I bought two pair of leggings without knowing that I would be automatically enrolled in a membership. I realized it when the first $49.95 payment was deducted from my account. I immediately called customer service and told them I wanted the membership canceled and the $49.95 refunded to my account. They agreed right away and the next day my account was refunded. While I definetly think their practice of signing you up is sneaky and underhanded, I was appreciative of the quick turn around after my call. Also, I do very much like the leggings:-)
