledge for the last few months. They said that they canceled my account but yet they saved all my billing info and wont delete it. They have been charging me for absolutely nothing without my knowledge. I will never use this company ever again.
Sticking you with unauthorized auto pay through misleading Terms and Conditions that nobody sees. Even After going to their shop and having been told auto pay was cancelled, I found out I had been lied to and I had to loose time again for return and cancellation.
DO NOT LOOSE your time. Never buy anything from these people.

I've had a couple shirts and shorts…the collars of the shirts get loose after a couple of wear/wash cycles (and I mean just a couple, I didn't wear them that often). The shorts are starting to do the same. And the monthly fee that you have to opt out of as well as the payment structure should have been a red flag for me. If your product is good you shouldn't need to sucker people into a monthly payment and heavily 'discounted' prices that were actually just jacked up to begin with.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
