I love Fabletics! I've become quite addicted. I love the deals, the comfort and support I get from my athletic wear. However, I don't like that I am unable to redeem the full amount of my member credit when making purchases on sale items. Why would I give $70 for a $24 item? It makes no sense. I believe changing this would allow me and others to take full advantage of our membership

Purchased a piece but was very difficult online to get the proper price, very timely and honestly probably won't visit again, too much of a pain.
When I wanted to return it, that process was very good...rep was helpful. The piece was a velour top that was extremely short and didn't like so they did return with ease

I wasn't very excited about spending soo much leggings with Fabletics, but after Old Navy changed their material I was on the hunt for a good supportive legging to love.
After reading all of the reviews and doing research with which legging would fit my needs, I purchased the Define style. Everything is great, except the waistband. And to me the waistband is the most critical part because when going about daily activities and working out you don't want to constantly have to be pulling or adjusting your pants out in public! I thought maybe there would be a difference with the high waisted define legging but still ran into the the same issue.
I really wanted to love this brand. Out of 100, I would give them 75.

The things I want are always out of stock, they advertise cloths you can't find on the website, and the clothing gets holes quickly. The experience has gone downhill.

They have decent deals, just don't forget to cancel the sub or skip the month. The biggest fraud is they charge you $55 for a credit that you can buy an outfit for valued at $27 for. So, you pay $55, for a $27 product... how does that make any sense? Don't fall for their scam.

Always a good time to shop the sales even though sometimes the colors and sizes are a bit limited on hot items. The quality of clothing always holds up and by now I've learned to size up a bit as they tend to run small. But even if sizing does feel off it's really easy to set up an exchange.

Brand new leggings and they have a run in the crotch. Yes, they came with it.
Brand new onesie- has a cut/snip/nick - a small hole- on the sleeve. Yes, the item arrived with a hole in the sleeve.
Furry zip jacket / hoodie is on the return pile because the stitching is all messed up in the sleeve. It is so bad that I cannot wear the jacket as the wristband was accidentally sewed into the arm sleeve of the jacket. One side is normal and the other is pinched at a 3/4 sleeve.
Horrible quality control and has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I may never purchase again despite liking the fit of the leggings.
Also HATE that toxic chemicals have been found in the materials used to make fabletics leggings. What a shame.

They charged me for VIP even though I clicked skip on the first of the month. The page must've not appropriately submitted. Either way, the system is obviously meant to take money from unsuspecting customers, and while I don't need the money, others might, and this is an $#*! thing to do.

Have been a fabletics customer for over 4 years. In the past 2 years or so I've noticed a huge decline in the quality. Falls apart quickly, doesn't stay up during workouts etc. I'd say it's OK for just loungewear but definitely not running or lifting.

I ordered a bra on September 21 it is now December 2 and I finally have a refund which I just got on November 29th
First package took two weeks to arrive which seems extreme since it was coming from the US and I live in Canada.
First bra (bra 1) was too big so I did an exchange, took 1 week for return package to arrive at return facility (in Canada). I then finally ended up calling fabletics to have them release the exchanged bra (bra 2) since it didn't automatically ship when the return was confirmed delivered. Bra 2 took 2 weeks to arrive.
Bra 2 was still too big. I tried to process a refund but bc bra 2 was an exchange I was given the option of $0 back.
I called fabletics (November 4) and a smaller size (bra 3) was supposed to be shipped. Bra 2 took one week to arrive at return facility.
Bra 3 still had not shipped after one week. I called the 24/7 phone number and got an automated response that bra 3 had shipped even though it still said on hold on the website.
Another week passed (now November 29) and I got an email that said my order was cancelled bc there was no stock. I called fabletics and they were able to actually refund my money.
It's so frustrating that this process too 6 weeks to get sorted out. I understand that I live Canada and Canada's market share is so very small but if you aren't going to be good at shipping there, just don't bother.

Had a membership but never had anything that I liked. Styles are all the same. Tried the store and they had very little inventory. Ordered some items and they sent them all to the incorrect address and didn't send exactly what we ordered. Always a frustrating experience

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
