I felt totally scammed by this company! I was not aware that i signed up for VIP and that it meant that I would have to pay $50 PER MONTH! To get discounts... its very sneaky and i will never order anything form them again. I also tried to unsubscribe from their emails months ago but they still continue to send them.
The clothes seem cheap when you forget abut the membership, but everything is too much money
Fabletics is my shop for all my gym and leisure clothes. Lately I'm also buying my husband's clothing from Fabletics. Excellent fit and quality, durable merchandise for an affordable price. What's not to love
Not a fan of my money being taken from me and then when things are on sale I'm not allowed to use the money they already took from me to get the discount you have to spend even more money. Doesn't seem right
Basically I'm still enrolled because I keep forgetting to skip a month. So I always have a credit to use and they take away your credits if you cancel. They never have the things I love. I don't get it. If people buy it, make some more of them. One time in the summer, there was not one pair of shorts available. I buy some staples, plain zip up jackets or black leggings to use credits-way overpriced.
When I try to ask questions, I don't get a good response. One time I asked if I could use my credit for lots of small items. I don't want to use a credit that cost $50 for a pair of socks. They said I could, then it charged me a credit for a pair of socks. I returned them.
I do like that there's pretty much free shipping and returns. The app is easy and runs well.

Website is not user friendly. I would like to use the $30 that an email said was posted to my account, however cannot add a single item to a shopping cart and I see no $30 credit on my account. I have given this company many opportunities to rectify things and have continued to receive their emails. I am unsubscribing once and for all.
First, they sign you up for monthly purchases. Second, they offer items on the site that they are actually out of stock on. Third, when you call their customer service, you get THE MOST ANNOYING automated service ever. AND, when I finally talked to a person, she didn't know if they'd restock because they get new items or whatever. No thank you never again. I'm going to unsubscribe now.

Diabolic company that when you ask for it to be cancelled they don't cancel it then you end up not skipping the month because you thought it as cancelled but then get a debit of £44 of which you cant get back so you end up getting another outfit which you did not wont. Phoned this company and sent emails to sort this out but still not being listen to feel quite trapped do not get trapped in this scheme. If you are away on holiday or simply forget or in hospital and not skip the month say goodbye to a further £44 of your money.
I am obsessed with all my fabletics I wear them every day not that I have any other pairs of leggings except for fabletics (prob have 30 pairs). I recommend fabletics to everyone I know. They fit great are super comfy they hold me in and look great.

I have experienced so many bugs, glitches, and delays with the website and especially the app that it's really turned me off from purchasing from Fabletics as much as I used to in the past. Please please invest in improving your technology! It really is frustrating to use.

Very disappointed. Tried to sign up for a great promotion. Then very limited product was available. Then canceled the membership. Well attempted to cancel twice. Cancellations would not go through them before I knew it I had three months worth of expected purchase. No reminder emails. Very disappointed. Then had to purchase things I didn't really want a normal happy with the quality of.
I placed my order without issue--it said everything was in stock. But when I checked my order history page mere moments later, it said one of the items it an outfit bundle had been cancelled as it was out of stock. I was never emailed about this and never given the option to cancel the full outfit--I don't want the sports bra without the matching leggings. When I tried to reach out over chat, I bot answered then disconnected the chat when no actual people were available. I have still not been emailed about the change.

The material of the shorts is really great. I enjoy the fit and the flexibility a lot. But the zippers on the pockets fell short. It is really difficult to zip or unzip these pockets one handed. They just do not want to slide, and get caught easily.

My favorite shorts, the franchise shorts, have been very limited on colors. The value is only there if you are buying a bundle with shirt and shorts. Beyond that I feel like I am not getting my moneys worth and not a great value in the long run.

Everything was super comfy and as advertised. However. The smell that was in, not on, but in the fabric of some of the pieces was horrendous. I have washed these things in baking soda, laundry sanitizer, distilled vinegar and nothing has gotten the smell out. I'm super disappointed over that. It literally smells like a mix of curry, moth balls, and chicken noodle soup.

The zippered pockets are horrible. The zippers do not want to move. I have waxed them and soaped them for lubrication, but nothing. I bought 2 pair of training shorts and 2 lounge pants. Everytime I wear the shorts to the gym when I go to put my keys and phone in my pockets to I can't get the zipper up pr down, so so frustrating. Giving them to GoodWill and never will I buy again.

I got the 2 for $24 deal from fabletics. Let me start by saying I do love the leggings and the 2 pairs for $24 a great deal to expose customers to their products. The leggings i received were great quality for a low price which I love. What I did not like at all is that you need to talk with a representative on live chat or call fabletics to cancel your VIP Membership... Why can't i just click a button to cancel when I decide I do not want to pay $50 a month anymore. I thought it was very time consuming that I needed to speak with someone just to cancel my membership rather than there being a section of the website to do it.

Placed order a week ago. Has it shipped? Tried the chat button on the order confirmation email but got a message "channel no longer available". Then why include chat in the email sent to me?
Let me start by saying their leggings have my favorite fit, which is why I buy them. But even with that I have considered cancelling my membership because they never release enough of the fun colors and you have to be on it when they are released to get them. Also, the whole membership thing is kinda a scam because they're banking on you not remembering to skip months. And they could make it easier to cancel by not having to call in. You could mange your account online instead… But then you wouldn't get the pleasure of dealing with the annoying person trying to convince you to stay!

I returned the items purchased and asked for a full refund and to not be charged monthly fee for April and to be removed form membership but nothing was done at time. Agent said items needed to be received first but I sent items back over 2 weeks ago, I have not received my refund and I was charged the monthly membership fee for April. Definitely not impressed with service level.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
