There was a little delay with my split shipment, and I couldn't see the tracking for the shipping updates for most of the second half but lo and behold it arrived within the promised time window and I could not be happier with the product.
I love the open back tank and I also am loving the motion 365 leggings. I discovered them first in a bundle with a sports bra. The bra is a little snug but I fell in love with leggings! Had to get some more while they went on sale!
Not only do I strongly dislike the leggings, I was charged two times for $60. After LONG phone calls to get refunds, I was told I was being charged because I had gotten large discount. NEVER order from this company! If I hadn't paid attention I would never have known I was being charged. I have told everyone I know to avoid scam company!
Love the workout clothes – – but they make you become a member (otherwise you're paying Lululemon prices!). It is absolutely not easy to cancel a membership – – you only get to cancel it from the first through the fifth of the month otherwise it's $59 bucks and the clothes get extremely high after your first purchase. I can buy them for $15 on Poshmark on eBay still with the tags on – – do that instead!
This order (Placed 10/30/24) was the first time - and it's happened twice since - that I went through the rewards shop in an attempt to redeem points for items listed there. In every instance I followed all appropriate steps but didn't realize until after the purchase was completed that I was still charged for the item in question. On the third occurrence (order placed 12/22/24) I called immediately to have the issue corrected. I was then told my only options were to cancel the order and have the customer service rep help me place a new one, adjusting the price as necessary, or wait until the order was shipped to call and receive a refund. I was never assured that they would try to fix the problem on the back end, simply offered a bandage work-around to address my specific order. In any case on this third occurrence I opted for the second solution offered, calling on 12/30/24 - the day my shipment arrived. When I called to receive the refund it was difficult to communicate the issue (despite the fact that the previous rep told me they were leaving copious notes on my account). When all was said and done I only received a refund for the item price, and not the applicable taxes and fees which were calculated with the item's price (which should have been 0, as it was redeemed for points) included.
I'm about fed up with the customer service experience here, and on top of the low-quality fabrics and construction issues I've been seeing lately, I'm thinking this isn't where I want to spend my money anymore.
Due to California wildfires my packages my address was restricted. Other companies were able to help reroute deliveries to a pickup site. Fabletics was not helpful. And I needed to wait weeks for them to receive the package they refused to deliver back to their warehouse before they issued a refund. They refused to reship a second order to my home address. Not helpful at all. Cancelled subscription. Will give a company with better customer service my money.
The website looks great but doesn't want to load or function properly. I was really excited for a Christmas sale you had to buy some of the slim fit golf pants. But every time I tried to go to the site to buy them, the site would error out and I wasn't able to get the pants. Frustrating.
I live in a colder climate and I would like jogger pants that were heavier material, and not sweatpants material.
I like the clothes that I bought in my introduction to Fabletics, but my experience since that purchase is always one of overpromising and under delivering.
I am still hopeful that I will be able to have an experience that will prove that wrong.
I love the direction Fabletics is going and I'm looking forward to the day they get there for me.
I've ordered multiple times, I always LOVE their clothing. Things run true to size a lot of the shirts are cropped but that's the style. Easy to cancel membership too. A wonderful company!
Great quality, fast shipping, good prices!
Highly reccomend!
Last month I opted out of the extra charge but it happened anyway. Is there a secret other than clicking the "opt out" square? I really don't need anymore pants at the moment.
My refund was never issued for my return, I had to chase it down and when it was finally given it wasn't even the right amount. I'm extremely disappointed and it ruined my experience in using Fabletics.
Comfy sweatpants, perfect for the cold weather that rolled in today. The fleece lined everything is great. Glad I got a few pairs before they ran out.
Comfortable and good quality. I especially love the pants with thigh pockets
Disappointed in the yoga pants. The materials beads up after walking or sitting. The socks and sweatshirts were perfect for cold Chicago weather. I would not buy the yoga pants again and that's why I canceled my membership.
I don't think the membership is explained as clearly as it should be. Just realized my wife has been paying a month fee from a one time purchase over a year ago.
I've held out on subscribing to fabletics for years but I took the plunge and turns out I've been missing out lol I really like the selection the fits and the fabrics they use
Good clothes but limited on styles. Pricing is ok, still on the fence about subscription based pricing. Seem new VIPs get better deals than current customers
The leggings do not wear well and in certain places ball up immediately. Very frustrating not to mention disappointing! Wish I could return them. Won't buy in the future.
The biggest reason I have shopped with Fabletics if for leggings which come in long or tall sizes but very few are available in long now. For us tall folks, the longs aren't even long enough and often wear as though they are 7/8!
In the past few months I have also ordered items and received different ones without the option to get the right item as by then it is sold out. In returning the items the staff in the store didn't even ask if I wanted to get the right items sent - maybe they knew they weren't available.
Just flat out dissatisfied. Product not what I expected. Very uncomfortable material. Glad I didn't pay the original price. Because dissatisfied wouldn't have been my choice of words
I love the leggings but buy less now because your petite lengths are not really a petite size. I am 5'0 and ALL your leggings are too long. To the point that I have to fold them in at the ankle and with more wear they get stretchy. Then the crotch area hangs low and have to keep pulling them up. I've switched to Zella because they have capri mid calf length.
I love Fabletics's clothing. High quality, durability and attractive. I'd love to see more clothing that covers the rear end: like longer light weight jackets
My experience so far has been a little disappointing. Fabletics has great styles. I'm great looking clothes, but the selection, and then the quality has been less than desirable. I'm bought some pretty expensive shirts, and they fell apart in the washer. Like I said every time I tried to go on the side to look for close my size. It's never in my size. If it's on sale, but it's always in my size if it's not on sale. Who knows how that works or if I go to the store and I want to be a new member than the sizes are available. I just think it should be available to members instead of just reserving some for new members. I understand that you wanna get customers, but if you don't take care of your existing, you won't have a customer base at all.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
