First of all, most of their clothes are cropped tops and loud leggings. These are not things that will look on your average woman. There were a few things I liked, but honestly, how many pairs of black leggings does one woman need? On the few occasions when I did find something I liked, they NEVER had it in stock. I repeat... NEVER. Just today, I went to spend a member credit (which I had NOT purchased by choice, but only because I forgot to "skip" the month) and I went all the way through the order process and hit send--only to be told the item was sold out. This was not the first time this happened. Can't they tell you its sold out before you put it in your cart and go through the check-out process? Then, I ask to get the $49.95 back for the member credit and they refused. I told them I'd rather them keep my $49.95 and be done with them. I cancelled my membership and will never go back.
Order was cancelled and then was shipped the wrong item and was not refunded. Called customer service and they were no help in resolving the issue. Shipping took more than 3 weeks to arrive after order date.

Horrible customer service. I missed the "skip the month " by one day. I called customer service to see if I could skip the month. They use a foreign call center that READS you the rules of signing up for the VIP membership. Even though you are talking to a human the response is robotic. No compassion. I called to cancel my membership and I was on hold for 15 minutes. They are sending me a $50 outfit - they have no idea what size I am. Do not sign up for Fabletics. They do not care about a person they just care about screwing you out of $50 each month for their fee.
3 times tried to attempt to get order correct. By phone.
Shipment arrived and still incorrect.
Returned item to find what I ordered was incorrect still also items ordered were not available after I called to inquire with live agent.
Quality of the products is great. I've been wearing for years and loving and I got a few pieces for my husband who is now hooked as well! Quality and durability are just as good as super high priced brands.

I love Fabletics clothing. The leggings are super soft and comfortable. I enjoy the style and selections. My only problem is the length of time items take to arrive. I'm STILL waiting for this order to arrive!

Their leggings are awesome, great fit et comfy. I use them for the gym and daily and I love them. Just a shame sizes are not always available and matching tops neither. Would love to promote the brand one day!

The mobile site is very frustrating. It's difficult to save your sizes, and to go back to your search from an item. I feel like I'm often left irritated by the site and then give up and don't purchase anything.
The clothes I purchased did not fit in any way shape or form like they should have. I returned them and they were supposed to send me a different size, they never did nobody ever called me but I got an email a couple weeks later stating that they were out of stock and I would get my refund. When I went online to see if they were really out of stock it was not showing that they were out of stock it was showing they were in stock. Crappy business, and way over priced.

Everything I have purchased from Fabletics looks as good in person as it does on the website and I am very satisfied with the quality of the workout outfits. The looks are always super chic and fit true to size!
The employees at the Kenwood store are very friendly and they have great customer service! I like being able to go in and buy some items and trying them on at home. They are always so friendly about my returns/exchanges.

Didn't sign up to VIP and first noticed when they charged credit card the following month. They refused to cancel VIP - had the credit cad company block the vendor.
Stupid customer service - won't buy from there again.
Sales associate was very pleasant. She helped me with a return and was very knowledgeable. She also offered help in choosing something new (even though I didn't have time) but her approach was very polite and friendly!

When I signed up nothing was said about charging your card $50 a month unless you go on the site and pass. I did end up ordering 4 items and they are great but it's a constant hassle to go on their site and pass every month and the past two months I've attempted to go pass, their site was down. Frustrated and annoyed.
I love Fabletics! The fit is great, I live the assortment of colors and patterns and shipping is fast and painless. Even my grandma loves the clothing. She loved my sneakers so much I'm going to order her a pair!

The VIP 'membership' is not clear enough and automatically taking money off people's cards is just a really weird way of doing business. That said, I called and complained and they cancelled my membership and did refund the money too.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
