I almost always find items that fit my body with Fabletics and the red puffy coat this past month was no exception. It fits great and I get a ton of compliments on it. I wasn't expecting it to be so warm and cozy too so that is a plus.
I have $400 in "member credits" that never work for the items I want. They're not store credits although I've paid them $400 in the last year (by accidentally not skipping months like an idiot because I forget some months). Yet every time I reach out to their customer service they tell me not to cancel until I've used all my credits. They refuse to help you skip the month if you remember on the 6th and last month I reached out to their chat four times in one week and sent two emails through the contact us on their site. Nothing! The chats glitched and never connected although I used two different desk tops and the email was just like a basic page to submit your information and where to contact you. Nothing at all. Kate Hudson makes it look so fabulous but it's bullsh*t. Don't waste your time or money!
Amazing panties! Don't roll up if they are right size and they are incredibly comfortable. I have 7 for seven days of the week they are great under work outfits because they don't show lines. Not a great fan of the thong style tho.

I recently purchased some items. I live in Australia. It was very difficult to return the items from Australia. I initiated a return so many times but would never get the required courier documents. A very unsatisfactory process. I will be cancelling my membership.

Was sent a very small pair of pants that didn't fit anyone in the house. Asked for refund. They refused unless I sent the misery item back. They promised to send a pre paid container. They never did. You can't send an email from Canada and their customer service person was no help refused to unsubscribe me. I have been asking to get off this roller coaster for over a year and they just keep taking money from my account. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY FAB COMPANY!

I have been a member of Fabletics since 2014 and absolutely love the product. I work out 5 days a week and the workout wear lasts. It also looks great when just out and about. The pricing is reasonable the the styles are trendsetting.

My items arrived fast and well packaged. Everything fits perfectly and I couldn't be happier with all of my new leggings, sport bras and swim suits! Most comfortable I have ever been!
Comfortable and fit very well. Shipping is the only problem. Sometimes I've received rather quickly, others, many weeks.
Also being VIP when I bank my $50 and don't want to use it this month, I go to use it the following and I can't use it on sale items. That's ridiculous since $50 is $50.

I have been skipping my monthly charge ever since I went into the actual store to get some shirts and saw there aren't any sales in store for members, only for NEW members. I don't see the benefit of a MEMBERSHIP if the only "perk" is getting an outfit for the monthly fee and it has to be something pre-selected for me. I do plan to cancel my membership, rather than just skip every month now, I need to figure out how to do that because that option isn't clear on the website. This is a 2/5 stars. I don't know why the survey changed it to 5 stars. Lol!

Sorry, not going to pay $50 per month for exercise clothes. BUT yes, I will take advantage of your 2 for $24 leggings deal. The pants are awesome. I absolutely love them.
Just do this: get the 2 for $24, and then do the following:
1. Wait until your order ships, and then chat with customer service and say you want to cancel your membership. They'll offer you bonus things that are pointless and you don't want anyway, but just keep saying you want to cancel. EASY! And you still get the cheap pants.
2. If you place your order at the end of the month, go online between the 1-5th of the month and skip your next shipment. Then as soon as your pants ship, follow step 1.
The pants are hella flattering and comfortable. I love them! And I'm not suckered into buying $600 worth of exercise clothes per year.

I enjoy my Fabletics leggings and I'd like to purchase more but my size and color are rarely in stock. For this reason I don't see a value in continuing my membership. If I cannot buy the products I want/need when I need them I am forced to shop elsewhere.

Fabletics has made buying athletic wear a breeze! The quality of the leggings, sweatpants, and sports bras that I have purchased have all be exceptional. I have had a few pairs for well over a year now, and they still hold their shape and looks great.
The return policy gives a break to the worry of 'what if it doesn't fit?' and luckily I haven't had to return anything.
The options in colours, prints, lengths, thickness, compression, waistbands, and more, makes shopping fun!

Somehow my daughter (who is a minor) got enrolled in their VIP plan with no idea she had done it and then I got enrolled just by Christmas shopping online and "taking advantage" of their offer which I thought was just a regular sale offer! This is crazy and not sure how they are still in business! I will never shop here again. Customer service refunded all my money but not until after several go arounds of how it's nonrefundable! We never "used" the VIP plan and still shocked that this deceptive practice is legal!

I've been a member of Fabletics for almost a year now and, while I love their products, I was dismayed to find out that I couldn't use my member credit while shopping the most current sale. This doesn't make sense to me. It's the same as paying--they've already taken my money--but they won't apply it to the current sale items. It was a huge dissatisfier and discourages me from storing up member credits in the future. From now on, I'll skip every month and just pay when I see something I like. Never again will I let them take my money if I can't use it on what I want.

I have been a customer with Fabletics for probably five years or longer. Last year my account was hacked, and an order was placed and shipped back east somewhere. I live in Nevada and did not place this order. At the time, I had probably around a thousand points and four or five store credits. Every time I called to try to get it situated, I was given a different reply on what I needed to do and I could barely understand the people on the other end as their English was extremely limited. It took me three months and hours on the phone. I had to close my old account and open a new one, but I lost all my points. Eventually, I was refunded my credits, but still lost all my points I had gained over the years and they said there was nothing they could do. More recently I placed an order that was out of stock and it said it would be in stock soon and ship. I currently have three store credits, and instead of using my store credits for the order, they charged my card on file.

So my advice is just to say thanks for the initial great deal (purchase in the first week of the month so you get items and return as needed before the next month) then cancel membership and enjoy w/e you got while the getting was good.
Story/explanation:
I got my clothes from them and they fit me, look amazing and the quality is great. I only joined b/c of the initial incentive to get 2/$24, I earned free shipping too.
Now the issue is after that initial purchase you don't get anymore great deals or bargains! They lore you in w/ a first purchase discount then everything goes up to the $50+ prices/item!
Also they don't allow you to purchase anything at the sale price unless you have a member credit ($50 charge from your account). Then once you do get the credit they won't offer you the sale price if you try to use the credit, so then if you say to charge w/o member credit then you have to pay out of pocket ON TOP OF THE MEMBER charge of $50.

Liked your stuff. But not cheap unless I become a vip for a fee? I do not by that many clothes to justify that. Just need some underwear. While I really like them, I cannot recommend your site, due to the VIP status that gets deals after paying a fee. Many other places with clothes that are good quality at a price where I do not have to pay for status. Thank you for you time!

I have been a very satisfied and loyal customer since just about the beginning. As a VIP I welcomed the specials and the attention to my orders and my account. The ONLY reason I've closed my account is because I'm moving to Portugal. I did, however, stock up for the trip! Thank you SO much!

Everything I have ever ordered has been of the upmost highest quality and I have never had a complaint. I'm learning over time, what cuts and styles fit me the best. I was able to order my 3 daughter-in-laws a couple of outfits each, as part of their Christmas, and they were just as thrilled as I was! Thank you!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
