I just moved and had 4 packages in 2 different occasions delivered to my old address. Fabletics could not contact shippper to correct problem! The last time I had changed my address! They need to do something about this! Now I am afraid to order from them and considering canceling my membership!
I do really like the leggings and sports bras, however the website and app are very slow and glitchy. It makes it difficult to complete a transaction. I also don't find it easy to use my rewards points.

Love your products just confusing about when yo skip a month or not. Last month I made a purchase and gigured I did not have to skip because of the product purchase…. Wrong. Got charged anyways. Very confusing.

Comfortable and looks good. I have big legs and cellulite. I want to keep everything tight.
The tracking hadn't been updated on my package for two weeks, so I contacted fabletics and they gave me store credit for out of stock items and reshipped the other. Well naturally, the package arrived the next day so I had to contact them again to clear it up, and both convos were easy and helpful. I'm very pleased with their customer support!

My leggings came apart at the seam within 30 minutes of wearing them. I will be canceling my subscription bcz the leggings are too expensive for them to fall apart. The worst part is I was unable to get in touch with anyone via phone and there was no email option. I tried thru messenger but it wouldn't accept my message nor the picture I tried to provide that showed the rip and the tag (unfortunately cut off) to show that they were brand new

They will charge you 50 dlls a month and if you want to redeem the money and leave the VIP Service then leggings go up to 150 dlls! Who in the world pays that for stupid $#*! like this?! SCAM Run from this company!
First off, I would like to say the quality of your clothes is great. I get a lot of compliments when I wear them especially the shorts. The most frustrating thing for me is the hoops you got to go through to actually get the deals that come through my texts. I will often get messages that say 70% off or whatever and then click on the link to find out that deal doesn't apply. When I get a sale text. I just want to be able to click on the link and see the sale price to quickly add to my cart. This has never been the case and I have talk to customer service several times. Very close to canceling my membership.

I love all the styles for the leggings, capris & shorts. They give great compression while still being cute. I get a lot of compliments on all my Fabletics pieces. I love the buttery soft feel but still feel secure & held in.

I was a member of fabletics for a few months. Everything was fine until they charged me for an item I never purchased, claiming it was a preorder. I had never received a confirmation for this preorder. After speaking to a customer service agent, she claimed that there was nothing she could do, but she told me I could just return them. I go through the return process and only one of the items is processed as a return. I had returned all of them items (3 total) together with the packing slip that they provided. However, this packing slip apparently had only accounted for one of the items. When speaking to another customer service agent, they again told me there was nothing they could do. After asking to speak to someone higher up, and saying that I would, justifiably, dispute the charge through my bank, they miraculously figured out a way to refund me. Overall, the company is very sketchy and I would not recommend it unless you want to be scammed!

I love the product. Shipping and logistics is terrible. Nothing arrives on time. It shows up weeks after if its supposed to if at all. Canceling my membership because as good as the product is it doesn't matter if I can't get it.

NOT a fan of being charged a monthly fee to be a customer. What on earth. The print was VERYsmall on that one. The really good deal on shorts that circulated on social media turned into the most expensive shorts I've ever purchased.

Ordered two pairs of the The Fundamental Short (Lined) and two pairs of the One Short (Lined) all in medium. The One Short fit but the Fundamental was too large. Tried to exchange the Fundamental in store and they had 0 in any color smaller then medium. They then checked online and also found 0. It was fairly frustrating.

I received items that were too big and started the process to exchange them. The exchange took over 3 weeks to process. I called 5 times and got different stories each time. Finally I got an email in the 4th week that the exchange items were sold out even though the last rep said it would be held for me and I needn't worry. When I called to follow up around my refund since the exchange was cancelled the rep gave me the run around and tried to offer me a store credit although I returned the original items within the 30 day time frame. Finally 6weeks later(I placed the original order on 9/25 and today is 11/7) I was able to get a resolve and a commitment to refund my credit card within 5-7 business days. Again, this had to be the worst return/exchange experience I've ever had with any retailer. Fabletics really need to get more organized to make this process much more seamless for the customer!
I ordered from them and they charged me an extra $49. That's not even the correct amount for the VIP membership so it couldn't have been that. I chatted with them and as soon as we got somewhere, they cut me off and wouldn't let me respond and then a message popped up saying i was booted out of the chat for not responding. I called them 3 times and they said they would call me back and guess what! They never did. I called my credit card company and they said i could get the money back, but I would have to wait a couple days. When my order finally came I was missing one item so I couldn't return everything. Surprise surprise! I tried chatting with them and yet again, they cut me off and wouldn't let me respond and then voted me out for not responding. So now I'm stuck with two items that don't even fit me, missing the most expensive item in my order, and a charge of $49 for no reason! So i'm out $92. Their service is quite literally worse than sheins and is such a scam.

I am very pleased with the items offered by Fabletics. The quality is great and the prices are very reasonable. I will continue to shop with them.
I like Fabletics products, I just wish there were more tank options for older women. I also don't like the fact that the member credit charge went up. But I will still continue to be a member because a lot of their products are cheaper than the name brands.
I ordered a pair of leggings and they were to be shipped to the store and then everything was shut down for months thanks to COVID. When the store was finally open I went to retrieve my leggings and they were nowhere to be found, but the staff was great and let me pick out any leggings in the store to replace! Customer service was top notch!

I purchased a cardigan that I thought would be more structured. It was very nice but just wouldn't work for me. I put it in a box to return it but forgot to bring it to the post office. When I finally did get it to the post office, it had been a few weeks but Fabletics still gave me a refund. I am thankful for the generous return policy and excellent customer service!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
