The website is hard to navigate and not at all intuitive, it's difficult even to get to the slip my month function, let alone search for products and collabs I wish the website were better to match the products I love buying
Local Summerlin store had very poor customer service for returns while experiencing technical back end difficulties and not being very apologetic or understanding at all! Long story involved which I won't elaborate on here. Then I find out some of my exchanges were executed as a store credit return without explanation that if the exchanged size did not fit I was left with a store credit not a refund even if in the designated time period for a return. Totally different experience with the Fashion Show location [where I decided to travel to in order to avoid the fact I would feel embarrassed to return to Summerlin store after the prior hassle I had there].
The company also charge you a %tariff in addition to tax I think it's 6% which I don't like as no other competing company does - it's outlined in your receipt and they give an explanation of what it covers so be ready for that extra fee on top.
That all being said, quality of clothing is really great and I love my purchases - everything is very well made. Prices are really great as a VIP if you wait for sales.
Even with no sale the VIP prices are in line with similar sportswear companies such as Gymshark and Amelia. This is an honest review.
Eagles jerseys were not the quality I thought I should be getting! The numbers appeared to have been stitched in the advertisement, however, they weren't. They were just ironed on numbers and names on the back.
I had a $30 "gift" from HP through Nift, and I started an order with Fabletics, I tried several times and could never see how to use the $30 gift, so I paid for the times myself. I felt like I'd been scammed.
But I received the items, I really like them both, however the top was too small so I sent it to my daughter and she loves it.
Love their sales!
Allows me to purchase things I wouldn't normally buy when they're full price. On occasion, my size isn't available but that's ok. It keeps me from spending too too much.
I have noticed that for new customers they often get discounts for $20 leggings but as VIP's I pay $70 a month and the choices that are actually with my credits are very limited. And when I find something I like they do not have my size with is a normal size medium or they do not have "short" in leggings thus I can not purchase. I have also tried to purchase in store and all stores (three) I have visited in CA and NC do not have short in leggings. I wish I could use my VIP money to buy multiple items that add up to that price not a single one.
The leggings and pants that fit are great. But I can't find short ones or pockets without clicking on each style. Upgrade the filters!
I've been a member of Fabletics for about 5-6 years now and I have no complaints. Great products, easy to navigate app and website, I'm very happy.
High quality, comfortable merchandise. However after finding items that I liked they were out of stock when I tried to reorder. Membership plan monthly charge is high.
Otherwise nice product and good customer service.
Site is getting harder to use and you have made so many changes. It's hard for me to find what I want.
Always great customer service at this location! The store manager is such a sweetheart and really dang good at her job! 💯
I get charged $69 a month to be VIP unless I cancel, which is easy to forget AND you can't do it from your phone. If you could skip the month from your phone, that would be amazing.
I really don;t have time to think about when I should buy something or just pay in money every month. I guess I still don't fully understand how it works. No disrespect to the company or the plan but I have six email accounts. All for different aspects of my life. Four are for work. I don't always check them all every day so I miss the reminders the company sends. Plus, I feel as if In am forced to buy something every month. I don't need that much stuff`. I am going now to cancel my membership, not because Fabletics has done a bad job, the plan just isn't for me.
I have ordered a lot of stuff from Fabletics and love it all. The quality and fit are always right on!
I did not sign up or commit to any vip membership. Cancelling was much more difficult than it needed to be.
Great products but the subscription model makes you feel hostage. Very difficult to monitor emails posting automatic charges and suspending charges.
I spoke with customer service and asked them 4 times to cancel my membership and they refused each time offering me other alternatives. The attorney General is working on canceling for me.
Very disappointed and frustrated experience. I will probably never order Fabletics. I ordered my scrubs on 12/26/24 and I had to pay for the shipping to deliver to where I live. When I have to pay for the shipping, I expect it to come on time. It was not the case. It took over a month for my scrubs to come and they couldn't deliver to my PO box. I called the customer service TWICE asking what was going on and they were useless. I was told it can take up to 30 business days. Then when the package was finally here, they couldn't deliver to my PO box for some reason so I had to physically stand in line at the post office to get my package, which was very inconvenient as they close at 3:30PM and I work till 5PM. I called Fabletics customer service and asked for the refund for the shipping but they would not help me. I ordered Figs in the meantime and they delivered free of charge to my address, and came within a week! I'll be a Figs customer from now on. Fabletics scrubs are not as nice looking as Figs anyways. Figs scrubs are way better without monthly fees and free shipping, probably better customer service too.
Supposed to get a 2nd pair with the order if you are available member so I joined and still only received 1. Not only that I started getting a monthly charge
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
