I love Fabletics. They have wonderful high quality items. Customer service is also good. They make it easy to skip the month. Just wish it was easier to cancel from the site. They require you to call.
I wanted to exchange a pair of shorts and they didn't initially have my size in stock, but sent me pictures of options to help me decide what to do! I really appreciated the quick response and options. Excellent service!

Definitely worth it when they have sales. Signed up for the VIP and when I forgot to skip the month they were super friendly about it. The actual products are very comfortable and sturdy. Great all around

I have been a loyal Fabletics VIP member for many years. Recently I purchased 3 items that went on sale 5 days after my initial purchase date. The total price difference of the new sale would have saved me about $120 (on a $200 purchase). Because I purchased items as final sale, I was not able to return and repurchase. According to customer service, the only price adjustments they allow is in the 1 to 2 days immediately after purchase before the order is shipped. I cancelled my membership on the spot, despite the fact that I still have points in my account. I do not wish to continue to contribute to a business that cannot honor one of the basic tenents of the retail industry. There were no attempts from their customer service supervisor to rehabilitate or salvage my business.

I tried to ask a question about my return via the website chat. I was given the same auto response multiple times, each time being told it was connecting to a live representative. Eventually the chat closed on me. I am out at least $80 because I can't return my item and cannot contact anyone about it. That is why I canceled my Fabletics VIP membership.

While the Fabletics products are high-quality, and very desirable, I hate being set up with this subscription, which I tend to forget about for months, and then I end up with a big balance. I would like to cancel, but I'm not sure how to do this.

The products are fine and I found mine to be good quality. I would not however pay the full price for these, only the discounted price. I don't believe they are worth more than this. I do however believe that the fact you are signing up for £44 a month to be taken from your account is not made clear enough, and this is unacceptable. There are numerous customers out there who have signed up for this unknowingly. Some grated because they didn't read the terms and conditions, but there are others who have communication difficulties or are vulnerable also. Despite this the company wiil not refund the money and make it difficult to cancel. I will not purchase from this site again for this very reason, however if I had not seen this in action I would have continued buying. Very poor practice Fabletics, you should be ashamed.
The VIP member credit is not worth the money, as most items end up being less than what you paid and higher priced items are always out of stock. The member discount is also not transparent on how they came up with the price. The website seems very scammy to me.

I love the shorts and polos that Fabletics makes, but dislike the website. The membership program doesn't work for clothes when you just don't need new ones each month. The website is also clearly built for women's clothes and makes it difficult to search and navigate for men's clothes only.

I've had 2 recent orders get canceled by fabletics without any notification. I have to go check my orders to see when they will be delivered only to find out that fabletics has canceled them. When I asked what happened, their answer was not acceptable.

Initially I as excited about your product. If you look at my account I purchased several/multiple items in the first 3 months I had this. Right before Christmas you no longer had my size or the colors I wanted. I figured ok things would restock first of the year. It was late Feb and still no sizes or colors I wanted. Then both my son and I started to notice holes in our pants and the stitching starting to come apart in different areas. I had recommended several people as I'm a varsity basketball coach and serve as one of the Pastors at my church. I heard the simular stories from others. When I called to complain all I was offered was an apology and that I could pause my account till my sizes and colors returned. I cancelled my subscription.

I contacted your company after I checked for my delivery status which said "delivered." I checked my mailbox and package room for a few days and I still didn't see it. One of the costumer service I spoke with said that he was going to check on it for me and will keep me posted…well, I've never heard back for him or an email or anything regarding the update. And I was never refunded either.

I love the clothes from Fabletics, but the app is sooo slow, its annoying. It's also hard to understand how exactly the membership works - it will be nice to make that a little more clear on the website.

Wouldn't give me a full refund for a box that I returned that I had not even opened. Customer service is a bunch of mindless drones who clearly hate their lives, their jobs, and everyone who talks to them. Had issues before, and gave them second chances. I'm SO done now.
Customer service is a dying art. Fabletics store actually has great customer service. We entered a few stores at the mall and they couldn't care less about the customer. Fabletics in contrast- from the time you set foot in their store they greet you and are actually helpful. I was going to maybe get one thing and ended up with 3 that I liked. The store presentation and cleanliness, their technology, dressing rooms are superb. Bravo!

I have been charged $49.95 for months now without signing up for a membership. This is clearly a scam. If they trust the quality of their products, they wouldn't use this horrible strategy for stealing money.
I cannot forgive them for doing this.
I was honestly going to enroll to such membership if the price was stated. But putting the cost in fine print is what scammers do.

I do not appreciate getting charged monthly for nothing and no i do not want a member credit and be forced to purchase something. I actually really like the leggings but don't force people to stay especially when you don't need to! Let your A+ product be the guiding force!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
