This is a complete scam. I have now been charged twice since I've tried to cancel. I have not received any of the clothing. I have received a confirmation number for cancelling which means nothing as they have not followed through with cancelling my payments.
You never seem to have anything I'm interested in, in stock. Some restocking needs to be done before I would come back. It seems like you only have XXS, XS and Small sizes. That's the reason I canceled my account.
The employees are always so helpful when I shop! I brought my teenage With me this time, and they were so accommodating and helped her figure out her sizing for everything as well. I highly recommend shopping in the Bridgewater store they were so great

I ordered a few things. I like the clothes, they are nice quality. Next thing I know, it's a month later and I'm being charged a recurring monthly $59 fee for a "membership" that I did NOT willingly sign up for. I called to cancel the membership and after being pressured 3 separate times on why I should keep it, I got them to cancel it. Although I wasn't successful at getting my $59 back. While I like the clothes, it is NOT worth the hassle.

Fabletics was a huge let down for me and I was a fool and tried it 3 different times thinking I ordered wrong the first 2 times. The leggings start out promising. Day 1 with new leggings are the best and then after the first wash it's downhill from there. 2 of my leggings are now so see through that I feel uncomfortable even walking without a cardigan, needless to say squat in them at a gym. 3 of my other pairs ripped, 2 on the hip, and the other on the side of my calf. The reason 2 have ripped on the hip is I have to yank up constantly as they fall down for the first mile of every run until I can produce enough sweat to hold them in place. I tried pockets, pocketless, super holds, high waisted, I tried different sizes. I have concluded it is not my fault. I am not terrible at placing orders. It's just the brand. Never again will I fall for the shiny 2 for $20. (And yes to keep it G rated, that's a picture of a playing card on my thigh to show how see through they are)

I haven't been incredibly pleased with the material of any of the pants I've ordered. The crotch in the pants seem to be very short. I've tried different sizes, bigger and smaller, but nothing really seems to work. I've actually begun ordering pants somewhere else.

I really appreciate the design of Fabletics clothing and as a shorter guy it is great to have the options of workout pants that fit well! I love the joggers for yoga, outdoor activities, and just lounging around the house. Thanks for the great product!

The site is very fluid when your in their predetermined category for you. It gets confusing when you want to shop for someone of the opposite sex. The site should also pair complimentary items with viewed item. For instance, looking at a pair of women's leggings should link to the matching top(s).

I have mixed feelings regarding Fabletics. When I initially joined back in 2016, I enjoyed my shopping experience both online and in person at the Mall of America location. I was really pleased with the service I received, thought the product was high quality, and liked the many styles offered.
Now, nearly five years later, I am no longer please with the service provided by this company. Although they did provide me with a credit for an item I could no longer return, they were insistent that they would not provide me a credit for another item that I did not receive. Due to COVID-19, I was hopeful that the company would make an exception.
Also, because I am no longer a VIP member, I feel the prices of their products are very high. I do not plan to purchase products from Fabletics anymore, unless their pricing comes down quite a bit. Hopefully, I can someday become a customer again who receives quality product and exceptional service!

It is not clear that they start taking money out of your account after you check out as a VIP. I have not got my money back that have taken out of my bank account for two months before I noticed. Will be getting in touch with my bank to report fraud

I bought 4 pairs of M boxer briefs and 3 pairs of pants.
Boxers are a little on the small side, but not bad.
I love the material used in the pants, but unfortunately the legs have horrible shaping to them. Very baggy and unflattering

I'm disappointed with the products, the return took almost a month to receive credit back. I never heard back from the emails I sent inquiring the status. I'm going to give it another try and see if my experience is better with my next order.

It is a scam. They get you to become VIP without saying what that actually is and that they will charge you $50 a month for nothing. You can open the account online with zero problem. Try to close the account. That you can't do online by yourself. You need to go through a chat (if you get them and if they don't just end the chat one-sided) or call. They doing everything possible to keep you paying that $50 as long as possible. With my last order I select to pay with the credit from that $50. However the order is saying shipped and the credit is still there. Meaning to charge my credit card again instead of using the credit. Quality wise the leggings are nothing special. Don't do it. Go somewhere else

All the hype and I thought they'd be more exciting. I like that they seem like good material. I wish they had more variety in lengths. I don't only want to wear 7/8 or shorts. I like a good mid shin type pant. Wish there was more variety when we are subscribed.

Often the outfits are repetitive or dont have my size. Even when the selection is "my outfits." Most frustrating is that I have Skip A Month multiple times but then I am charged a credit for it. I have even voiced my concern with customer service and did have have the credits

I've been an off and on customer for 4 years. The fit and quality of the products are good but have decreased over the years. Prices have risen which you could expect but there are extra taxes and fees assessed now and the last few purchases have not been up to par.

I'm happy with my order! I enjoy the quality of the fabric and how it feels. Although, a couple of stitches ripped whenever the product was placed on wooden places which I was a little disappointed about. Overall, I love the way this product fits.

Didn't know I would have to pay for a expensive monthly subscription for the prices you advertise, and once you do it for the first time you have no more "credits". And the prices are way too high without the membership for not a lot of size or color options

I love that the leggings seem true to size. I have tried other brands. Nothing can compete. I have no lunge-bottom issues.
I am short, so shorter sizes would be nice, but nothing to worry about.
I would really enjoy a selection of long tee shirts. I trust the bras and leggings. I would be inclined to trust tops, too

On the my first order, the wrong items were shipped (I ordered shorts and a shirt, and received women's shoes and socks). I mailed back the incorrect items, but have yet to receive my original order.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
